City of Jasmine Hotel

Worst hotel i have been to. Parties till 2 am with bad singers, and when we complained they said that its a private party and cannot stop it. The voices will be inside the room and you will not get a blink of sleep until theyre done. Very bad experience.

Really nice hotel. Rooms are quite big and bathrooms are nice. Not much of a view. A/C isnt that great but u dont need it much. They have a nice restaurant downstairs. The staff is very friendly. Around 100 dollars a night for non Syrians. Recommended.

My wife and I looked for the newest place to stay in Damascus. We were told that this was newly renovated. As soon as you walk in you get the feeling of clean. I mean super clean. Like Immaculate clean. Our room was amazing. New decor. It smelled absolutely freshly amazing. The staff was amazing. Very hospitable. Friendly and spoke English very well. Everything in Damascus was within reach. So many places to eat but they have amazing food within the hotel. Wow. I honestly recommend this place to stay in Demarcus.

Nice spot to stay. Clean, very quiet and spacious. The staff, especially, were super kind and accommodating with all my requests. Also, you have to try its “Almir” restaurant which had delicious food! The entire hotel was immaculate; I’ll definitely go back.

City of Jasmine Hotel in Damascus was excellent! From the moment you walk thru the door, you are greeted with excellent service. The hotel was very modern looking and clean. The Almir restaurant here at the hotel was delicious! The rooms are new and tastefully designed. My stay here was 5 stars overall. Definitely would come back!

Overpriced, Shower does not work, avoid this.

Been there for the IELTS test. This is the only location serving as a test center for IELTS in whole Syria as of now. Overall great testing conditions and the hall was well prepared and lavishly furnished.

A very clean ,respectable, friendly and a very good service hotel near everything we need. Highly recommended.

The location is in Al Mazzah. The receptionist were so helpful and the atmosphere is relaxing. The management cares about minute details and this apparent when it comes to decor and services

I was visiting my beautiful girlfriend in Damascus and stayed at the Jasmine hotel. It was the most beautiful hotel in the area. The Almir restaurant is a must!
