Cloud 9 - Pure Veg Restaurant Ambikapur

This is my first visit to Ambikapur. Not knowing any restaurants Iwent to Cloud 9 based on Google Maps. What a nice surprise. The restaurant seating area is clean and spacious, the staff is very polite and the Masala Dosa was delicious! I would recommend this to everyone.

Visited this place at the afternoon. Such a nice place and with so catchy interior. The place is good to be visited with your friends or family. So, I ordered- 1. Watermelon Juice 2. Pineapple Juice 3. Mango Shake 4. Soya Chilli 5. Veg grilled Sandwich 6. Chef Special Quessedilla 7.Veg Cheese Burger So, the taste of juice and shake was so well and fresh. Even the food tasted so well and delicious.

The food was great. I visited with my friend on 31st oct noon. The service was fast and their mocktails were great as well. I loved their taste and they are pure veg so that was another plus point. The ambience was great and perfect lighting to take great pictures. One should try their mocktails for sure and visit atleast once.

The quality of food is very good. The taste is awesome. I like the tandoori platter very much. The interior is also good. Its just little costly.

Okay food but too much spices and clumsy surrounding make it difficult to enjoy the food.

Quality is good but quantity is less. Moreover they are unable to manage the crowd.

Sorry to say, but the condition of restaurant was pathetic 😞......We came here after seeing the pics and reviews but couldn't sit there peacefully even for 5 minutes....The a.c. wasn't cooling at all.....most probably because, the main door, washroom door, kitchen door everything was open.....the tables were dirty.... And most astonishingly, jab humne bataaya een sab problems ke baare mein toh, Jo bhaiya neeche baithe the, unhein koi matlab hi nahi tha kisi bhi cheez se, he was very inactive.....he was just okay with the issues.. We left without ordering anything....

Dosa was not at all acceptable. Specially the fusion dosas. No vegie in spring roll dosa/jinnie dosa. What a joke. Chutney and sambhar are tasteless. Although the dosa was crisp but it's masala was pathetic. Can't be enjoyed. Mocktails are tasteless sugar syrups. At least add some lemon and mint. No a good experience.

The dosa was burnt and the service got quite slow now in comparison to earlier but the taste was good though

I completely agree with Mayank's previous review—this was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The behavior of the staff was absolutely unacceptable, making the entire visit extremely unpleasant. On top of that, the food quantity was shockingly small. For the prices they charge, I expected much more. This was truly a disappointing experience, and I can't recommend this place to anyone.

Unfortunately, my experience at Restaurant was disappointing. The food lacked flavor and freshness, and the service was slow and inattentive. Overall, it fell short of expectations. The food at Restaurant was underwhelming, lacking in both taste and presentation. The dishes seemed uninspired and poorly executed, leaving much to be desired in terms of flavor and quality. Overall, a disappointing culinary experience.

Food is nice. We had veg crispy which was delicious and veg cheese burger, I didn't like it much. The bread didn't seem fresh. The crowd is nice. Ambience fine.

Very Bad portion Size....taste was not as it have been earlier whatever dish it be......resources lack and the way to handle customer can be more polite and gentle even if there is disagreement......came with my brother and sister as I had a nice experience last time (probably a year or two back) but now I don't think I will bring anyone or come back your place.

1. The food was very tasty 2. Everything is very hygienic 3. Proper lightings 4. Serving service was good too 5. Good isn't very costly / value for money 6. A/C is available for summers I recommend you to visit this place if someday you go by there

This place really good for vegetarians. All the menu is served with accurate recipe. The only drawback is they don't keep your reservations even when reserved prior.. The mock tail are also good a bit pricy but good.

One of the best Pure Veg restaurant with variety of food items and cuisine. The only bad thing is having only one waiter service for 20 to 30people. But with the best quality, quantity and taste of food it's really good

I came for some work from Bangalore. Good to have masala dosa and got chance to taste the blend of cold coffee with icecream. It was yummy. Waiting period of getting the food is more.
