Copart UAE Auctions LLC حراج خودرو در دبی. اگر به دنبال یه ماشین دست دوم یا حتی یه قطعه یدکی هستی، این شرکت در دبی میتونه گزینهی مناسبی باشه. Copart یکی از بزرگترین حراجهای آنلاین در جهانه و در امارات متحده عربی جایگاه ویژهای داره. مشتریان اینجا معمولاً از بین شرکتهای بیمه، فروشندگان خودرو و خریداران عادی انتخاب میکنن. در منطقه 3 طريق شاحنات الفاية، دسترسی به این حراج خیلی راحته. قبل از شرکت در حراج، حتماً قوانین و مقررات شرکت رو مطالعه کن.

Absolutely Unacceptable & Unprofessional (Copart UAE) Copart UAE provides one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever dealt with. I submitted a title change request over a week ago and since then I have called their helpline more than 100 times. This is not an exaggeration. Every call is a waste of time because no one knows anything. Each representative gives a different excuse. Sometimes they say the title is dispatched, sometimes they say it’s pending, sometimes they say they are “checking.” The only consistent response is the lie: “It will be delivered tomorrow.” Tomorrow never comes. I paid AED 210 for this service, and what I received is complete negligence. The title change team is irresponsible, unorganized, and clearly does not care about customers or their time. There is zero accountability, zero follow-up, and zero urgency. Because of Copart UAE’s incompetence, my business is suffering and I am losing my own customers. Their delays are costing me money, time, and reputation — and they simply do not care. This is not a premium service, not even a basic service. It is a mess. If you value your time, your business, or your sanity, stay away from Copart UAE, especially for title-related services.

My experience with Copart UAE has been extremely frustrating and far from fair or professional. Their rules are unclear, restrictive, and not customer-friendly at all. The team is also very unprofessional—when you email them, they reply after a very long time, which makes the whole process even more stressful. If you want to check a car, you are not allowed to even use the keys unless you pay AED 200 per car, which is unreasonable and discouraging for serious buyers. The car descriptions are often inaccurate or incomplete, the information provided is not reliable, and the photos can be misleading. Many details are hidden or unclear, and there are a lot of tricks you must be careful about before bidding. Prices are also becoming more expensive, and the overall transparency is getting worse. In short, if you are planning to buy from Copart UAE, be very careful and double-check everything. The process is not as smooth or fair as it should be.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Copart UAE Auctions. I’m a paid member (AED 1,200 + VAT) and have also deposited a AED 25,000 cheque with them. This morning, I traveled all the way from Abu Dhabi with a mechanic to inspect two vehicles — a Toyota Hiace and a Toyota Corolla — both listed for auction today. After fully inspecting both and preparing to bid, I was shocked to see that by 3 p.m., the Hiace was removed from the website. When I called customer service, they said it had been given back to a previous bidder who had failed to pay earlier. If that was the case, it should never have been reposted and shown as available again. To make things worse, the Corolla auction was suddenly postponed by 7 days without any notice. I spent time, fuel, and inspection costs to attend this auction — and as a paying member, I expected transparency and proper communication. Extremely disappointing experience that needs to be addressed by Copart management.

9/May/2025 Update: Situation is still the same. Queue monitoring facility is not enabled. After taking a number, no one calls any number. There are not even displays for number calling. Then they tell you that they know who's first. This is not a one time thing, this is since I knew copart mea. 5 customer service counters all selecting any one to come forward or even not to work as they please. My queue position was first with a waiting time of 8 minutes for more than half an hour.

هذولا نصابين ويجب الانتباه منهم. زايدت على المركبة ولم تصلني الموافقة وبعد عشرين يوم اتفاجا بفاتورة ريلست علي حسابي واخذو مبلغ التامين بحجة ان المركبة رست علي ولم ادفع مع العلم المركبة لم تأتي الموافقة ولم يصلني ايميل بالموافقة ليتم دفعها. .والان في المحاكم اشتكيهم Those guys are theifs don't deal with them. I bid for a car and I was highest bidder but I dint receive approval for 5 days or any email for approval then after 20 days they put relist fine and take the security deposit claiming that I didn't pay the vehicle amount which as they said I won it. Now I raise a case against these guys.

Very bad as you don't take ownership of any issues. Current issues with fidelity insurance where buyers are not able to transfer the vehicles on their own name is total loss for buyers and copart don't have any timeline to resolve it. There is no straight response except false assurance Losses borne by buyers are their responsibility and copart don't respond. No response on call as well. Very disappointed

DONT DEAL WITH COPART! Won a car which was in “Run and drive condition”, but when I received it engine is not starting, bonnet opener is broken and even jump starter didn’t help to start the engine. After complain to support service they said like they don’t guarantee that car will be in “run and drive” condition while delivery to the customer which is weird.

تجربتي مع كوبارت دبي أنا اشتريت عشرات المركبات في السابق وكانت طريقة التنازل او التسجيل عند طريق المرور سهله جدا ولكن في الأوان الاخيره طريقة معقدة جدا

إذا حد عنده ملاحظه ولا حد يرد عليه يقدر يتواصل مع الشركة الام copart usa و سوي شكوى على وميل شركة كوبرتةالشرق الاوسط و بيتوصل لحل معاهم

هناك موظفين فاسدين يقومون بتسريب أرقام القاعدة vin numbers لأشخاص يقومون بإبتزاز الأشخاص الذين يشترون السيارات وذلك بنشر فيديوهات عن السيارة مصحوبة برقم القاعدة، المدير لا يبالي بهذا الفساد ولا يمكن لأحد أن يتواصل معه. في الإمارات اي شخص يستطيع أن يتواصل مع اي مدير دائرة حكومية او اي مسؤول ولكن في كوبارت المدير اعلى من ان يتنازل ويتواصل مع العملاء.

The car door glass was damaged during delivery by Copart. I raised a complaint with Copart. It was refused to claim a damage. It is clearly seen that glass and molding were damaged due to improper activities. The

The customer service is very bad . I cant get the car title transferred over , its like 60kms from the city and been there 4 times now wasting time and money. Marhaba was so much smoother and easier i swear

تجربة غير موفقه للأمانه . اخذت من عندهم اكثر من 10 سيارات البعض كانت صفقه موفقه والبعض بالعكس. 1- يتم اخفاء عيوب السياره ويكون الضرر غير المضرر المعروض . 2- عموله مرتفعه جداً. 3- تاخير في تسليم المركبات. 4- عند طلب استرجاع المبالغ المودعه تتك المماطله حتى لا يرجعو المبالغ . 5- اصحاب المركبات يشاركون في مزادات سياراتهم ويتم رفع الاسعار فجأة.
