Brother, there are no rooms here, plastic cloth has been covered on the iron structure, it is not like what is seen in the photo on Google, there are small rooms and they are very expensive.

No service no proper light fitting. bathroom not work properly. Fridge is not working

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. Despite booking in advance and paying the full amount, I was not allowed to check in upon arrival. The staff were unhelpful and unprofessional, and there was no explanation or assistance provided. Additionally, I felt unsafe throughout my stay, which is a huge concern, especially for female travelers. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I strongly advise looking for safer and more reliable options. Pathetic service, rude staff, and a complete lack of respect for guests. Stay away!

Могла бы поставит сразу 1 звезду за грязное застиранной белье, но атмосфера отеля понравилась. Белье и подушки купили, но лучше привозить свое (в этом районе искать долго). Так же непонятки с полотенцами, нам их дали но не сразу, вчера попросили заменить - до сих пор висят мокрые на веранде. В номере у нас были две большие кровати с нормальными матрасами. Все ушатано и мебели не хватает. Но есть электричество, кондей (платно), холодильник, горячая вода. Тут нет русских, тихое спокойное место, очень хорошо спиться. До моря 800 метров, а до пляжа 1.5 км. Завтрак - одно жареное яйцо, тост, 4 куска картошки и массала чай - принесли нам на веранду. При отеле есть ресторан - очень вкусно и недорого - приносят так же на веранду.

Для нетребовательных туристов, место хорошее, обстановка спокойная, доброжелательный персонал, турфирма все напутала, но управляющий вошёл в положение и предоставил уютный и безопасный номер, бельё и полотенца. Спасибо за гостеприимство, мы к вам вернёмся.

В номерах везде подтеки, грибок, плесень, насекомые падают с потолка через дыры. Ужасный запах плесени. Большинство мебели сломано или настолько грязное что прикасаться к ней не хочется. На территории лежит мусор. Парковки у отеля нет совсем. Завтраки очень простые (в основном яичница и хлеб). По территории ходят какие-то собаки. Бассейн ужасно грязный и мутный. При включении вентилятора с него летит пыль и грязь.

The place is not worth it! They barely have 4 tents overall and none justifies the price that they have quoted. The rooms are small and the surroundings is not maintained at all. Moreover they may even deny your suite room booking to replace with basic regular rooms. Lastly, the pictures of the place looks fancy but in real you'll be disappointed to see the real place! At the time we paid ₹2800 for a single day through make my trip!!

Very close to Vagator beach however rooms are not maintained well. First room alloted was bad and second room was spacious. However the fans were not clean, hot water issue at the beginning, AC was not providing necessary cooling and the pool was not clean. Not worth for the price.

low budget stay, very good staff but you would have a very bad time if u don't carry any bug repellents with you, ac sound in every room(even the luxury one) reminds you of a diesel engine. good for people who can adjust for a low price... not recommended for couples. good things about it are the food and cost of stay, food, beverages. It was the best available room that they could offer when i visited India 7 years ago. Maybe they have improved now. Owner seems to have some attitude problem though, soft fragile ego of a little girl i guess.

For a low budget, it's good place to go to... We were exited for the pool, however it wasn't clean, and after two days of requests even after they cleaned it, it's as shown in the picture; green water... Those who are looking for a swimming-pooled restaurant DO NOT VISIT....as even the size of pool is too small.... Besides, the staff is very cooperative. Though they didn't unblock the choked sink in our bathroom, nor did they do anything about the nonworking fridge, they helped us with things like getting bikes, complementary breakfasts for all the 4 days, about good food places and enjoyable sites of North goa, etc... Breakfast: 4 * -breakfast they provided was tasty and sufficient considering it was complementary.. Food: 3 * -We had to order food on few occasions from restaurant itself, and I wouldn't complain on the quality... Price: 4 * -Budget friendly Staff service: 4 * - very friendly Management: 1 * - especially disappointed with the pool

Listen dude, I didnt come begging at your property because begging is when you expect something for free. I would have never booked a stay at your pathetic property the only reason I came these is because the property I had booked with make my trip had denied check in and make my trip had requested me to adjust at your property after having a clear conversation with you or the owner who assured the availability of rooms. Also I have a complete video of the pathetic and ill maintained property that you lure your customers into by showing something completely contrary. You may reply to everyone who posts 1 star for you on google reviews but please self contemplate and improve your property rather than wasting your own time and the already disappointed customers time cause we have better jobs to do and you can for sure do better.

Budget accommodation, great location. Very close to vagator beach and chapora beach. Breakfast was good on 2nd day and OK on third day. I'll suggest you to book breakfast package only if it does not increase the cost too much. Ordering it there itself would cost 100-120 per person. Only thing I didn't give 5 stars is that the rooms / bathrooms were not cleaned during our stay. I stayed for 3 days, and towards the end, the bathrooms became too dirty. Also do call the hotel before reaching there as I saw some group having problems because their room was aloted to someone else. Since I do not know the case exactly, I would just suggest you to call them in advance telling them about your expected arrival time.

I found this place on some travel site as a luxury tented accommodation. I paid close to Rs 4000 a day. But when I went there, I was shocked that the place was definitely not luxurious. It was a badly maintained place built with very basic materials and things are falling apart.

We was stayed just for one day... But it was gud experiance.. There was some gud things and some bad thing to be describe.. Honestly rooms need to be more clean and neat... But bar and restaurant.. it was amazing.. They have amazing food... Also they offer awesome veg food.... It was nice experiance..

The property is very good by virtue.Staying in tents,lazying on lawn, partying in the frontyard etc. But the lodging amenities are quite unsatisfactory. Could experience loads of bed bugs and Air conditioning was too loud.The water pressure from shower in the bathroom was so poor that it took more than reasonable time to take a shower.Food and ambience of the restaurant is quite good though.Staff is hospitable.Hoping to stay there again but too disappointed to give it a third chance.

Worst resort to stay at. There's no remote for any of the ACs in the rooms. There's electricity issue. We had to sleep the entire night without Fan nor AC. The pool is so small as well. So don't waste your 💰 here. Try to find a good place somewhere else. Hope my review was useful.

I had been to goa last week and stayed in cocos resort for 4 days. I liked the place a lot as it is near by to the Chapora fort and baga beach. Mr. Vikram is really good. everything is awesome except the staff (Anil and Hero) who behaved like owners. But Vikram made our stay comfortable and good. Thanks a lot Vikram. I would recommend people to visit atleast once in your visit to Goa.

It was one of the worst experience. The room was like a servant quarter. Broken beds, broken cupboards. No towels or toiletries provided. No room service, no room cleaning of any sort. No drinking water as well. You can get better places to stay that this in Goa. Oyo rooms will be a better option
