Worst shopping experience. When we called to verify details over the phone, Punith was friendly and helpful. However, after visiting the store, the experience was completely different. Manager Praveen did not consider any of our concerns or offer any discount. Additionally, the billing amount varied from what was discussed earlier, and no proper explanation or resolution was provided. The staff were not willing to accommodate or help in any way. Overall, a very disappointing shopping experience. I would not recommend this store.additionally in their website itself price varies what they quote

Worst service no response don’t buy anything from hear they don’t hav proper response nor service I hav purchased a laptop in chroma some setting was change in laptop they don’t even bother to change that and they are so rude till u purchase they I’ll be good aftr purchase they don’t even feel to treate u good as a Custumer never buy anything from this outlast Rajajinagar

My experience with Croma has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. What should have been a routine service request turned into weeks of delays, misleading information, and a complete lack of accountability. The issue began on the 4th, when my TV developed a display problem. A technician visited on the 7th and assessed the situation. On the 13th, I was informed that a replacement panel had been ordered. However, I later discovered that this information was incorrect and the order hadn’t even been placed at that time. This kind of false assurance is unacceptable and erodes customer trust. Adding to the frustration, the same display issue had already occurred last year as well, and even then the service resolution was delayed by more than a month. Facing a repeat problem along with similarly poor service only highlights ongoing concerns with both product reliability and after-sales support. To make matters worse, the service desk staff are unresponsive and often do not answer calls. The issue still remains unresolved, leaving me without any clarity or timeline for a fix. Despite multiple follow-ups, the service team appears unaware of the actual status and continues to ask me to “wait” without providing any concrete updates. There is a clear lack of coordination, transparency, and professionalism in their after-sales support. No one takes ownership of the issue, leaving customers to chase for answers. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise against purchasing products from Croma. Their after-sales service is unreliable and poorly managed, turning what should be a simple resolution into a frustrating ordeal. DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM CROMA!!!!!

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the post-sales service experience following the recent purchase of a washing machine from your store. Up to the point of sale, the experience was smooth and satisfactory, which is what one expects from a reputed retailer like Croma. However, this was followed by an unexpected and disappointing turn of events when a defective unit was delivered. In such situations, I expected prompt ownership, a reassuring response, and clear communication regarding the replacement process and timelines. While the replacement unit was delivered the very next day—and I appreciate the technician’s courtesy and cooperation in setting it up—the experience thereafter has been inconvenient and poorly coordinated. It has now been two days, and the defective washing machine is still lying at our residence. There has been no communication or follow-up from Croma regarding its pickup. This is causing avoidable inconvenience and reflects a serious lapse in post-sales coordination. I request your immediate intervention to: Arrange prompt pickup of the defective unit, and Ensure better coordination and accountability in post-sales service. I hope this matter will be addressed at the earliest and that Croma will take steps to restore customer confidence. Looking forward to a swift resolution. Sincerely

Even though I visited at 7:30 pm to their customer service desk at 2 nd floor, i received a very warm welcome. Happy with good service attitude though my purpyof visit for tv remote was not resolved. Process is long even for a very small requirement

All they are interested is in getting you to buy. No body is cordial. Especially the guy managing first floor. He is very arrogant. He uses cuss words on his subordinates and treats customers very rudely. Do NOT GO HERE.

⭐ 1 Star – Worst After-Sales Service Ever Pathetic after-sales service from Croma. I purchased a Croma washing machine, the technician visited, took money for the repair, and then completely disappeared. It’s been 20 days — no repair, no update, no response. Once they collect money, they stop caring. Zero accountability, zero professionalism. Think twice before buying anything from Croma. Absolutely unacceptable.

Very poor service. I am the existing customer from croma Rajajinagar recently I purchased LG water purifier from croma Rajajinagar on sunday 29th and they told instlation will be done next day after delivery but till today it was not happened also I am continuously calling from last 3days to croma people is not taking care and follow-up I am very dissatisfied of this type of service and not expecting the poor service from croma.

Poor Ethics when requested to talk to sales guy only to check if a particular stock of TV is available but the security says the time is over even if a few minutes check. Doing ur duty and timings is fine but have some basics understanding on what the ask is.

I bought Samsung 65 inch QLED tv here, Rajajinagar croma. Devraj and tram gave a great deal, explained the all models well, helped us in choosing best model for the given requirements. Although initially few delay in installation, however it can be ignored considering other deals and help croma staff provided. I thabk croma and team for the TV, installation and support After sales too.

Staffs here should learn some basic common sense on how to speak and approach to customer during any kind of concerns. Rude behaviour and nonsense talks doesn’t solve any issues. Workers here needs some kind of customer approach and behaviour skill training.

Please be aware of Zip Care plan purchase from Croma, it’s a SCAM!!!!!. I raised AC service request 1 week back and no one is attending the service request and I escalated that issue to customer care multiple times, Now customer care put my number on blacklist. I lost my money …

Vintage business - will shut down very very soon!! They tried to stuff everything and hence have no models They will give you offers like as though you are only one they are giving you - but it will 30% higher than Online prices

Worst customer service, they don't take any responsibility of a product delivered to home, they only take responsibility of billing. When asked for Store managers name after 2 mins of silence got to know that Chandra Shekhar is store manager which was told by Soumya . When I was talking to her this guy came took over the phone and shouted on me saying if you don't want the product return it. This is the way the customer service is. The product received has damages on the box and seal is half opened, so Soumya said that is how the product is delivered. Attaching the photos. Worst ever customer service and rude behavior of The staff and store manager Chandra Shekhar. When asked what is the guarantee if the product is refurbished? They said it comes from some store house and they aren't responsible. So better to take it from different store than Croma, Rajajinagar Croma had worst customer service.

After sale service are poor , we got a croma qled 55inch tv on 10th of may , the store have a word for installation on 12th .... But today it's 15 n still no updates about installation. We are following up with the manager n the store , no proper response...they are just delaying the installation for next day
