Comfort Hotel Riyadh Olaya

I have been staying at this hotel on and of for couple of years. Every time I visit, I get more impressed of how well it is managed by Mr. Nawaf. The restaurant staff always go out of their way to make us feel welcomed. Mr. Saber, Eslam, Abdullah and others are hospitable, courteous and gracious. The front desk staff are welcoming and pleasant, Ms. ouhud عهود Mr. Mufaraj, Abdullah and Mohamad are great assets for this hotel. Housekeeping staff are fast and they do a great job, all of our room attendants have been great and helpful. Mr. Ashad our room attendant is wonderful.

This was our first visit to Saudi Arabia, and we stayed here. The front desk staff, Mr. Ibrahim, kindly and enthusiastically assisted us, making us feel very welcome and warm. He gave us a wonderful first impression of Saudi Arabia. The room was comfortable and clean. We highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, great mattress, pillows and comforter. The amenities as gym, rooftop and lobby are clean and comfortable. Tarek made our experience even better by regularly checking with a smile that we got what we needed. Highly recommended.

Best hôtel in RIYADH near the magnificiant Kingdom Tower ! From the staff in the reception to the cleaning staff All was really good ! Thanks specially to Ashad who was really helpfull and do the cleaning service really well ! Nice hotel, clean, modern and with Nice staff ! Really looking forward to stay again in this hôtel when I will visit Riyadh in the future !

Nice hotel at a very convenient location and budget friendly. Recommended for stay in Olaya, Riyadh. Few vending machines are available in lobby. Very close to Kingdom Tower. They need to add more Vegetarian dishes in breakfast menu.

ما حصل معي يُعد استغلالًا واضحًا للنزيل. تواصلت مع الفندق مسبقًا وحددت وقت وصولي الساعة 12، ولم يتم إبلاغي بأي رسوم دخول مبكر. عند الوصول فُرضت عليّ رسوم غير معلنة، وهذا تصرّف غير مهني ويعكس انعدام الشفافية والمصداقية. استغلال تعب المسافرين وفرض رسوم مفاجئة أسلوب غير أخلاقي ولا يليق بأي منشأة فندقية محترمة. تجربة سيئة جدًا، وما أنصح بهذا الفندق إطلاقًا !

طبعاً حجزنا فندق وكتبت بالورقه شكراً على حسن ضيافتكم احسب اللي بالثلاجة ضيافة يوم طلعنا قال موضيافة طيب ليش ماقلتوا لنا قبل لاندخل الغرفة ان اللي بالثلاجة موضيافة كان اشترينا من برا البقالات قريبة الحمدلله كنت بحجز مره ثانية للسياحة بس لما شفت الرجال يوم طلعنا قال نبي نحسب اللي اكلتوه بالثلاجة الحمدلله اللي ما اكلنا كثير واذا كنت بحجز فندق بحجز عشان البنت اللي امس الله يسعدها يارب بس ما اتوقع اني بحجز ذا الفندق مره ثانيه من غير شر عشان الرجال اللي كان اليوم الساعه ٢ م🥲 وترى النجوم عشان البنت مو عشان الموظف اللي اليوم لأن اذا بغيت اقيم عشان الموظف اليوم بعطيه 0 ومافيه غلاية بعد! هل يعقل ان يكون فيه فندق مايكون فيها غلاية🤔

فندق جميل ، والاستاذ ابراهيم المالكي في الاستقبال تعامله راقي بكل ماتعنيه الكلمه من معنى ، والله اسلوبه وتعامله وخدمته فوق الوصف ، اوجه له تحيه خاصه ججججداً عيوب الفندق للاسف الافطار عادى ججججدا وقليل الاصناف وصغير جداً مايستاهل سعره 75 ريال للشخص + المواقف قليله وصعب جدا تحصل موقف

ثاني تجربه لي بالفندق . بصراحه طاقم الفندق خصوصا الاستقبال شيء بغاية الاحترافية والغرف جدا مرتبه ونظيفة. الاخت عهود بالاستقبال اشكرها جداً على احترافيتها وبصراحه هذي المعامله هي اللي تخلي اي احد يرجع للفندق.

Excellent location in the heart of Riyadh. The hotel team is super friendly, cooperative, and professional. The front desk Saudi staff are outstanding, also the valet parking and room service staff are super. البنات و الشباب السعوديين في الاستقبال لبقين و احترافيين، تعاملت مع عهود و عبير و ابراهيم و مفرج👏🏻

تجربه سيئة جداً 😞 من اول يوم طفت الكهربة .. يوم وصول تعبانين من السفر .. وجلسنا في الحر بدون مكيف اكثرمن ثلاث ساعات الكهربا طفت على جزء من الفندق ،، ولا فيه اي تجاوب من ادارة الفندق ، ما غيرو الغرفة و تركونا في الحر ، ارسلت ايميل ولا ردوا علي .. تجاهل ،، بالضبط زي ما الاستقبال تجاهل بطاقات الابواب قفلت علينا من الساعة ١٢ ظهر .. قالوا ايش؟ لانه اليوم راح تخرجو ما تقدر تدخل ولا تطلع 😂😂 تترزع في مكانك ،، مسخره اول مره اشوفها انا علمتكم وانتو بكيفكم

I’m nicely surprised about quality of this 4star hotel, even some 5star hotels don’t reach this level of service. I am here for business and I truly recommend this hotel as it has everything what you need! Great mattresses, iron board in the room, rooms are spacious, ac is not directly above the bed so you don’t get cold, proper gym, and breakfast buffet with bespoke omelettes is sure… service was quick, easy parking and great location in the city center.

فندق جميل ونظيف و هادئ والاثاث جديد يستحق ٥ نجمات واخص بالشكر الموظفه عهود وصلنا و كان حجزنا عن طريق تطبيق wego اسوء تطبيق لما وصلنا الحجز موجود لكن لم يتم الدفع من قبل التطبيق وانتظرنا وكانت الموظفه خدومه ومعنا بكل خطوه وسمحت لنا بالدخول .. ودفعت من حسابي مره اخرى وطلعنا والتطبيق لم يدفع .. شكراً عهود

أنا حجزت فيه لضيوف جاييني من الشرقية وانصح فيه يواجه ويبيض الوجه وهادي ورايق والغرف جدا وسيعه ومريحه والنظافه ممتازه والخدمه على ماتحب ويرضيك الفطور عندهم لذيذ والموقع جداً مناسب إذا انتم جايين زياره كل شي قريب منكم ومواقع التوصيل متوفره باي وقت

Firstly, I must talk about the authentic customer service from Ohoud, she is the best, extremely helpful and super nice . She makes staying here at this beautiful and comfortable hotel enjoyable. My family enjoyed every moment of the breakfast, clean rooms and overall friendly staff. My son was celebrating his 13th birthday and they make our stay welcomed and memorable. Thanks again Ohoud, for your extraordinary customer service, your English was perfect also. We will be back. 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲 A must stay at hotel.

Very good location as it is right near Kingdom Centre, and the hotel isn’t crowded which is amazing! However one of the rooms we had, had a very fowl sewage smell. Other than that the food and the service is incredible especially considering its affordable price!! The hotel also has a fully equipped gym which was brilliant!!
