The clothes are absolutely amazing — true linen and cotton, soft as can be. The designs are elegant, with a touch of peacefulness in every piece. I’m truly amazed by the quality, especially at such a reasonable price. You really have to go there and experience the clothes, the fabrics, and the craftsmanship for yourself. If you appreciate fine quality cotton and linen — and not polyester — this is truly one of the best.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Coco by Cotton Collection. After your staff forgot to remove the security tag, I spent 45 minutes in a taxi to return the next day despite having a flight to catch. The staff who served me was polite, but the lady supervisor behaved unprofessionally and rudely in front of other customers. Instead of acknowledging the inconvenience, she dismissed me by saying “it happens” and that I shouldn’t complain . Her attitude was completely unacceptable for someone in a supervisory position. As a loyal customer, I expect respect and proper service not arrogance and public disrespect from a supervisor.

The store is enticing and has unique pieces and the service is great, the team is amazingly helpful and friendly. You should open up a store in Uganda 😊
