I have recently been working with CBC and their departments, inclusive of consulting, operations, compliance, finance/accounting, etc... And I must say, they are outstanding. From my first call with their consultant, Olivia Baikova, to their compliance team, finance/accounting team, and their operations team, with Raza Rizvi and Sara Yassin specifically. The whole team is responsive, structured, professional, communicative, efficient, and effective. The operations team was surprisingly quick and were able to achieve my desired needs. If you are structured and organized, with all your documentation prepared and compliant, you will be done in less than 2 weeks. *** DISGRACEFUL AND UNLAWFUL *** Please read before choosing this company to do anything for you. Where to start....... Initially after advising this company that i had sold my house in the UK to start a business up here in Dubai with the only money i have to my name i agreed on the fee of 119,000aed to appoint them to set me up. Time frames were given and i was promised to be set up within a 3-week period. Lie after lie and promise after promise no trade licence, due to multiple rejections from the DET. As a result, a made the decision to terminate the agreement with them...... And their response was that out of the money i had paid them additionally receiving literally zero from them in any way shape or form, They advise that due to clause 10.2 in their T&C's they will be keeping all the fees to run the business for the year, without providing me any of the services. So out of 119k i will receive back off them 47,395aed ( which is the amount of government fees that would of been paid if the trade licence was accepted ). This company is a disgrace and has in the eyes of the UAE law stolen from me under the federal law act No15 0f 2020 and further the consumer protection act. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.........
