The Cinnamon - (A Traditional Awadhi, Mexican and Fusion Food Joint) Top Restaurant

We had a great experience at Cinnamon, Muzaffarpur..The resturant was sparsely occupied when we visited it on a weekday at 9 pm, the staff was very polite and provided us with the best available seating area..It took a while for the food order to get ready, but it was worth considering it's taste and freshness..However the non-vegetarian items could have been cooked for a little more time..The payemnt option was limited to cash/UPI but no option of debit/credit card..Overall we had a great family time together..A must visit place to hang out with family and friends.

The Cinnamon, near Zenith Petrol Pump, Aghoria Bazar, is a great place to enjoy a mix of Awadhi, Mexican, and fusion dishes. The food is fresh and full of flavor. I loved the Awadhi kebabs and the Mexican tacos, and the fusion items were something special. The service was quick, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a cozy spot to enjoy a meal with family or friends. Highly recommended for anyone in Muzaffarpur!

It was a great experience dining there. The vibe and atmosphere of the place was pretty pleasant. The main lounge is at first floor. Spacious place to sit and celebrate your special occasions like birthday parties and all. The restaurant staff is very good and trained in addition to that the service was well maintained and of high quality. Parking facility is available. Much recommend, do visit!

When we think about celebrations, The Cinnamon is always our first option and it never disappoints. From the decoration and to the food (starters, main course & dessert) the quality and tastes of everything is outstanding. The Live music on weekends are the great ad ons for this beautiful restaurant. Service is delightful and very professional. 10/10

It's my birthday celebration this restuarant 5th Oct 20. There are food and decorations are awesome and very very good. There's a great experience with my friends and brother . Worst service in Muzaffarpur, they are just ruining the name of this brand, you have to wait hours just to give your order, after that it will take further 1 hour to serve you the food, the staffs just neglect you, doesn't value your time. We ordered green salad worth 125 and it was just simple salad with tomatoes, cucumber and onion, there was nothing green about that, the steamed rice that they serve was not of good quality either. It was simply overpriced and not worth your money, even the taste of main course was very ordinary. Never visit this place. I wish I could give it 0 star but sadly it's not possible.

Place does appeared good in start , had good decorations, but with spendinng some time its does appeared that they have very slow service... basically they have only two people serving about 40-50 people ... and slow service added misery in that. My host was very embarrassed with this service and wanted to scold them but just for sake of her nice he faced all embarrassment and insult with smiling face ... good place for small get together... but wont be recommending this place place for family events or any get together having more than 10 people.... unless you want to yourself in the same situation...

Earlier Cinnamon used to have the best quality food and I was the only one who always suggests everyone to please visit Cinnamon once... But the scenario is completely changed now !! 3-4 days back I went to cinnamon and the food quality has degraded so much that even the chicken leg piece was not even cooked properly. Also the service was worst.. Along with soup no green chutney was provided and I had to ask 4 times to the waiter to provide it ... The service was although worst that the food ... The restaurant needs to look on to it .. otherwise it is going to loose it's precious customers..

Nothing about this place was right. It ruined my daughter's bday. I went there based on Google rating of 4.5. I really don't know who is rating this place. We lost electricity and had to sit in dark for over 30 minutes. Useless staff, food order was delayed over 50 minutes. I had to go to another restaurant to eat dinner. Pathetic place.
