I had a very positive experience with this clinic. The entire examination process was organized at a high level, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. My endocrinologist consultation was arranged smoothly, and the overall service was efficient and well coordinated. Since all of this was done through medical insurance, I especially appreciate that the process was completed fast and with good quality. At this stage, I cannot comment on the pricing because I have not yet received the final report. However, I hope the prices will also meet my expectations and will not disappoint me. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and can recommend this clinic.

Если кратко — цена совершенно не соответствует уровню сервиса. Подробно: 1. Указано, что клиника работает круглосуточно, но в воскресенье на звонки никто не отвечал. Написал в чат — ответили только через несколько часов, пообещали уточнить время приема и пропали. 2. В понедельник утром со мной так никто и не связался, пришлось звонить самому. Записался на вторник. 3. Во вторник попросили перенести прием на вечер из-за операции у врача. Мы согласились. 4. Приехали за 20 минут до приема — клиника была закрыта. Открыли только к назначенному времени, а врач опоздал еще на 20 минут. 5. Сам прием длился около 5 минут, при этом стоимость составила 180 лари. В итоге — полная неорганизованность, отсутствие уважения к времени клиентов и сервис, который явно не соответствует своей цене.

We came with our sick child and everything was arranged very professionally. A pediatrician was called and arrived in about 10–15 minutes, even though it was late in the evening. The examination was done carefully, the doctor was precise and kind, and the administration staff spoke both English and Russian. After the examination, our child received the necessary care, medicines were applied, everything needed was prescribed, and all the paperwork was handled so professionally that our insurance back in Europe reimbursed everything without hesitation.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with this clinic! Every aspect of their care was great. Sophia spoke English beautifully and was incredibly helpful, the Doctor was extremely caring and knowledgeable, and they even came to my house on 2 occasions for follow up visits! I am so very grateful for finding this amazing clinic! Thank you, Concierge!!!

Посетила медицинский центр (Concierge Medical Center) по страховке. Персонал сразу же вышел мне на связь и назначили время удобное для меня. Проявили ко мне внимание и доброту. Врач Нино Киладзе, приняла меня вовремя. Была доброжелательной, выслушала меня и назначила правильное лечение. Видно, что она профессионал своего дела. В наше время, все реже встречаются люди с такими хорошими качествами. Такие прекрасные качества ценят не только люди, но и также Бог. Была в клинике у Эндокринолога и невролога Эндокринолог меня внимательно выслушал, мои жалобы, назначил соответствующие анализы, все понравилось У невролога же пришла с конкретной проблемой, к сожалению, получила ответ от врача что он не знает что это и чувствовалась, что врач делал акцент что этой проблемы не существует и я ее выдумала

Отличная клиника. Спасибо за постоянную связь, за оперативную помощь. Доктор и медсестра просто супер, которые выезжали на вызов. Ребенок даже не боялся и не плакал, когда ставили капельницу (ребенку 1.8 года было на момент обращения). Спасибо доктору за связь на протяжении болезни и даже, когда уже были в пути домой. После таких врачей от Бога за ребенка сразу стало спокойно. Спасибо огромное за постоянную связь даже через несколько месяцев после обращения, за помощь со страховкой, за ответы на вопросы и отправку кучу документов на разные электронные адреса. Спасибо девушке за это на регистратуре, которая все время на связи. Просто огромное человеческое спасибо. 🙏❤️ только успехов и процветания вашей клинике💓

Humble but effective clinic. I whatsapped them on Sunday, and they got me an appointment for Monday 4 pm. Receptionist spoke Russian and English, there were no delays or annoying lines. The clinic itself is not like what you imagine when you use private medicine, not too new or shiny, but this is just Batumi reality, so I think it's pretty decent all things considered. They also arranged for an ultrasound like half an hour after the appointment cause I needed it, the nurse took me to the main hospital and sneaked me in there real fast, no lines! I wasn't expecting this kind of magic. No insurance or anything needed, just passport and a couple hundred lari.

I am currently receiving treatment from the Concierge Service. I had a cyst removed from my back. This required a minor surgical procedure. The entire procedure was prepared for me, and I was even accompanied during the operation. There was always someone by my side. This gives me a great sense of security, especially if you don't speak Georgian or Russian. T here are no long waits, and the atmosphere is very relaxed. The surgeon did a really good job. I felt only minimal pain after the operation. I think the treatment costs are reasonable. If you don't speak Georgian or Russian very well, you should use this service.

Неужели после столь долгих поисков нормальной клиники, я нашла нормальную! Это было сложно) говорят на трех языках все (Грузинский, Русский , Английский), отношение хорошее к людям, очень милые врачи и реально заинтересованные в твоем здоровье, цены как и везде. Да, иногда, нужно чуть подождать, хоть и записан на определенное время, но это скорее потому что они уделяют время каждому столько, сколько нужно для решения проблемы. Короче, я рекомендую гинеколога и уролога, узи. Другое не пробовала здесь)

We had a good experience with this clinic. We made the appointment through WhatsApp. Communication was in English. We needed to see and ENT specialist and he was knowledgeable and helpful. The reception staff was also very helpful and friendly. She even translated for us while communicating with the doctor. Would highly recommend.

Since I inquired, they were very helpful & specified a time so I won’t have to wait long, to the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and care. They checked up on me regularly, addressing all my concerns with professionalism and empathy. I was just there 2 hours ago. Everyone was so nice. The time of night I went, the doctor and nurse could speak Russian but it wasn't a problem for me. The receptionist spoke English and Russian. The doctor was very kind and treated me right away including an IV to help my body get electrolytes. It's probably going to take a few days to fully recover but I'm already feeling better and was able to eat some porridge. They called a taxi for us to go home and filled out the insurance papers so I can place a claim. I would highly recommend going here.
