Clarity Imaging Centre (Ramnagar Branch)

Went to Clarity Imaging Centre for a Dexa scan. Found all the people that I met there extremely courteous and helpful, including the person at the reception, the cashier, the scan technician and even the lady cleaning the floors. I was requested to take the lift to the 1st floor and given clear instructions as to where the waiting area is, after coming out of the lift. The technician meet me shortly thereafter and said the machine was going through a QA process that would take 5 minutes and that the scan process would be 20 minutes. Was provided with clear instructions in a language that I was comfortable with. Was told that the report would be ready in 30 minutes and it was delivered as mentioned. The overall experience was excellent and I would recommend Clarity Imaging Centre without reservations to anyone. The great experience did not end then. On returning home (I live about 40 km away from the Centre), I realised that I had left my spectacles in the scan room. I called the Centre and they checked and found it. I told them that I would pick it up the next time I was in Coimbatore. A few minutes later their manager called me to say that he stays half way to my home and will give my spectacles to the conductor of the bus that he takes, which comes closer to my place. I was therefore able to get back my specs the same day because the people at the Centre went out of their way to help a customer. GREAT SERVICE Indeed. Thank you very much 🙏🙏👏

After patiently waiting for over an hour past the scheduled time, I am positioned into the system for a Brain MRI. I am claustrophobic and naturally apprehensive as this is my first time. With my head locked in place, my hands felt a mild electric shock as they touched the inside of the machine. I panicked and asked to be brought out, not knowing if that was normal or an electrical issue. Instead of calming me down, the radiologist RAVI goes on and on about how meticulously he had to position the system for the scan and the effort that has gone to waste since I asked to be brought out of the system. He then made it sound like I had been doing repeatedly disrupting his process. THIS HAPPENED JUST ONCE. And all the while, his tone is so condescending, like he is talking to a kid...I AM ALMOST 50 YRS OLD. When I try to reason, he just asked me to leave the room. NEVER GOING BACK ABI SCANS in Singanallur was where I went right after. The technicians explained that perhaps the material in my clothes might have caused static electricity...that's all I needed to hear. They gave me a sensor to press, if I needed help...and it was all so smooth. Also, as reported by another customer 6 months ago, their washrooms are DIRTY. YOU WILL FALL SICK IF YOU USE THEM. They have a bucket to collect waste water from their hand wash BTW

Had a great experience , the MRI scan was seamless. They explained me the procedure and technician mr ravi ensured that i was comfortable before i got into the MRI machine and explained me the process I would recommend this place for people looking for MRI scan in coimbatore. Budget friendly and also process is seamless

I am ravi, recently used clarity MRI Scan center ram nagar coimbatore… extremely impressed with their customer service … friendly, helpful, efficient … The entire process of both mri and full body check up smooth and stress-free. Clean facilities and quick turnaround times … staff is highly professional and attentive. well-equipped high quality machinery … staff provided great customer service … A clean, well-maintained MRI centre.Time management was so good...all staff members are so good in their work and explanation was so nice...im really satisfied...Dr sir thanks for ur response and very good communication...

Wanted to give 1-star but the lady who assisted before taking my dad for MRI was the only good thing here. This center has the WORST RECEPTIONISTS to assist the patients/customers. Very rude, irresponsible, discourteous and does not even listen when we are talking. If you dont like your job why are you here?? We had an appointment for 3:30. When we signed in the lady at the reception asked for the age, contact etc which we gave. She noted everythint incorrectly as she wasnt listening to us, looking elsewhere and noting things. She asked for MRI, CT and other reports without even checking if we have done any before. Pathetic attitude. There is a way to ask information. Not assume. After she took the details she asked to wait. No info on when our turn is, how long it may take, do we pay now or later. She continued to chat with her colleague. FILTHY TOILET & HYGIENE ISSUES - meanwhile i used the mens toilet. I couldnt stand there for 2 mins ask it was so strong urine smell like no one flushed ever or cleaned. When i came to handwash they has such a dirty soap dispenser you didnt want to touch. I even told this receptionist who signed us in as i came back and sat in my seat. I told her how nasty it was and a unpaid public toilet are much better. She just looked at me like she listened but nothing after that. She continued to do what she was doing. LONG WAIT - We arrived 15 mins earlier. We waited about 55 mins past our apmt time for our scan. No display systems or queue info. I didnt want to even engage in any conversation with these lathargic receptionist. Finally the scan got done and they issued a challan for payment. I noticed then the info like age and phone was all incorrect (thanks to the initial receptionist who was irresponsible). I went to the desk and politely informed them to update it in the system. I told the rigjt age of my father. They began discussion and calculating. Meanwhile the lady who incorrectly input was passing a comment “ they never gave the date of birth” putting the blame on us. The fact is lady, you never asked us the DOB. You were in your own world and not focussed on your work. I have been to the trichy road branch of the Clarity imagining and I had a lot better experience. Ramnagar branch has to better their attitude, customer service and put in some empathy when dealing with people who come there. First make an eye contact and talk. We are not objects!!!

Took CT for kidney stones, done with care and procedures explained. Got report in 4 hours during pongal holidays. Taking prior appointment recommended to avoid delays. Restrooms are not good needs attention..

Very bad experience, we got appointment two days earlier and came 15 min earlier than the appointment time, Doctor is late by 40 min and when we asked why they are late , got harsh responses that doctor will be stuck in traffic, this kept many patients waiting. They don’t seem to value patients time and their personal appointments. I am giving this one star just to write a review.

CTC inverse requires the patient to be on an empty stomach. Although my wife clearly informed the staff that she had eaten, the test was still carried out, which unfortunately led to vomiting at the lab. We appreciate that the nurses were kind and supportive throughout, but we also feel the procedure could have been postponed to the next day to avoid this discomfort.

We went for a scan enquiry for my neighbour , there were a guy and a stout girl fighting,beating and playing infront of everyone , very unprofessional, they were so loud that everyone's attention was there . We fixed appointment for today morning and came, that same girl attended us with such a rude voice and attitude , she was scolding each and every one , oldage patients,we were so fed up that whatever we ask she had an arrogant face and a irresponsible answer , Except that our scan went well , other people were good , scan completed and we went But once you have such people in the reception, you would never get customers !

I was truly impressed with the quality of care from the staff of Clarity Imaging Centre. I live in Denmark and i have received medical services in many countries across the globe, and i can say that the human support and kindness that i received here are top quality. The procedures were done with utmost attention, steps were explained to me and health staff took care that they minimise any discomfort that i might feel. Reception staff were very promt and accommodating towards the time urgency that i had. I recommend the Centre warmly.

We got the report very quickly and the attendance to the patient was very nice,the staffs were very tending,caring and gentle and always welcomed us with a smile.Best place to get a MRI done.

I visited Clarity Imaging Center in Ram Nagar, Coimbatore today, and I had a truly reassuring experience. The staff took excellent care of me throughout the process. During my MRI scan, they surrounded me with comfort and attentiveness, making me feel completely safe and secure. Their kindness, professionalism, and patience really helped ease my anxiety. I came from chennai for a checkup and booked an appointment here to take a MRI. I booked the appointment 1 day prior and was asked to come by 2 PM. When I asked them when it will be over they said it will maximum take 2 hours and I can leave by 4. Sharp 2 PM I reached the location, I gave all my documents and they asked me to have lunch as it might take more than 1 and a half hours. Myself and my mother went outside around 2.12 PM came back in half and hour and then we were waiting. I waited till 4 PM and when I asked how long it would take they said I would be the one going next. They called me inside around 4.5PM to 4.10 and I waited there for more than 20 minutes. Then I had my MRI done and came out sharp at 5 PM. They could be more precise about the waiting time is what I felt. When I asked when the report would come they said it will come on tomorrow, NO ONE MENTIONED THE TIMING TO ME. This morning I reached chennai, I sent the bill to their whatsapp as advised by them. I then called them around 11.30 to see if the report has come, because there was no reply in WhatsApp. The person who picked the call said they would have informed you that the report will come around 1.30 PM. Her tone didn't sound good. I said no one informed me about the timing and she grumbled in a low voice saying " Timing kandipa sollirupanga". I'm educated enough to understand when someone says this is how things work. If you had informed me about the timing I would have never contacted you before that. Treat the patients in a good and respectful way. Everyone has their own job to do. Just because you sit in a place and people come there for a service doesn't mean they have nothing else to do. BE KIND

Please note that original medical reports for outpatients outside of Tiruppur will be available the next day, not on the same day of the visit. We recommend providing clear instructions so that outpatients can plan their arrangements accordingly. Your teamwork yesterday was outstanding. You communicated clearly with the entire care team, which made patient transitions much smoother. Thank you for always being collaborative.
