Nice theatre. Many screen. Affordable ticket rate. Not so crowdy. Washroom neat and clean. Parking space is ok. Nice sound and video quality. And surprisingly if have even one person they run screen. I am only person who buy a ticket. I think they cancel the show and return money. But I really appreciate they not cancel show. Clap for you guys. Food is also not much costly, Affordable rate ..

A very good smart cinema, went for couple sofa screen. It was very comfortable experience. Screen was a little small in compare to hall size. Too much empty space around screen feels disturbing.

This theatre is no luxury as the name suggests! It’s the worst movie experience I’ve had in the longest time! The theatre has a weird cross connection of sounds from one theatre to another! It’s peak summer season and the air conditioning doesn’t seem to be doing its job! The only silver lining is that the staff is polite and friendly! Save your money and go to a Pvr or a cinepolis please.

It is my favourite theatre in Ahmedabad. Small and very cozy. All couches and recliners. It is more like a personal home theatre. Best for people who don't want to visit super crowded malls for movie. Can visit here in lounge wear too. 😉

Very disappointing experience at Connplex SBR. We came with family and small children, but before the movie even properly started, the manager already warned us due to another couple’s complaint. Because of repeated discomfort and poor handling, we had to leave the movie midway. Extremely bad customer experience.

The movie experience is quite good. You get a luxurious seating with good sound effects. The cleanliness is well maintained. The interior of the the passage, Canteen, and washroom area is rich looking and maintained. The staff behavior is good and cooperative.

Not so good experience. They shut the AC in between to save the electricity cost. Staff is good in hospitality. But still AC in hot summer is big issue here

The 3D clarity is very poor and the picture quality is disappointing. The screen size is extremely small, making it impossible to view content properly in full screen. Details are not clear at all, and the overall viewing experience is frustrating. Due to the tiny display, watching videos or any visual content is uncomfortable. Not worth buying if you expect decent screen size or clear visuals. Movie: Avatar fire and ash After 30min time they have updated the settings...

I am a regular customer of this place hated the experience by staff today. We were here to see jolly llb 3 12:45pm show. My husband had back injury he requested the food counter staff to help taking the food beverage order to seat which he rudely refused too by saying no we don’t serve on seat which is a lie. When i asked for dry tissues he purposely gave me one wet tissue and ignored me. Once movie was over turban security guard stopped us who thinks he owns the theater and always behaves bossy whenever we visit this theater told us that you didn’t pay for your food which you ordered. My husband clarified you are confusing us with someone else we already paid, then same food counter employee came running no it’s you pay now i am sure it you who didn’t pay. My husband explained again and proved exact amount which was clear after which both guard and food counter employee acted ignorant not even one single apology for their allegations and rude behavior. Below is proof of payment. Whoever is in top management of this firm should be firing such employees immediately who don’t know how to deal with customers.
