Crate & Barrel has a huge outlet in this mall with a wonderful range of household items. Every product is worth it, and they have a great variety of sofa sets and coffee tables. The quality of their products is excellent, and it’s always a pleasure visiting this shop.

Love this place they have all kind From home décor to home appliances. I mostly enjoy buying from them kitchen dining their home décor it's not my type.

I had a really smooth and pleasant shopping experience at Crate & Barrel Mirdif. Ms. Snow was extremely helpful from the moment I entered the store. She approached me right away, assisted me in finding the item I needed, and answered all my questions clearly and patiently. She also kindly initiated the gift-wrapping service for me, which made the whole experience even easier and more thoughtful. I truly appreciate her professionalism, attentiveness, and warm attitude. Very disappointing experience at Crate & Barrel, Mirdif City Centre. I purchased a Nutricook Choppi, but after taking it home, I found it was defective and not working properly. I visited the store the next day, and they kept checking it repeatedly. After another visit, they gave me another defective piece instead of properly resolving the issue. When I complained, the staff simply said, “No worry, it happens,” which was very unprofessional. The staff behavior was rude, showed attitude, and lacked respect for customers. I expected better service and support for a defective product from a reputed store. Extremely disappointed with the poor customer service.

I was looking for specific green floral stems that were out of stock online, and Valérie from the City Centre Mirdif branch, along with his colleague Danish, went above and beyond to make it happen. They personally located the items, arranged secure payment and collection, and coordinated perfectly with the Dubai Mall team to complete the delivery. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made the whole experience smooth and memorable. It’s rare to see such dedication and teamwork these days, and they truly represent the best of Crate & Barrel’s spirit. One perfect place to buy all your natural supplements in a very reasonable price and also they have the discount section plus buy one get one free and buy two get one free. Amazing deals and perfect choice of manuka honey also . I strongly recommend this place. Not to forget the knowledge the staff have and the friendliness they show. Really appreciate it

Just bought my Kitchen Aid machine from Crate and barrel, the sales person, not sure of his name - I think it was Selim, was very knowledgeable worker, he gave me all the details I needed to know about this machine! He gave his undivided attention and made sure all my questions were answered! Bravo

Huge store with a great variety of home improvement choices. Lots if varieties. To top it the staff was extremely helpful. They even offered us to have the item gift wrapped let alone the assistance in choosing one. Quick and easy acces from the car parking.

It’s thee worst place ever, i bought just one small for 8000 aed and now after one year only i need to throw it ( we’re a small family) and since we travel most of the time it was only lightly And it’s asymmetrical as you can see in the photo All threads are out when you remove the cover WORST finishinggg

I love C&B and shop there often but clearly this location is mismanaged. You've got a bunch of staff lazing around, chatting with each other casually in front of customers. I had to wait 25 mins for them to get 1 simple small item from stock and gift wrap it for me. And they're using the cleaners to fetch items from the stock and gift wrap while they all stand around.

One of the Best Furniture shops ( I had a recent experience with Kids Furniture). Staff are helpful specialy one girl Called MADONA. Highly Recommended

Visited the store yesterday evening 1.4.2024 I purchased a basket and vase, the sales assistant Chris in the MCC branch was very professional, helpful and kind. Showed me other options when I was choosing the basket and was very patient considering I went close to closing time . Great customer service from Chris 👌🏼
