Firstly, I would like to thank the entire team at Colombo Court Hotel for their outstanding hospitality and excellent service in every department. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. The rooms were fantastic, and the facilities provided were excellent, with a beautiful atmosphere that made our stay truly comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend CCHS for your next stay or event. A special thanks to the General Manager, Mr. Kevin, for the seamless support and assistance provided throughout our event and stay. Lastly, the food was absolutely amazing and incredibly tasty! Thank you once again to the whole team for making our experience memorable.

We had our Engagement ceremony on 23rd April 2026 at this venue and overall it was a truly memorable experience. The space itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and provided a perfect backdrop for our event. The ambiance created a calm and elegant atmosphere that our guests really appreciated. The staff were professional, supportive, and attentive throughout the planning process especially Ms Binuri and the waiting staff on the engagement day. They coordinated things smoothly and helped reduce a lot of the usual stress that comes with organizing such an important event. Food and service were also well received by our guests, with good variety and timely presentation. The venue was spacious enough to accommodate our guests comfortably, and everything felt well organized on the day. Guests specifically enjoyed the buffet menu. The team was responsive and tried their best to accommodate our needs. Overall, we are grateful for the experience and would recommend this venue to couples looking for a reliable and elegant wedding location ♥️♥️

Nice hotel. Service was great. The hotel has some great food choices and taste. The hotel itself looks a bit antique but unique in its own way. There is a jacuzzi and a swimming pool. There are two restaurants and our favourite was the cloud bar which is on top of the hotel. Highly recommended. The only part that was not comfortable was the birds noise in the middle of the night so it took us a bit to adapt with the environment. Other than that it was a great experience.

I went to Cafe 64 for shisha with a friend, and I’ve been there about four times now. The service is consistently really good, and the food is delicious. It’s a bit on the expensive side, but definitely worth the money. The surroundings are beautiful and give a very calming vibe that perfectly matches the shisha experience, especially in the late evening. It’s such a nice place to visit at night—the atmosphere is peaceful, relaxing, and refreshing. I really love this place; it truly has a great vibe.

Excellent hôtel très bien situé. Chambre propre et spacieuse, gel douche et shampoing à disposition. Piscine magnifique. Personnel très agréable. Bon petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet.

De belles promesses, mais une expérience globalement décevante Le Colombo Court Hotel & Spa laisse une impression très contrastée. Il y a indéniablement des atouts : la chambre était grande, agréablement aménagée et offrait un vrai confort en journée. On sentait le potentiel de l'établissement. Malheureusement, les nuits ont été un supplice. Le bruit était omniprésent et l'isolation phonique très insuffisante, rendant le repos pratiquement impossible. Pour un hôtel qui se revendique "spa & resort", c'est un manque sérieux que l'on ne peut pas ignorer. Le service a lui aussi laissé à désirer. Peu réactif et manquant de professionnalisme, il est loin du standard attendu dans ce type d'établissement. La restauration n'a pas arrangé les choses : les plats étaient décevants, et un incident au restaurant a achevé de ternir notre séjour. Un serveur nous a proposé de nous offrir une bière en guise d'excuse pour un plat raté (geste que nous avons apprécié sur le moment) avant de la faire apparaître sur l'addition. Ce genre de pratique est non seulement désagréable, mais franchement malhonnête. Dommage, car les bases sont là pour un séjour réussi. Mais entre le bruit nocturne, un service négligé et une gestion de restaurant à revoir, l'expérience globale reste en deçà des attentes. Des efforts sérieux s'imposent avant que cet hôtel puisse tenir toutes ses promesses.

We couldn’t thank everyone properly earlier as we were extremely busy after the wedding, but it is truly important to do so now. First and foremost, a heartfelt thank you to Ms. Binuri for coordinating and managing everything so beautifully, and for being patient with us during stressful moments. Your support meant a lot to us. Our wedding day turned out exactly as we had dreamed, and we absolutely loved the final outcome. This was entirely possible because of the dedication and teamwork of everyone at Colombo Court Hotel & Spa. A very special thank you to the chef, Ms. Binuri, and Kasun. They were incredibly helpful and cooperative with our decoration partner—from the table setup to the smooth flow of the event. Everything was executed in perfect order, even under very short notice, and with such efficiency. The hotel itself was the perfect location we had been searching for—peaceful, calm, and cooling, with beautiful nature vibes without being overly green. It suited our personal taste perfectly. We intentionally kept decorations minimal because the hotel already offers such a stunning outdoor ambiance on its own. Really a good hotel with great food. We are Indians, they have an Indian cook chef Madhan. He is so attentive to detail. He personally checked where we are from and cooked food to our liking. Had such a lovely experience. And the one who served us was Mr. manula. He is great guy and really good at what he does. He always has smile on his face and goes that extra mile to get what we want. Both manula and madhan changed our experience from good to best. Definitely recommend this for Indians for all good reasons.

Excellent hôtel. Superbe décoration des espaces communs, chambres tres confortables et un personnel aussi gentil qu’aux petits soins avec ses hôtes. Excellente salle de sport. Bien equipped, matériel fonctionnel (si rare) et super clean. Restaurant également très bon, large choix, tout est frais et en 6 nuits jamais été malade.

This was previously known as Colombo Courtyard. The location is convenient. Parking can be an issue depending on your time of visit. (Limited parking) It's a convenient location and many activities and or locations with activities are all situated within walking distance. Decent roof top bar.. menu's a re decent. Rooms are well equipped a d facilitated. Staff is friendly and speaks well. Overall 7/10

Прекрасное место. Номера внутри простые, пахнет деревом. Сама территория интересная. Есть бассейн и джакузи, есть где позагорать. Так же есть места, чтоб не сидеть просто в номере. На верхнем этаже расположен бар/кафе. Хорошее место. Union pay там не работает.

Had a wonderful one-night stay at Colombo Court Hotel with my family. The hospitality was excellent and the food was outstanding. Special thanks to Chef Ashok and his team. Loved the vegetarian options—Veg Hyderabadi Biryani, Penne Arrabbiata, and Butter Naan with Chole an ended with a dessert Timmarasu and all were too delicious and fantastic Highly recommend!

Très bel hôtel avec chambres et piscine magnifiques. Restaurant italien de bonne qualité avec un personnel servant de mauvaise fois frisant l'incompétence. Mauvaise commande, inversion de plat et ne reconnaissent pas leur erreur. Plat froid. Cependant au moment de payer aucun geste de leur part n'accepte pas l'erreur. Dommage.

Pokoje są piękne i nic nie można im zarzucić. Fajny nieduży basen i do tego jeszcze jeden mały podwójny. Obsługa bardzo słaba jak na taki hotel. Na wszystko trzeba bardzo długo czekać, ludzi pracujących w obsłudze jest wielu, ale jak to na Sri Lance efektywność bardzo, bardzo niska. Mylą zamówienia, zapominają dostarczyć, czekanie na śniadanie trwa nawet godzinę. O żelazko przypominałem się trzy razy i wreszcie dotarło. Na warunki Sri Lanki hotel wyglądał na luksus, ale pod ładną fasadą jest tak, jak nie powinno być, niestety nie warto - słabo wypada stosunek jakości do ceny. Jedzenie smaczne.

I celebrated my birthday at Colombo Court Hotel, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The food was absolutely incredible, every dish was so fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. The team went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, and it really showed in the little details. The ambience was cozy, intimate, and just the right vibe for a birthday dinner. From the service to the setup, everything felt so thoughtfully done. My guests loved it just as much as I did!

Disappointed with the Service – Needs Serious Staff Training This was my first visit to Court Hotel. While the location and ambiance are great, the overall experience was ruined by the service. From the moment I stepped in, the staff kept approaching me repeatedly, asking for my order even after I politely explained that I was waiting for my friend to arrive so we could order together. Their constant hovering made it impossible to settle in and enjoy the environment. Eventually, just to avoid the uncomfortable pressure, I ordered something small. But even after that, they kept returning to ask if I was ordering more or if they could bring the bill as if they wanted me to leave. Once my friend arrived, I informed them we’d be staying longer and ordering more. Still, the attitude didn’t change. Frustrated, we paid and moved to the rooftop area, hoping for a better experience, but the same behavior continued. Staff constantly circled us, pressuring us to order immediately. On top of that, when I finally did place another order, they got it wrong and didn’t even acknowledge the mistake. I left feeling disappointed and unwelcome. A gentle reminder to management: guests come to relax and enjoy their time not to be rushed or made to feel uncomfortable. Please consider training your staff to be more respectful and mindful of guests’ space and comfort. I won’t be returning.

I would say this is the best hotel in Colombo. From the rooms to the service, everything was exceptional. We stayed for 8 to 9 days in November, and the staff was truly amazing. The front manager and their team, along with the food and beverage team and the entire staff, were incredibly humble and accommodating. I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit to Sri Lanka, and without a doubt, we will be staying at the same hotel. This place truly feels like home. What I love most about this hotel is its unique charm and its close connection to nature. Keep up the great work! You all are truly amazing ❤️❤️

Ago25. Fantástico hotel en el centro de Colombo, un pequeño oasis en la jungla de tuktuks. Piscina y jacuzzi agradable aunque en mitad del paso al jardín, pero te acostumbras y es acogedor al final. Desayuno de pago que estuvo bien presentado. A precio muy razonable para el nivel de habitación y baño, nada mal. La terraza abierta arriba, con música en directo y comida/bebida resultó muy agradable la noche q estuvimos, rodeado de jungla de asfalto...
