I took my PS3 in for a cleanup and thermal paste replacement. I told the guy that it had not been in use for at least the last 6 years. He took it in and cleaned it up well. When I brought it back home, it was working fine. However, he didn't replace the CMOS battery, even though he knew it needed to be replaced. His Hindi, English, and Telugu were not great, so he either didn't understand me when I asked him to change it or deliberately chose to ignore me, while charging full price.

Very much satisfied with the service. I had a HDMI ic repair to my PS5. Team did take 1 month time to import the component and repair the console. However, they did get the job done. The guy sitting in Hyderabad store did give proper response & updates at all times. Overall a great choice for console issues.
