Crescent Haj Service organised our Umrah journey with care and professionalism in both Madinah and Makkah. Our travel period was from 29 December 2025 to 10 January 2026, which coincided with peak season. Despite the heavy crowds in both cities, the arrangements were well coordinated and smoothly managed. During this journey, we were able to perform three Umrahs, all of which were well facilitated and organised, allowing us to focus fully on our ibadah without unnecessary stress. We would like to specially acknowledge Mr Ryaz, who coordinated with us throughout the planning stage, including flight bookings, hotel arrangements, and overall logistics. His responsiveness, clarity, and efficiency ensured a smooth and stress free preparation for the journey. Ziyarah was arranged in both Madinah and Makkah, and in each city the Hajrath who accompanied us was highly knowledgeable. The explanations provided were clear and insightful, adding depth and meaning to the spiritual experience. We would also like to commend Mr Mubarak, the proprietor of Crescent Haj Service, who travelled with us throughout the journey. Despite his position, he remained consistently polite, humble, and approachable. He took personal interest in each and every traveller, maintaining a genuine connection with everyone in the group. His gentle temperament, patience, and calm presence made the journey comfortable and reassuring for all of us. Our stay in Makkah was at DoubleTree by Hilton, which was very comfortable. The hotel’s close proximity to the Haram, within a five minute walk, along with the 24 hour buggy service, was especially convenient. One area for improvement would be room allocation in Madinah, as the rooms were somewhat compact. However, this is a common limitation with many mid range hotels in Madinah, particularly during peak periods. Overall, Crescent Haj Service delivered a well organised and meaningful Umrah experience. We appreciate the dedication of the team and would confidently recommend Crescent Haj Service to others planning their Umrah journey.

Right from our departure to Mecca and returning back they were in constant contact with me asking if everything was ok. Their response time was very quick whenever i needed any clarifications. I booked my Umrah package with Crescent after seeing their Instagram reels, but my overall experience was very disappointing. I am sharing my personal experience to help others decide. From the moment we arrived at Jeddah airport, communication was poor. The driver was not waiting at the arrival gate and asked us to reach him through phone directions, which was frustrating as it was our first time in Saudi Arabia. The food taste and service was very poor and had no fixed timing. Breakfast came between 9–10 AM, Lunch between 2:30–3:30 PM, and Dinner between 9–10 PM. We had to wait every day for the food, which disturbed our ibadah and daily routine. Also, after reaching the hotel, we were told to walk about 0.5 km to collect the food, even though we were promised it would be delivered to the hotel reception. This was never informed before booking. Before payment, the agent (Riyas) spoke very politely and used religious words, which created trust. However, after we complained about the food timings, his response was rude and we were told to adjust which was never mentioned earlier. The ziyarat guidance was below expectations. At Quba Mosque, the imam explained from outside and did not come inside to explain the qibla directions, while other groups were properly guided inside. Similar problem were seen at other ziyarat places as well. When pilgrims receive incomplete guidance despite paying for full services, it is disappointing. And those responsible are accountable before Allah for how pilgrims are guided. Even while leaving Madinah, there was no follow up from the agency to check if we reached our next destination safely. Overall, the care and communication promised before booking were missing after payment. Lastly, I request the agency to remember that Umrah is not just a business transaction. People book Umrah with trust, believing they will be treated honestly and sincerely. Please fear Allah and remember that he is always watching how customers are treated. Your responsibility is to serve Hajis with care throughout the journey, not only until payment is received. Future travellers are advised to confirm all details in writing before booking. Based on my experience, I would not book with them again.
