I bought more than 20 computers from their company. I sent them a device for maintenance. They still have it for more than a month and it has not been repaired yet. Every employee throws the problem at another employee. They do not have credibility and their after-sales service is very, very bad. I will not buy from them again and I will file a complaint against them.

This is definitely the best place and customer service for computers and laptops in Dubai and probably the UAE. Harsh, Atit and their team were also super friendly and managed to fix my laptop in a quick and timely manner. Recommend them for sure.
