My experience with Croma has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. What should have been a routine service request turned into weeks of delays, misleading information, and a complete lack of accountability.
The issue began on the 4th, when my TV developed a display problem. A technician visited on the 7th and assessed the situation. On the 13th, I was informed that a replacement panel had been ordered. However, I later discovered that this information was incorrect and the order hadn’t even been placed at that time. This kind of false assurance is unacceptable and erodes customer trust.
Adding to the frustration, the same display issue had already occurred last year as well, and even then the service resolution was delayed by more than a month. Facing a repeat problem along with similarly poor service only highlights ongoing concerns with both product reliability and after-sales support.
To make matters worse, the service desk staff are unresponsive and often do not answer calls. The issue still remains unresolved, leaving me without any clarity or timeline for a fix.
Despite multiple follow-ups, the service team appears unaware of the actual status and continues to ask me to “wait” without providing any concrete updates. There is a clear lack of coordination, transparency, and professionalism in their after-sales support. No one takes ownership of the issue, leaving customers to chase for answers.
Based on this experience, I would strongly advise against purchasing products from Croma. Their after-sales service is unreliable and poorly managed, turning what should be a simple resolution into a frustrating ordeal.
DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM CROMA!!!!!
