The fade is clean, the overall finish is sharp, and the attention to detail truly stands out. The entire process was smooth and professional. had a really unpleasant experience at this salon. The services were below average, but what made it worse was the attitude of the owner/manager. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional in the way she spoke and behaved. There was no basic courtesy or customer respect, which is the bare minimum one expects when paying for a service. Instead of addressing concerns politely, she reacted defensively and made the entire visit uncomfortable. A salon should be a place where customers feel relaxed, not disrespected. I would not recommend this place unless they seriously work on their customer service and professionalism.

Was recommended this salon by a friend for nails and hair. Had a lovely experience with Maya, Shilpa and Asif who were super helpful and patient with first timers like us and really added to the grooming experience. We even had mehendi done on our hands but they did not let that hinder them. Would definitely recommend this place again.

The make up artist is extremly unprofessional and rude. She got the money upfront for wedding, and during the wedding she start to ask more and said otherwise i will leave. She took all pictures, all video, asked me to tell a good review on the video that she recorded, and as soon as she got the video , she started to ask for more money. Because we had guest, and in middle of my wdding, I had no choice and paid her more but it is some sort of cheatting. Please never never choose Shruti for your wedding.They asked us to remove the review , that they remove our wedding photo from instagram. I want to inform everyone, that not fall on the trap, which I fell. They are abusing your pictures without your conset and posting on their pages to get customer. As my hair was too much frizzy. They also provided a thorough consultation about hair care products without any pressure to buy. SHRUTI was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful in her approach. She created a scene during wedding just to mint some extra money . And even worse she first took videos and photos with her sweet talk , later created a drama during wedding on time and extra charge and after paying extra money she had the audacity to post my wife’s pictures just to sell her work and in spite of me warning to take the pictures down she hasn’t. She posted our pictures without our consent and only we know the drama and scene she created during the wedding function
