100% unlawful practices by Croma: #CROMA_NOT_RECOMMENDED #UNLAWFUL_POLICIES Hidden Charges and unethical non disclosued policies that makes you pay croma charges like. And these policies are not available online or hardcopy in the store and they tell you orally only.

If there is a option, I would like to give this store a 0 star, they have the worst service. I brought a geezer from here, they told us that within 24-48 hrs they will send someone for installation, it's been more than a week and we are still waiting. We raised alot of complaints but nothing happened, we told them that we will install it by ourselves so they told us that we will lose our warranty if we installed it through someone else. It's very frustrating and no one is resolving this issue, never going to buy anything from chroma ever again.

Extremely poor service from Croma. I purchased a refrigerator that started malfunctioning within days. Even though this is a serious issue, it has been over 2 weeks and there is still no resolution. The staff were rude, careless, and completely unwilling to help. For such an essential product, this level of negligence is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience - I would strongly advise others to think twice before buying from Croma

Very good , spacious just in the First floor, TV display is so good. And sound system on the other side is really good too. I was here for Apple Watch, they have but not in the display. Similarly Apple new phones they are not in their display. Only high end phones of other brands like One plus, Samsung and tablets etc were displayed. I would really appreciate they keep some Apple products especially Apple Watch in display would be really good. Apart from that, they have so many products and kitchen appliances.

Excellent customer service....staff is really humble and down to earth...the best part is the prices match with the online stores as well plus they offer 1yr service for any repairs on the purchased product. You get various options to select your desired product. I would highly recommend you check this place once before you decide to buy any electronic devices.

Pretty great place to get deals at, the staff here is extremely helpful and managed to get me a Fold 7 512GB for 1.65L which was a 20k discount compared to what the Samsung website was selling it at.

Bad customer support. Took an aquaguard 2 weeks ago. The technician didn’t checked the working and the TDS reading was 008. Croma’s staff are asking to go to other brand offices instead of fixing the issue

Purchased a washing machine a week ago, Clothes are not getting washed properly. When I try to contact customer care, they are not responding, when i visited the store they behaved rudely and said that they are not responsible.

Visited the store. Very very low quality salesman. Payment process took an hour. Eventually couldn’t even take the payment. They will call you constantly, and tell you that they offer better prices than other Croma stores in Hyderabad- DO NOT TRUST THEM. Its a lie

I’ve had THE WORST Experience with Croma. The customer service is horrible. I’ve asked everyone I know to not get any products from Croma. Such a useless customer service. The customer relationship manager itself isn’t aware of the policies. What a shame! To anyone thinking of buying any products from Croma, I urge you not to. You’ll surely regret.

Electronic store by Tata company ... Having all varieties of items from all departments in the home like kitchen room, living room , dining room , regular electronic gadgets like laptops headphones , desktops, what not a to z ... Every household appliances are available with some seasonal offers .. finally you will get the product for similar price as in online stores...

I bought an Iron box here and it has been exactly one month and the product is malfunctioning. When I called to customer support, she asked me to visit the store and give the product and she is mentioning that have to pay the facilitation charges upto 550 for transportation to the service centre. For buying here i have to pay additional 40% of the amount . It is better to go for online purchase than these. No use of purchasing here. I am never gonna buy anything from Croma again

Croma By TATA. We visited Sarath city mall Kondapur. This store have electronics and kitchens items. We purchased 4 🔥burner gas stove in discount we also got offer and free gift 🎁 from Croma. They have good service and store sales person will guide you based on your budget and value for money items. Recommended.
