مکانی دنج و آرام با منظره هایی بی نظیر . ما عید ۹۷ این هتل بودیم . هتل فوق العاده دوست داشتنی ولی اتاقها در حد ۵ستاره نیست.

Our stay was truly a lovely and memorable one-night family getaway. We booked two rooms for our family, and the experience was made extra special as the rooms were beautifully decorated in celebration of our anniversary, along with a thoughtful complimentary cake that added a warm personal touch. The children thoroughly enjoyed their time, especially at the swimming pool, beach, and kids’ play area. Although the time felt too short for them to enjoy activities like table tennis and badminton, they still had a wonderful and joyful experience. There was a slight inconvenience as one room was made available shortly after check-in while the other was ready around 3:30pm, which also affected our late check-out request. However, this was outweighed by the overall hospitality and care shown by the staff. A very heartfelt and special appreciation goes to Ms. Rangi, whose kindness, warmth, and genuine care made our arrival experience truly comforting and memorable. She welcomed us with a sincere smile and personally guided us in a way that made us feel genuinely valued and at home. Her thoughtful assistance throughout the check-in process reflected true hospitality at its best. We also sincerely thank Ms. Geethma, whose friendly and graceful manner at checkout left a very positive final impression of our stay. She ensured our departure was smooth, pleasant, and well-coordinated. The room service team was also highly responsive, ensuring all requested amenities were provided promptly. Overall, it was a beautiful stay filled with warmth, comfort, and unforgettable family memories.

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay. The service was absolutely first class from start to finish. Every staff member was professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. A special thank you to Kosala, my room boy, who did an exceptional job. He was courteous, efficient, and ensured my room was always spotless and comfortable. We stayed at the Superior Ocean View King. Amazing Hotel, Amazing ambience. Lovely beach and most awesome staff! Every single one was amazing and very friendly! From the welcoming staff to service staff! Always smiling and ready to help. Himashi and Vihini at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Chef Nishantha was very kind to make us aa special Koththu which wasn't in the buffet Menu and Pastry bakery chef Anusha was the sweetest, she was very kind and made us the tastiest waffles! Thanks Cinnamon! You guys are amazing.

I stayed at this property for two nights with my family, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The food was excellent, and the rooms were very clean and well maintained. I would especially like to mention Nalaka from the Housekeeping team. His thoughtful gesture of bringing fresh flowers to our room each morning truly touched us and reflected the genuine warmth and hospitality extended to guests. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay and would highly recommend this property. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so memorable.

Had a wonderful experience. The food was very good, with a great variety of options and excellent quality throughout my stay. What stood out the most was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to the Noodles restaurant team. Nethimi, Dulimini, and Sulara provided outstanding service and made our dining experience truly memorable. They were friendly, attentive, and ensured everything was perfect. Also, Lakshitha did an excellent job with the room. It was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would happily recommend Cinnamon Bey to anyone visiting Sri Lanka. I look forward to returning.

Только вернулись с отдыха. Замечательный отель, вкусное разнообразное питание, услужливый персонал, океан просто шикарный: спокойный и чистый. На территории вараны и бурундуки. Номер большой, уборка на 5! Экскурсии рекомендую брать у Черри. Намного дешевле официальных туроператоров, всё чётко, комфортно, вовремя и очень интересно. Транспорт удобный, места много, чисто. Черри учёл наши пожелания и скорректировал программу по нашим запросам. Мы довольны. Черри помогал нам и по другим вопросам, быстро реагировал на наши сообщения, детям бесплатно привез пакет фруктов. Свозил нас накануне отъезда за сувенирами бесплатно. Отличный гид и просто друг! Спасибо.

We have stayed at this hotel ten times. We enjoy the whole experience. The sea view rooms which are cleaned daily by our room boy Nishantha are spacious and comfortable. The gardens are kept tidy daily by the gang of gardeners and the pool boys always make sure we have a sun bed and fresh towels,. The food in the Bufe restaurant offers a huge variety of dishes from different countries. You have the option to eat in Noodles restaurant and Fire restaurant which offers Italian cuisine. The chefs make themselves known and the waiters in all the restaurants are polite and helpful. All contact with staff members has been met with a smile. We hopefully will come for an eleventh time to this beautiful beach front hotel.

A very nice hotel with friendly staff. Location is good albeit the beach immediate outside isn't as good as the one 200 yards away on the left as ypu enter the beach. Room cleanliness was excellent and our room attendant Rangana was very helpful. Laundry service was also very efficient and provided at a reasonable cost

The infinity pool was breathtaking, with stunning views and a calm atmosphere that made it difficult to leave. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The overall experience was beyond amazing, combining excellent hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and outstanding service. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return again in the future. Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay!

The location was good, hotel has access to public beach sandy area. Service was great, they took care the rooms and good overall service at restaurants. I would recommend for a stay for family. Their international menu is sometimes limited but if you get creative in combining choices, children will enjoy their food. No issue for me and my wife, good food selection for our taste.

Really good hotel, amazing and helpful staff, clean rooms, authentic food, beautiful views. Big thanks to Wasana (swimming pool) for always keeping a good spot for us Nalaka for keeping our room so clean and tidy. Restaurant staff for providing a great service. Downside - the decks by the pool are broken and hazardous. Wine is included only with the meal in all inclusive package. Cocktails like the most popular Pinacolada is not included in all inclusive. Otherwise, a great experience, huge thanks to everyone for making our stay unforgettable.

Bellissimo Hotel affacciato sul mare delle Laccadive. Il punto forte è il servizio al ristorante buffet. Durante il nostro soggiorno siamo stati serviti a colazione e cena da Mekala, sempre gentilissima e professionale, veramente una brava persona.
