I visited the place because of my PS4 controller's right stick drift issue. They said they would repair it in 2 days, but it took almost 8 days despite regular follow-ups. Ordered a used copy of Persona 5 Royal from this store. The prices are really good and they offer home delivery, which is great. The overall experience was positive and the game worked perfectly fine. That said, they could improve their packaging — the disc wasn’t fitted properly in the cd case so it was flying around inside the case and there was no cushioning material to keep it secure. Also, the website looks a bit shady at first glance, especially if you’re a new buyer (like me) and don’t know they actually have a physical store. Once you know they’re legit, though, it’s definitely worth buying from them. I’ll be ordering again when I need something!

Very reliable source of getting physical discs in India. Purchased 5 games till now including some pre owned games which were in near perfect condition, very satisfactory experience. However my only criticism will be that the game library on the website is very limited. There are a few older PS4 games(eg Hollowknight etc) that are not there on website and even some newer game discs like Expedition 33, Baldur's gate 3 etc are not present on website. And for games that are present it gets out of stock very quickly. There are many games I want to buy but out of stock like Ghost of Tsushima and Spiderman are always out of stock Kindly expand the offering a bit and keep the stock available for in demand games.
