Coco Bay Beach Resort

We stayed at Coco Bay Beach Resort, located at Kodi Beach, Udupi. The resort is very close to the beach, and the location is calm and peaceful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful. The beach view is beautiful and perfect for relaxing and spending quiet time. As of now There is no in-house restaurant, so food needs to be ordered from outside, which was manageable. Overall, it is a nice place to stay with family or friends if you are looking for a peaceful beach vacation.

Beautiful property located right on the beach. The property is a bit far away ftom the main beach and thats what makes the beach experience so serene. Rooms are very spacious and has 2 balconies, one facing the beach, where you can enjoy a perfect sunset, and another one facing their garden. They don't have their inhouse restaurant, but they provide you menu card to order from their partner restaurants. Hospitality is very good, especially the owners, they visit the property twice everyday and ask if everything is okay. There is a caretaker available all time, if you ask her, she ll make tea/coffee. Overall had an extremely satisfying experience staying at this property. The secluded beach experience gives you a very private and pristine vibe. You can walk around the beach and also take a swim. The beach shore is full of sea shells.

If you are looking for a place to truly unwind and leave your work stress behind, this is it. The highlight of our stay was the incredible view right from our window—waking up to the sound of the waves and that horizon was therapeutic. The property is tucked away in a very peaceful area, offering the kind of quiet that’s hard to find these days. A special shout-out to the caretaker living next door; they were incredibly helpful and attentive while still giving us total privacy. It felt like a home away from home. I left feeling completely recharged!

Place, service and room is good overall. Our bags and neighbour room clothes got stolen by street dogs, we chased the dogs to get it back. Lizards enter the room easily. No mesh in the balcony doors. 10k per night was bit pricey for amenities provided, like no liquid hand wash in bathroom.

This homestay is a hidden gem, just away from the see with calm atmosphere. Had amazing stay with my friends and absolutely loved it. The rooms are clean and comfortable, warm hospitality. A perfect spot for a fun and relaxing trip with family and friends :)

Very nice stay, that connects to a private beach. Only thing that is missing is the in house kitchen which is work in progress. Rooms are top notch with great service. Take carer is friendly and helpful.

A peaceful place to stay with a lovely beach view. We were a group of ten and booked three rooms — all of them were neat and well-kept. The pricing was reasonable, and the host was very polite throughout. Would definitely come back!

My stag at coco beach homestay was absolutely fantastic. From Start to finish, everything exceeded my expectation. The homestay location is perfect, just a few steps away from the beach with breathtaking view! I loved walking up to the sound of waves and cool breeze. And my wife and kid enjoyed lot. Beach side resort very romantic and peaceful. Really enjoyed the stay. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Had best time sitting on the sea shore till late night and listening to waves with cool breeze is awesome experience. Only downside is food, you need travel to main road for food.

A Perfect Getaway at Coco Bay Beach Resort. We recently had the pleasure of staying at Coco Bay Beach Resort, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! Room: Neat and clean room with King bed with 2 balconies one towards beach and other one towards coconut grove / lawn. Coco Bay Location: 5 to 10 minutes' drive from highway. Beach: Just few yards from the room. Since its private beach almost no crowd. Owner and Caretaker are always helpful, and this place is good for a peaceful getaway.

Place was not that great and good. Tap was not working for us. For everything we should keep asking like for water and towels such stuffs. It was not worth for money i feel

Coco bay was one of my dreamy stay n finally made it this time. Perfect private beach stay and we loved it. Akshay is an amazing host along with the helpers who was so helpful. Our anniversary celebration was a memorable. Looking forward to travel back here for more celebrations.

I recently went on an all-girls trip with seven friends, and we stayed at Coco Bay Resort for 3 days and 2 nights. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with stunning beach views that are so peaceful and serene. We all had an amazing time, enjoying the calm atmosphere and the excellent facilities. A big thank you to Akshay, our host, and Revathy, the caretaker, for their warm hospitality and making our stay even more special. They were both so kind and helpful throughout our visit. Coco Bay Resort is definitely a must-visit for everyone. I highly recommend this place!!!
