A one-time visit is fine. The food is Okay, but cleanliness and ambience is not quite top notch. I had to fan continuously to keep flies away and the service was also not remarkably pleasant. If you are near Khalifa city and alone for a hurried mid-day meal, its worth a try because it is budget friendly, otherwise not recommended.

I recently visited this restaurant and found that some of the food items were quite good. However, compared to other restaurants in Khalifa City, the menu prices seemed a bit high. The service also needs improvement. When we requested extra rice, there was no immediate response from the staff, and it was served only after a considerable delay. The staff should be more attentive and responsive to customers' needs. I believe the restaurant could attract more customers by reviewing its pricing strategy and improving customer service standards.

Simple peaceful place for breakfast. Limited seating capacity for family area (only one table with 4-5 chairs). Food is good Especially, fresh milk tea. Masala Dosa: 8/10 (a little spicy) Ghee Roast: 9/10 Tatthu Dosa: 10/10 Fresh Milk Tea: 10/10

Literally had bad experience in the restaurant. I went with my colleague to have food there and we order thandoori chicken I still have red color in my hand after washing plenty of times it’s not going the service is very bad and while we’re eating the food the suppliers were fighting and one person took sauce bottle to hit the other person in the restaurant everyone was shocked to see the incident overall I had a bad experience and bad food

I m very disappointed with this restaurant not with food issue i m disappointed with customer service and I will never buy anything with this restaurant very very bad staff are working and I will put this issue in All social media because I buy food but they behaving like a they giving the food in free. I visited The Cone Zone recently. The food was okay and the service provided by the staff was good. However, I was really disappointed to witness the cashier shouting at one of the employees very disrespectfully in front of customers. At one point, he even said "I will beat you," which was shocking and completely unacceptable. As a customer, it’s uncomfortable to see such behavior. Employees deserve to be treated with respect, especially in a public setting. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures a better working environment for their staff. A respectful and positive atmosphere not only supports the team but also reflects well on the business.

I had a very disappointing experience with my recent order. The hummus was spoiled, as you can see in the pictures I’ve attached. The chicken was not cooked well, and the French fries were excessively oily. This was far from the quality I expected. A big hair 😡

Ordered Sadya which is a traditional offering during on eif Indian Festivals "Onam". We ordered for delivery, th packaging and the taste was absolutely authentic. Everything was good until we had a 1 hour of delayed delivery 🙃

I ordered the chilly chicken today, and the dish was very bad. It seems to have been prepared with old oil and excessive food colouring, and it had no taste at all—just oily. I do not recommend this dish to anyone. However, the Kerala parotta was above average, as always.

Very bad experience. I found lemon pickle pieces inside biryani rice, looks like they served the left over biryani from others when I asked the waiter about it he said they mix the lemon pickle in biryani. 13 years in abu dhabi never ate biryani mixed with pickle. The cashier is as good as his waiter, instead of apology and better service he made me to pay for biryani rice which I ate just a spoon. Stay away from this restaurant.

After informing to staff also I got worst quality of parotha. This will be my last visit to restaurant Please do not waste money

One of the worst restaurant in this area, waiters are rude. Food are tasteless, sudden price hike now days, there was only choice in KCA Market area for indian food. The idiyappan is frozen item
