برخی مشتریان گزارش می‌دونن که گرفتن کارت از Credilio خیلی راحت بود و حتی یه نفر هم گفت کارتش رو به راحتی دریافت کرد، ولی خیلی‌ها تجربه‌ی متفاوتی داشتند؛ از جمله مشکلاتی مثل تأخیر در بازپرداخت، تماس‌های تبلیغاتی مزاحم، عدم پاسخگویی تیم پشتیبانی، و ادعاهایی درباره‌ی سوءاستفاده از اطلاعات شخصی و اعمال بدون رضایت. همچنین چندین بازخورد اشاره می‌کنه که کارت‌ها به جای چیزی که وعده داده شده، به صورت متفاوتی صادر می‌شه یا حتی باعث افت نمره‌ی اعتباری می‌شه. در مجموع، نظرات به‌طور عمده به مشکلات ارتباطی، شفافیت و امنیت داده‌ها اشاره می‌کنن، در حالی که تجربه‌ی موفقیت‌آمیز در دریافت کارت فقط در چند مورد دیده می‌شه.

I would not recommend taking this FD-backed card based on my experience. I closed my card and requested the release of my ₹10,000 FD more than a month ago, but I am still waiting for my refund. Despite sending multiple emails, raising several support tickets, and making repeated follow-ups, I have not received a proper resolution or a clear refund timeline. Most of the responses I received were generic messages such as "our team is working on it" without any concrete update. It has been extremely frustrating trying to get a simple answer regarding my own money. Customer support has also been difficult to reach, and communication has been poor throughout the process. Before taking an FD-backed card, customers should carefully consider what may happen if they later decide to close the card and recover their FD amount. In my case, the refund process has been slow and stressful, and I have spent significant time chasing updates. I am sharing this review so that other customers can make an informed decision. I hope the company improves its customer service, communication, and refund process so that customers do not face similar issues in the future.

I’ve been repeatedly harassed by Credilio with constant calls about their offers, even after clearly showing no interest. The frequency of calls is extremely irritating and feels more like spam than genuine customer outreach. This kind of aggressive and intrusive marketing reflects very poorly on the company. Instead of building trust, it creates frustration and pushes potential customers away. I strongly suggest they respect customer preferences and stop this nuisance immediately. Until then, I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Worst. They promise you Amazon vouchers and smart watch and what not before taking the credit card but once you complete the application they forget about you. Highly disappointed with the experience. Never get credit card through phone calls or these people.

Working on this app is absolutely useless. My experience has been very bad. , no feedback nothing.Don't punch the leads of Axis Bank and SBI Bank at all, otherwise keep waiting for 2 months, nothing happened in that. *Here only data is being collected and nothing is happening. I have about 6 months experience. Punch in 200 solids. Nothing. Rejection is 90%, approval is 10%. *The ratings and reviews you are seeing here in this app are fake because I was pressurized for the work I was doing here, they say please rate and review.

Worst service, executive applied for au small finance Bank credit card on March-24, it was rejected. Then again with out my consent they applied multiple times on same bank on 4-April-24 from bank. Now credit score dropped by 50 points, because of these spammers. Don't share your data with these people, they apply in multiple banks without your consent.

One of the biggest fraud companies in India, will call you for the issuance of pre approved premium cards, instead issue base variant cards, with the leakage of your personal data to third parties invading your data privacy. Moreover, impersonate themselves to be calling from reputed banks and then commit fraud and breach of trust coupled with invasion of data privacy of innocent customers. Furthermore, when asked for resolution, they ask the customer to go through calling on different contact numbers for resolution whereas for initial conversation everything is very smooth and pleasant. Be aware of such fraudsters and their fraudulent trade practices and save yourself from the unwanted, not so pleasant hassle.

It's Data Hacker company don't know from where they have gotten my complete financial and confidential details. they'll call you and tell that you are already eligible for xyz bank credit card and you don't need to do anything. as it's pre-approved it will not generate any enquiry in your CIBIL report. But later on we came to know that this is fraud.

This organization is fraud. Just asking for documents and nothing is going to happen. They called me for a loan and i applied because i was in a need and then for almost 2 months they keep on asking for documents and at the end they say sir your application got rejected. They will just collect your data and share it with all the banks and their respective departments and that's how they earns. And when you asked them why my loan application got rejected they will laugh on you.

Fraud, Fraud, Fraud. Worst experience with them. Called me for pre-approved IDFC First Bank credit card. Collected all the details from me and they applied for different card from what I was told. I received different card than what committed by them. It's completely fraud. Even there customer support team doesn't help you and close tickets without doing anything.

Terrible experience. Promised one thing, got another. Extremely disappointed with their credit card service. Avoid getting a credit card through phone calls or from this company. Fraud fraud fraud First they start by telling i am calling from (reputed) xyz bank then explain everything about credit card and there benefits then ask to fill a small questionnaire over whatsaap and then send you a link for further process it seems to be like a normal credit score enquiry gateway but there they still your data. Avoid these scam calls if you need credit card or loan kindly contact your branch they will give you proper guideline how to apply. Be safe and secure #jagrukjannta #lla

Worst company to a buy a credit card from. Guys, please beware, they are spam. They fool you into buying credit card promising you about coupons and gift vouchers but once the card is issued, they will block you. Please dont buy from them.
