City Seasons Hotel exceeded my expectations with its genuinely kind and accommodating staff. Every interaction felt warm and sincere, making me feel valued as a guest rather than just another booking. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly stands out is the friendly atmosphere created by the team. It’s rare to find a place where good service feels so natural and effortless. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates excellent hospitality and a welcoming environment. I would gladly return. ✨

Before booking this hotel, I relied on the photos and reviews describing it as a pleasant property. At the beginning of my stay, my experience did not fully reflect that image. The room initially assigned to me felt small and dated, but the view was very nice. The breakfast selection at that time did not meet my expectations. However, I would like to update my review to recognize the positive turnaround following my feedback. The front desk team responded professionally, and I would like to extend a special thank you to Jawad, whose attentiveness, courtesy, and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction made a real difference. His proactive approach and professionalism truly elevated my experience. I would also like to acknowledge the restaurant manager for his kindness and responsiveness. In addition, the breakfast quality and variety have noticeably improved, which is very much appreciated. It is important to recognize when a team listens and takes action. The responsiveness shown during my stay reflects a service culture that values guest feedback and continuous improvement.

They treat their guest as 'commodity'. Based on all below good reviews, I booked this hotel for 1 week from Nov 17, 2025. Here are my experiences: Day 1 right after check in: safety box found giving error message, maintenance were called in for repair; costed us about 1 hour; should have checked before. The receptionist got some paperwork for us to sign, acknowledging the safe is repaired, didn't understand why. Day 1 again after about 1 hour: bathroom floor got flooded; maintenance called in for fixing bidet pipe; costed again our 1 hour; should have checked before. Day 1 again same day instance # 3, late evening; bathroom floor found flooded again; this time a different technician called for fixing the same bidet pipe; costed us again 1 hour. We were told these problems to be fixed only in guest's presence; thus we spent 3 hours on our room repairs on day 1, on 3 different sessions. Same day on Day 1, instance # 4, bathroom floor got flooded again, after I took shower, because the bath tub had only half covering panel, so I had to manually wipe out the floor. Technicians told us that every room in the hotel having same issue; so I requested for a complete shower curtains, but it was turned down. So the whole week of our stay, both of us we swiped flooded water on bathroom floor every day after each shower, else we might slip & fall on flooded floor. Bathroom floor not having slope for draining flooded water itself. Day 2: middle of the night, ear piercing alarm sounded; got into panic mode; couldn't sleep after that; though we didn't raise this issue. Also, we were not told anything about it from hotel staff / management. Their shower faucet seems to be missing 'control valve' for hot & cold water; suddenly it dispense too hot water in the middle of shower, enough to get you burned; then gets cold after few seconds. So be extremely careful, please. You cannot predict the temperature of the shower. Day 5, Nov 21 2025; the horrific day: early morning about 7 am; no electricity, no water, no intercom; it was abnormal situation; found other guests were also stranded, outside in gallery, kids screaming; only emergency lights in gallery were working; even janitorial staff had no clue. There were none to tell us about this panic situation; our room turned into hot gas chamber; had to use stairs few times from 10th floor, met few senior guests using stairs with out of breath & panicking. The horrifying situation lasted for about 4 hours. We went to reception for raising this ordeal, she couldn't understand our English; the other receptionist took us over aggressively & said "....you are not only one suffering...". The management didn't have even courtesy to acknowledge the 'pain & suffering' of their guest due to lack of electricity, lack of water, lack of intercom, no elevator for 4 hours. They didn't have any 'back up' system. Hotel management are obliged to make it up to their customers in some way, at least acknowledging the 'inconvenience' of their guests, by sending a 'courteous' mail, rather they conveniently decided to keep quiet on the issue, as if nothing happened. After this instance, we booked another hotel nearby for the week following & stayed with them comfortably. We feel disgusted & insulted, in staying with 'City season towers Burdubai'. Once they had your advance payment, they will treat you as 'commodity' & not concerned about 'paying back'. Their management is quite arrogant, unprofessional & aggressive; ultimately they lost our 1 more week of stay in there. Stay away from 'City season towers Burdubai'; there are better alternatives in the same area.

Excellent Location: Located next to the Burjuman Metro Station and Burjuman Mall. Make it very convenient for exploring the Old Dubai and nearby Souk. The Room is a bit small and outdated but sufficient enough. I visited during Ramadan time and the suhoor offering and the menu selection is very limited which didn't quite meet my expectations.

Throughout my stay, Neha remained attentive, approachable, and incredibly helpful. No request felt too small, and she handled everything with a positive attitude and a sincere willingness to assist. Whether it was answering questions, providing recommendations, or simply checking in to ensure everything was going well, she consistently demonstrated a high level of care and attention to detail. Keep up the good job !

Absolutely wonderful place! I’ve been a regular customer here for a long time, and the experience has consistently been outstanding. The customer service from Joyce and Neha is truly exceptional — they are always warm, attentive, and go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. I had a wonderful stay at City Seasons Towers Hotel Dubai, I had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. They arranged a lovely room for me upon arrival, and everything was spotless; the cleanliness and attention to detail really stood out. Plus, the location is super convenient, right next to the metro. Truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism. I’d definitely recommend it and come back for sure.

Нахожусь сейчас в данном отеле. Очень красивый внешне. Внутри все хорошо, только номера и мебель немного подуставшие. А расположение прям лучше не придумаешь. Рядом все достопримечательности, еда, огромный торговый центр и продуктовые магазины, станция метро. Персонал очень вежлив и доброжелателен. Уборка хорошая каждый день. Завтраки в основном индийская кухня, но голодными не останетесь, фрукты, свежесваренный кофе есть. Курить можно или только перед отелем или на 14 этаже на открытой терассе.

We stayed at City Seasons Tower Hotel, Dubai, and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent — it’s just a few minutes’ walk from BurJuman Metro Station and BurJuman Mall, which makes getting around the city super convenient. The breakfast buffet was nice and offered a good variety of options. Just one small thing to note: if you’re used to using a handheld bidet (shattaf), be a bit careful — in our room, the water pressure was quite strong, and the handle-type sprayer released water very suddenly. Aside from that, everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay in Dubai!

I am a regular guest of city seasons tower hotel. For me this is a home far away home .All the staff are extremely kind and always ready to help .The hotel is very well managed the rooms are very comfortable super clean. No complaints. The housekeeping is very professional and the staff are very responsive. The facilities are extremely excellent. The food in the restaurant is tasty and delicious. With the nice view from the bar on the 14 floor make my stay perfect .I recommend this hotel my highest recommendations to come and stay and feel the super service and hospitality. I like to mention Mr.jawad,Mr.Ahmad ,Ms.Joyce,Ms.yamin,Ms.Neha,Ms.kathy are the best people I had ever met ❤️.

Impeccable Hospitality and Comfort at Citi Seasons Hotel Dubai I had a wonderful stay at Citi Seasons Hotel Dubai and would like to appreciate the high level of professionalism maintained throughout the hotel, especially in everyday maintenance and cleanliness. The hotel was consistently clean and well maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. The morning buffet deserves a special mention — there was a wonderful selection of food, and everything served was fresh and delicious with great taste and variety. The staff were extremely friendly, courteous, and efficient, always ready to help with a smile. The room condition was immaculate, well organized, and fully equipped with all necessary amenities, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing stay. Special appreciation to the Reception staff, Joyce and Yamin, for promptly addressing all queries and requests with professionalism and efficiency. Their support truly enhanced the overall experience. Overall, Citi Seasons Hotel Dubai offers excellent service, comfort, and hospitality. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

Very amazing experience staying at City Seasons. I stayed with my family for 6 nights and it was very comfortable and staff helped us a lot since my father required wheelchair assistance and we had infant baby with us too. Special thanks to Mr Jawad, Mr Hitesh and entire staff (Pankaj, Luthfar, Akash, Adal) who made our stay memorable. Location is the best as you have big carrefour, centro and many Indian restaurants nearby. Breakfast is limited in variety but very good in taste.

The air conditioning was not working properly throughout our stay. They attempted to fix it twice, but the room temperature still stayed between 23–25°C. We were moved to another room, yet the AC had the exact same issue there as well. They kept coming back to check the AC, and each visit consumed almost an hour of our stay. I couldn’t sleep properly at all because I kept sweating in between sleep. Instead of feeling relaxed, I left feeling more exhausted and frustrated. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve had so far, and I definitely will not be coming back.

We stayed at this hotel for three weeks, and everything was absolutely perfect. The location is excellent: close to the metro, a shopping mall, the city center, and surrounded by great entertainment options. It made our long stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself is very well maintained, and the atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming. The staff were outstanding, always kind, professional, and helpful. A special mention to Mizan, who cleaned our room every day. He did an exceptional job – very professional, attentive, and always smiling. Thanks to him, our room was always spotless and comfortable. He truly made a difference in our stay. We felt at home and would definitely come back. Thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful experience!

Easily, one of the worst experiences of my life to be staying at this hotel. Breakfast is terrible !! The staff are rude. And most of them don’t even care for feedback. Rooms are small and extremely pricey for the worth. Please look for other hotels in the vicinity and let this one be your last choice, if at all !! I am writing this from the breakfast table; the staff are listening in and yet they don’t care.
