مذخرف ترین هتلی که میتونی بیای اتاقا کوچیک راهرو ها تنگ اسانسور کوچک کوچه ماشین توش نمیاد اشغال کوچش هم خیلی خیلی تنگه محلش هم بده دسترسیش بد نیس اما واقعا من باشم نمیام دیگه یه ستاره هم براش زیاده فقط صبونش خوب بود اونم چون خودش همه چی رو میاره سلف نیس همین مقدار رو برا دو نفر میاره من اصلا نمیدونم چرا باید امتیاز بوکینگ یه همچین هتل که امکانانش و جاش نزدیک به صفره باید ۸ باشه

فقط میخوام بقیه مثل ما گرفتار نشن این هتل اشغاااله افتضاحه تنها هتلی تو عمرم که دمپایی نداره مسواک نداره جاش کلی سرپایینی و سر بالایی داره !اصلا حیف پووووول

Ich möchte mich herzlich bei den Hotelmitarbeitern **Serhat** und **Burak** bedanken. Beide haben meinen Aufenthalt wirklich außergewöhnlich gemacht. Der Service war von Anfang an sehr freundlich, professionell und aufmerksam. Serhat war immer hilfsbereit, hat sich Zeit genommen für Fragen und hat dafür gesorgt, dass ich mich im Hotel sofort willkommen und wohl gefühlt habe. Seine positive Art und seine Professionalität sind wirklich bemerkenswert. Auch Burak hat einen hervorragenden Job gemacht. Er war sehr zuvorkommend, zuverlässig und hat sich um jedes Detail gekümmert. Man merkt sofort, dass ihm die Zufriedenheit der Gäste sehr wichtig ist. Dank Serhat und Burak war mein Aufenthalt im Hotel eine **sehr, sehr gute Erfahrung**. Solche engagierten Mitarbeiter machen wirklich den Unterschied. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen und hoffe, bei meinem nächsten Besuch wieder von ihnen betreut zu werden. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This hotel is highly recommended if you’re looking for a good value and top service. Despite having a minor inconvenience, it was resolved immediately and seamlessly. The manager made it his top priority to make us feel comfortable. Big thank you to all the hard working staff!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. Everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.”

Хорошенький отель, с удобной кроватью и хорошим завтраком. Единственный минус - кофе, включённый в стоимость завтрака, пить невозможно! Ужасно невкусный растворимый кофе! Но за отдельную плату они делают прекрасный кофе. Специально выбирала номер с джакузи, но джакузи не работало!

This was a very comfortable stay. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was nice, and the hotel also offers spa services, which we didn’t get around to trying. We had to leave a bag at the hotel for over a week, and they were very helpful with that. The location was the only drawback for us.

Super great location in a very convenient area, close to everything. Rooms were very clean, and the team was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had a few requests, and they found solutions quickly. Standard rooms are quite small, and some have no or very little natural light, which makes the room feel dark. In the evening, it can be quite loud outside, and the soundproofing is not very good – noise from the corridor and other rooms.

The hotel is situated in a good location only a small walk to metro and plenty of shops. We only had a small issue that was corrected straight away. The staff were attentive and helpful as well as very polite. We enjoyed our stay especially because of the wonderful staff who were there to carry our bags, order me food late at night and happily entertain us. Aisha and Sedat are an asset to your team. We will return again for sure!

Otele 18.10.2025 tarihinde kız arkadaşımla kalmak için rezervasyon yaptırdım. Otelin fotoğrafları açık ara dolandırıcılık sebebi. Oda fotoğraftakinden bağımsız olarak çok bakımsız ve eski duruyor. Eski olması da bir yana, tavanlar alçak, duvarlar koyu renk, oda bir kör boşluğa bakıyor. Duvarlar üstünüze üstünüze geliyor, soğuk soğuk terliyorsunuz. Camı açtığınızda ise o boşlukta büyükçe bir havalandırma ünitesi var, ve camı açtığınız anda odaya sıcak hava doluyor pencereden. The real room looks very old and dirty. The ceiling is low, the walls are dark, and the window faces a closed space. It feels small and suffocating, and when you open the window, hot air comes in because of a big ventilation unit outside. Believe me, it’s not cheap at all, and it’s impossible to relax here. In the end, we decided we couldn’t stay. We went to the reception and said we wanted to cancel. Even after talking for 45 minutes, they refused to refund our money. If it was even a little okay, I wouldn’t have wanted to lose my 3,000 TL — but it’s really not possible to stay there. Another problem: nobody at the hotel speaks proper Turkish except the bellboy. The manager and reception staff speak very broken Turkish, and you can’t understand them. I don’t even know who owns this place. For that 3,000 TL, I’ll post reviews on Ekşi Sözlük, Google Maps, Agoda, and Hotels.com. Friends, please don’t waste your money on this hotel. Now I’ll also make a chargeback request to Mastercard — let’s see what happens when they charge me for a room I didn’t stay in.

Stayed at Concept Nisantasi from 27/03 - 31/03/2026. Everything is within walking distance - shops, restaurants are all just a short stroll away. Good location. Unfortunately, breakfast wasn't great and bathroom issues persisted despite requests - drainage was stuck. Manager, was attentive but didn't quite resolve the issues. Might consider other options for cleanliness, but good for location."

Meine Erfahrung in diesem Hotel war äußerst entäuschend. Das Personal an der Rezeption war von Anfang an arrogant und überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit. Die Fotos auf booking.com wirken stark mit Photoshop bearbeitet oder sogar durch künstliche Intelligenz erstellt, da sie in keiner Weise der Realität entsprechen. Die Möbel im Hotel sind alt und abgenutzt, überall sind deutliche Schäden zu sehen. Die Sanitäranlagen sind in einem schrecklichen Zustand, Türgriffe und Wände sind zerkratzt und abgeblätert, und die Spiegel sind von Rost bedeckt. Außerdem riecht es im gesamten Hotel stark nach Feuchtigkeit, und es gibt überall Schimmel — an den Fenstern, in den Badezimmern und sogar an den Vorhängen und Gardinen. Das ist eindeutig gesundheitsschädlich, dennoch unternimmt das Personal nichts. Uns wurden drei verschiedene Zimmer auf zwei Etagen gezeigt, und in jedem einzelnen Zimmer gab es Schimmel. Wir wollten mit unserem Kind bleiben, mussten aber wegen dieser unzumutbaren Bedingungen gehen. Das Hotel verweigerte zudem die Rückerstatung unserer Buchungskosten. Dieses Hotel ist ein einziger Betrug. Die Fotos entsprechen nicht der Wirklichkeit, und die positiven Bewertungen auf booking.com wirken offensichtlich gefälscht.

Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Concept Nişantaşı Hotel & Spa. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Adem und Burak – beide waren sehr herzlich, freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel, die Lage ist top und das gesamte Personal sehr professionell. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service, ich komme gerne wieder!

L’hôtel m’a malheureusement déçu(e), car il est beaucoup plus ancien que ce que laissaient penser les photos en ligne. L’établissement mériterait une mise à jour afin de correspondre aux attentes actuelles. En revanche, je tiens à souligner la qualité de l’accueil : le personnel est très aimable, en particulier Adem, qui a été extrêmement attentionné. Même si l’hôtel n’était pas réellement sale, tout paraît très usé : le lit, le metalas les draps et les serviettes qui étaient jaunis, ainsi qu’une salle de bain vraiment ancienne. Si vous recherchez un hébergement moderne ou fidèle aux photos, je vous conseille de bien vérifier avant de réserver.

Top: Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und gastfreundlich. Sie verdienen 5 Sterne! Lieferservice Essen: man konnte Bestellungen an der Reception aufgeben und in der Lobby oder im Zimmer essen. Flop: Das bearbeitete Profilbild zeigt ein gefälschtes Bild von der Strasse. Die Strassen sind in Echt kaputt, die Gebäuden rund um das Hotel sind sehr dich gebaut. Die Lage wäre eigentlich gut, da sich das Hotel in der Nähe der Einkaufsmeile 'Rumeli cad.' und der Metrostation 'Osmanbey' befindet, jedoch eine sehr unsichere Gegend mit kaputten Strassen und schwacher Beleuchtung. Hygiene/Sauberkeit: Das Hotel ist allgemein sehr abgenutzt und in die Jahre gekommen. Meiner Meinung nach braucht es eine Totalsanierung. Die Fugen in der Dusche waren voll mit Schimmel und das Loch vom Lavabo war dreckig. Ich würde das Hotel nicht wieder buchen. Die Gegend (schlanke, kaputte und wenig beleuchtete Strassen) hat mir nicht gefallen und das Hotel ist sehr veraltet.

Odalar dar ve alçak tavanlı, Işık sistemi berbat ve temizlik 0. Havluları kendimiz istemek zorunda kaldık, temizleyin dediğimiz halde temizlenmedi . Spa bölümüne gelirsek, bonesiz havuza giriş yasak ve alt katta satın aldırıyolarlar. Havuzun suyu iğrençti. Konum olarak çok iyi sağolsun Adem bey çok yardımcı oldu her konuda.

Otel kısmını bilmiyorum. Spayı kullandık Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum terapistler çok amatör bu masaj değil kendini ovdurmak. Hijyen konusunda da zayıflar jakuzinin suyu dolamadan önce içerisinide kıllar ve pislikler vardı

Fiyat performans açısından çok başarılı bir otel. Odalar temiz, kahvaltı zengin ve personel oldukça ilgiliydi. Güzel bir deneyimdi.

What makes this place really stand out is definitely the staff, I stayed for 9 days and everyone has such a lovely attitude. They were kind, attentive and friendly, especially Sedat, Burak and Aisha who have been delighted to meet. I booked a family room, and although it was not as big as described on booking, the first impression was not the best but I must say that thanks to the wonderful staff I would definitely come back to this hotel next time I visit Istanbul.
