I would not recommend taking this FD-backed card based on my experience. I closed my card and requested the release of my ₹10,000 FD more than a month ago, but I am still waiting for my refund. Despite sending multiple emails, raising several support tickets, and making repeated follow-ups, I have not received a proper resolution or a clear refund timeline. Most of the responses I received were generic messages such as "our team is working on it" without any concrete update. It has been extremely frustrating trying to get a simple answer regarding my own money. Customer support has also been difficult to reach, and communication has been poor throughout the process. Before taking an FD-backed card, customers should carefully consider what may happen if they later decide to close the card and recover their FD amount. In my case, the refund process has been slow and stressful, and I have spent significant time chasing updates. I am sharing this review so that other customers can make an informed decision. I hope the company improves its customer service, communication, and refund process so that customers do not face similar issues in the future.
