در دستشویی‌ها دمپایی پلاستیکی بگذارید تا پاهای ما خیس نشود و صدای موسیقی تمام شب توی اتاق شنیده می‌شد

خیر افتضاح..عزیزان مسافر این هتل دوستاره هم نیست ..صبحانش خیلی بد ..به هیچ وجه مثه ما که با آژانس یاسین گشت مشهد اومدیم وگول خوردیم.. ..گول نخورید اتاقی که ما بودیم سوسک داشت..وخدمات خیلی ضعیف ..بود..لابی هتل به مسافرخونه میمونه..صدای دیسکو تا نصف شب مانع از خواب واستراحته..حواستون باشه عزیزان پولتونو حروم نکنید ..ما ۲۲وپونصد پول دادیم درحالیکه با ۱۸ ونیم بقیه اومده بودن واز تهران ۱۶/۵ ..ما چند خانواده هستیم که همه ناراضی هستیم با قیمت بالا اومدیم به هوای هتل چهارستاره خوب ..متاسفیم ..گول خوردیم.

هتل معدن انواع سوسک‌های آسیایی و آفریقایی صبحانه بسیار ضعیف و به درد نخور بهداشت پایین صدای آزاردهنده دیسکو هندی داخل هتل کارکنان هتل به خوبی انگلیسی بلد نیستند که تنها راه ارتباط با اونهاست در کل پیشنهاد نمیشه با قیمت مشابه هتل های بهتری میشه گرفت تنها خوبی هتل نزدیکی به مترو بودنشه

با توجه به 4 ستاره بودنش اصلا در حد چهار ستاره نیست ، کف اتاق نزدیک حمام خیس بود و دمپایی ، مسواک و خمیر دندان داخل حمام اتاق نبود. شب ها موقع خواب از بیرون صدای خیلی زیادی میاد که نمیشه بخوابی در اتاق خراب بود و به سختی با کارت باز میشد تنوع صبحانه هم خیلی کم بود در کل من دیگه هیچ وقت این هتل رو برای موندن انتخاب نمیکنم

پرسنل اکثرا" خوش برخورد وسرویس و نظافت اتاقها خوب و به موقع است. به نسبت هتل چهار ستاره متوسط رو به خوب است. صبحانه هتل خوب است رستوران آن برای نهار و شام متنوع نیست اما در خیابان رقعه که نزدیک هتل است انواع متنوعی از رستورانها وجود دارد. موقعیت هتل و دسترسی به مراکز خرید بسیار خوب است .

۱.اتاق های بزرگی داره و اتاق من مبلمان و میز و صندلی هم داشت. ۲. با ایستگاه مترو ۱۰ دقیقه فاصله داره و در نزدیکی هتل رستوران و سوپرمارکت های زیادی هست. ۳. چند کلاب داره که تا پاسی از شب سر و صدای بلندی ایجاد میکنند بنابراین سعی کنید در طبقات بالا اتاق بگیرید که صدای کلاب ها برای خوابیدن راحت اذیت نکنه.

هتل خوبیه تو انتخابش شک نکنید ویژگیها : پرسنل خوش برخورد هتل بسیار تمیز اتاق ها تمیز صبحانه خوب بود مکان هتل نزدیک به سیتی دیره هست و هر روز صبح ترانسفر دیره میاد نکات منفی : استخر کوچک هست و آب سرد البته تو این فصل وجود ۴ عدد کلاپ و دیسکو شاید صدا بیاد تو اتاق نبود مسواک و خمیر دندان

بسیار هتل بدیه خواهشا اینجا نیاید که پشیمون میشید. ۵ تا دیسکو و صدای آزار دهنده و همچنین کارکنان بی ادب و صبحانه مزخرف

موقعیت مکانی خوبی داره و به مرکز شهر نزدیکه

Honestly one of the worst hotels I have visited. Cleanliness was almost nonexistent and the service was not up to any acceptable standard. The Indian employee working at the reception during the night shift spoke in a very inappropriate way. Guests deserve respect and professionalism

Concorde Deira Hotel offers a clean and safe stay in a convenient location, with two nearby night markets within a 15-minute walk. While the room was neat, a poorly closing window and loud parties on the first floor caused significant noise during the night, especially on the second floor. Breakfast was acceptable but not up to typical 4-star standards. Overall, a decent hotel with good safety and location, but noise control and breakfast quality need improvement.

The pool is inside the bar of the hotel which smells immediately of cigarettes and was quite an uncomfortable area to be in so we didn't use the pool. In the evening it is very noisy as there is a bar where the pool is and some bars on the ground floor also. We didn't get much sleep as it was very noisy. The shower/bath in the room was really nice but this was overshadowed by the noise and lack of proper swimming pool

Very disappointing stay. The service was poor, and the hotel was noisy at night with a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The toilet door was difficult to slide, the hair dryer was not working, and both the swimming pool and sauna were closed. Parking was not free and required additional payment. Upon check-in we were charged an extra for tax that was not included in the booking. Although a family room was shown as available online, it was not available at the hotel. Overall, it was a very bad experience, especially after coming from a long journey. The reception dont know how to check well the confirm booking. Miss information also.

The Concorde Creek View Hotel Bur Dubai is an older style hote and the decor is old but well maintained, and the rooms are quite big and spacious. There's a safe, a table and chairs, space for luggage and a bar fridge, tea & coffee making facilities. A desk and cupboards. There's an LCD Smart TV with a poor selection of English speaking channels but you can watch Netflix or YouTube etc. They have one of those horrible dangerous shower over bath, and the water pressure is  below average. They do not provide any hand towels or face washers. The beds are quite firm and the pillows are quite firm and uncomfortable. The pool is tiny, it's a plunge pool at best approx 5m x 3m and its hidden away and the surrounds are unsightly. The view from.the rooms across Dubai Creek are quite pleasant, but there is no soundproofing and you can hear the base from the nightclub on the ground floor thumping right through the night until just after 4am each morning,  and I couldn't get any sleep. If you're a light sleeper this hotel is definitely not for you There's plenty of shops and a mall all within walking distance,  but the noise and base makes it very unpleasant and I couldn't sleep at all. I wouldn't recommend this hotel there's no way you'll get any sleep

Worst hotel - Dont book! My supposed to be a happy birthday celebration turned to be a nightmare. I booked in this hotel as I saw in the picture that there a big screen smart tv. I was planning to binge watch my favorite tv series. However, when i reached there, netflix was not working. Plus, there’s a fly roaming around the room. I complained this to the reception and they told me to just watch in Youtube. If i have not become brave enough to tell them that i dont want to watch YouTube, maybe they will not fix it. They should not tell the guest on what they should do. They were able to fix tv after almost 1.5 hours. Apart from it, the parking is not free of charge.. Tho it is mentioned in the clause, but it is in the bottom part. Better check it! The car parking staff are also rude. The breakfast is also not good. Its very plain. Overall, i regret staying in this hotel.

The hotel has sixth floor, when we arrived the hotel, we found there is a night club at the ground floor, we required a quite room and the staff provided us 6/f room. When around mid night,the music is very loud and we found there is another pub in 7/f , the noise kept until 4am every night. Also, the room is rather dirty, a lot of fly in the room and dust on the floor and cabinet If you wanna to make your holiday into bad dream. I suggest you to "Try".

The room wasn’t clean.. and we changed the room and also the other one was dirty !! The reception took the passport for 2 hours which make us locked in the room for 2 hours!!! They also took 15 d extra for no reason!! And there is no free parking we had to pay 20 d for just one night…. We couldn’t sleep because of the noise of the cars outside!!!!!!!! Every thing was bad at that hotel.. i do not recommend for anyone human.. it’s work for animals only

아침일찍 버스를 타야해서 정한 숙소... 창문이 다 닫히지 않아서 밖에서 소음이 다 들어옴 주변에 클럽이 많은지 오전4시경까지 쿵짝쿵짝... 숙소 저층부에도 클럽이 있었음 숙소 자체는 넓고 괜찮았으나 주변환경을 생각하면 다시가고싶지 않음
