If you are planning a party cake, look elsewhere. Our cake arrived damaged at the final minute of the delivery window. Customer support was out of touch with the situation; offering a 2.5-hour turnaround for a replacement while the party was already starting is unacceptable. They also pushed for a small credit note instead of a proper refund. For the premium price of a designer cake, you expect better handling and better service. The taste was fine, but the stress wasn't worth it.. I wouldn’t recommend for special occasions

Revising my 5 star rating to 1. Ordered directly from their site as special occasions cake are not available on zomato or swiggy, placed order at 8.30 am and selected slot for delivery between 1 to 4 pm, cake didn't reach till 3.30 . I made multiple attempts to contact customer care and each representative was just asking the issue and disconnecting the phone. Pathetic service for direct delivery. Finally ordered received at 5.15 pm after multiple chasers and I had to delay all my plans. ≠====≠≠===================== Got online delivery for tiramisu, it was awesome in taste. Packaging was super, spill proof. We really liked it.

This is the best place for custom cakes. I shared a reference and they did an amazing job with the cake. It did melt a little but that’s due to extremely hot weather these days. Nevertheless, the cake was amazing both in looks and taste. I am happy with the service.

I ordered harry potter theme cake for my teenage daughter. Taste and design was awsome as shown in image but it wud be cherry on top if the whole cake wud be fondant so to enjoy each n every piece without doubting which piece to eat n which not. In my case the golden balls were not edible which put me in a little embarrassing situation where the guests tried to eat one and it was the thermocol. Somehow i managed but i dont know inspite of giving all instructions, how cud this happen. But yeah definitely luk for future orders. This is only a positive feedback for improvements.

Ordered a two tier cake from creme castle for my daughter's bday on 29th june 2025. They were prompt with the designing phase and the day of execution, there was prompt and on time delivery.... The cake was absolutely as expected in terms of design and the taste was top notch! My daughter loved it for the design...the other kids pounced on all the wonderful elements incorporated...and the taste was appreciated by the adults.... Looking forward to next time ordering from them!

I ordered their new offerings through swiggy and loved every bit of it! I was a bit hesitant at first , but reading other reviews and seeing that their products are made with good quality Ingredients,I gave it a try. Their packaging was also good and compact, although some spillage was there. They have launched a new matcha range which uses ceremonial grade matcha! I was sceptical but the treats were delicious! The matcha banana cake is a must try! The matcha flavour is quite strong and very bell valences and the cake itself is soft and buttery. The Dubai kunafa cheesecake was a bit of a letdown, while the cheesecake itself was very creamy and balanced , the topping was poor to say the least, the munaafa bits were not roasted and raw almost when chewed. The flavour was also lacking . Overall really liked it and would order again

I ordered a designer cake from creme castle after seeing them on shark tank india and this turned out to be one of the worst cake experiences I’ve had. The cake looked decent and was delivered on time but that’s where the positives end. I ordered it for my 1 year old nephew’s welcome in gurgaon — his first visit — and it was supposed to be special. Instead, it was completely ruined. I had ordered a black forest cake but what they delivered didn’t taste like black forest at all. It was overloaded with fondant, had a strange fruity flavour and tasted nothing like what was promised. Honestly, ₹500 cakes taste better but I paid almost triple for this disappointment. We couldn’t even finish half of it — most of the cake went straight to the dustbin because it was simply not edible. It was embarrassing in front of my family, especially after trusting their hype and reviews. This was a complete waste of money and I will never order from them again or recommend creme castle to anyone.

I think this is my 3rd or 4th time I have ordered from crème castle all the time they have done a wonderful job they understand my requirement and delivered on time 💞

While watching Shark Tank on YouTube I got to know about Creme Castle Journey. Then decided to tried this on my Daughter's Special Birthday Cake. She liked it very much 🥰 & all guests enjoyed it. Cake was very tasty...and the pineapple flavour is the best I have ever eaten on any occasion and from any brand.
