Unfortunately, this was a very uncomfortable experience. Closing the branch from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM in a vital and busy area causes unnecessary disruption to customers’ transactions, especially for those with strict working hours. In addition, the way entry is managed by the security staff lacks professionalism and the calm approach expected in a banking institution, as customers are directed in an inappropriate manner that does not reflect proper customer service standards. Moreover, the absence of a clear queue management system leads to disputes among customers due to the lack of order, which is embarrassing and unacceptable inside a bank branch. We hope the management will reconsider the operating hours and improve the organization and customer handling standards to reflect the level expected from a bank operating in an advanced market like Qatar.
