Very disappointing experience. This was supposed to be a home service grooming, yet the level of care and professionalism was far below expectations. During grooming, my cat was injured, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, my cat “Liwa” was allowed to get out of the car without anyone informing me — I only found him outside by myself, which is extremely dangerous. I was also not informed that the grooming session was incomplete, and had to return again to fix it. Overall, there was poor communication, lack of responsibility, and careless handling — especially concerning for a home service where safety and trust should be a priority. Unfortunately, this was my last time dealing with them. Update: The company promised to provide treatment for my cat but no one came after two days. The wound worsened, became deep and inflamed, and I had to visit the vet. I contacted them to cover the costs and refund the service, but I was completely ignored. I will be filing an official complaint.

Amazing home pet salon service! I messaged them today at 10 AM and they arrived by 12 PM on the same day, super fast and professional. The cleaning service for my cat was excellent. My cat can be quite aggressive, but they handled him very calmly and effortlessly. Everything was done smoothly and hygienically, and I’m very satisfied with the service. Highly recommended!

We only had the feed back on the reviews to go by. We discussed about a few of the negative comments, and found they were very honest with us. Ricky and Mustafa showed excellent detail and care towards out pet Labrador and even allowed the kids to share the experience. She was very relaxed with no stress. See photo. They were initially delayed but promptly advised us, and arrived on the resheduled time. We will use them again.

My cats got fleas from this service, after consistently asking them if they sanitized their equipment, it’s obvious they didn’t. Now I have to treat my 4 cats. Horrible experience I do not recommend anyone this company.

I recently took my cat to this pet grooming shop for a long beautiful fur trim. I specifically asked the groomer not to shave my cat, but unfortunately, they ignored my request and gave my cat a bad shave instead. When I raised the issue with the manager, they tried to make it up to me by offering a free service for my puppy, but the owner refused to cooperate and even spoke to me very rudely before hanging up the phone on me. This behavior was completely unacceptable, and I was left feeling very disappointed with my experience at this pet grooming shop. As pet owners, we trust grooming professionals to take good care of our furry friends, and it's important that they listen to our requests and do their best to fulfill them. Unfortunately, this shop did not meet these expectations, and I cannot recommend them to other pet owners. Overall, I would advise anyone considering this pet grooming shop to think twice before making an appointment. The way they handled my concerns and treated me as a customer was unacceptable, and there are surely better options available in the area.

I have 2 cats and i every time call crazypets to take care of them they do the best and excellent treatment and shawring and grooming and cleaning and remove extra hair nail cut and all treatment .. i say thank you especially too Noman team thank you soooo much for your hard work evey time

We used the basic service from crazy cats and I thought the service will take thirty minutes but from the time they took the cat to the end was less than 15 minutes.I only received a video of showering the cat. I shared with them the prices are super high for just showering the cat.The service and time spent should match the cost.

The crazy pets team handled my dog so perfectly and showered him to smell sooo good, I love that the scent stays for very long, they even carried my dog from the house to the van and then back, because she was scared and then after introducing, she felt calm since they’re good and safe caretakers as well! First time using their mobile service and never going to repeat, after a couple of days my dog was left with a horrible scar on his back that eventually opened up and got infected... stay clear if you care about your pet

We have been using their home grooming services for the last 7months,only monthly basis for our puppies Emy and Archie..Ricky is our favourite groomer,very friendly, professional, always follow instructions and double check if we are satisfied with the hair cut,he always arrives on time,sometimes even earlier,thanks as well to mustafa..highly recommend
