Had a great experience at the Croma store while buying my HP Victus laptop. Special thanks to Rajesh and Nikhil — both were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional. They took the time to understand my requirements, explained all the specifications clearly, compared options honestly, and guided me to the right variant without any pressure to upsell. Their guidance made the whole buying process smooth and confident. It’s rare to find staff who are genuinely helpful and focused on customer needs. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Buying from Croma turned out to be a complete waste of both money and time. The product quality was disappointing right from the start as it was a manufacturing defect, and to make things worse, the after-sales service is absolutely pathetic. No proper response, no accountability, and zero urgency in resolving customer issues. I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic assistance, and even then, there was no clear solution provided. Even after visiting the store multiple times the customer service desk executives were not available. It feels like once they’ve made the sale, they simply don’t care about the customer anymore. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this particular Croma store to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

Very poor service by croma. Did not expect this from such well known brand. I have bought 2 air conditioners from croma and it has been delivered to me 4 days ago and no installation is done. I constantly tried to contact the team but no revert from them, i also mailed on croma id but no support from there also. Do not purchase guys, stay away

I did bought two chroma products, 1. A Slow Cold press Juicer and one 6.7 lits air fryer. Mr. Pawan Kumar and Mr. Vishal Maurya help me properly and provided me the best option. Though I was choosing for a higher priced product by they said that for my need I dont need that bigger product. They were genuinely good and honest.

Good deals here. Lot of varieties. You name it you get it. But there is one cache here and that is miscommunication and lack of information whether products are available or not. One example, I wanted to buy a 1 ton window AC and I went to a Chroma showroom opp. RNA complex, Kandivali west and I was told that a 1 Ton AC of any brand was not available. I asked for a Chroma brand but that too was unavailable. Out of curiosity I went to a Chroma showroom at Mahavir Nagar and to my surprise I got a Chroma brand 1 ton AC available. I immediately paid the entire amount and recieved delivery within one day on 17.3.26. MISCOMMUNICATION AND MISINFORMATION by Chroma staff.

Extend warranty plan is not providing proper service, 72 hours promise of attending the call got over, still waiting for technician. Spoiling the name of CROMA.

Croma is an Indian retail chain of consumer electronics and durables run by Infiniti Retail, a subsidiary of the Tata Digital. I visited the store at Hindustan naka, Kandivali (W) recently to purchase a washing machine. First things first, it’s a huge store which is designed nicely with electronics placed strategically so that the customers have enough walking space while still being able to look around for what they want. The staff was courteous and willing to spend time with me to show me all the available options and best banking deals I could get. The store offers a variety of products from ACs to Washing machines, Laptops to TV sets, Kitchen utensils to sound systems. PRO TIP – Before committing to a price and making your purchase, ask them if they have a display unit on sale as they cost a little cheaper & come with the same manufacturer warranty as a new one.

Don't visit this store for mobile phones purchase, sales persons are too rude and doesn't have any knowledge about any particular smartphones and also not ready listen customer, just arguing, looting and not giving any proper deal to customers. Totally worst experience, not recommended.

Horrible experience at Croma. We went through the trouble of going back home to check the measurements for the AC we wanted to purchase, only to be told later that the salesperson had “forgotten” to check the stock in the first place. Instead of a proper apology, all we got was a dismissive “Thik hai, thik hai.” Extremely unprofessional customer service. Would not recommend this store. Do not ask me to contact you mail id asking what was my issue as I already mentioned what it was.

I took AC of Croma brand with extended warranty. Showroom ppl promised so many things about policy & service. I registered complaint on 4th november, 13th March, 21 April still they didn't resolve the issue. I called call center too so many times plus visited to showroom also but only fake promises. I am going to consumer court now, pls if you are buying anything from Croma pls think twice.

@Croma worst service experience. Complaint since 29th March, no proper response for weeks. Now saying condenser is non-repairable after long delay. Extended warranty taken, still pushing ₹17K EVG which is unfair. Repeated false 24-hour promises. If not resolved immediately, escalating legally and across social platforms. This is the 2nd review I am writing after 5 months. Still same issues everytime. BAD BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE

The worst Croma in Mumbai. To be very precise Mr. Sumit Mehra and Mr. Kundan from AC department are the worst employees of this store as I particularly went to this Croma just to but 9 very high end AC’s and my experience was extremely horrible. I truly recommend everyone out there to never visit this store.

Bad Service. Do not buy any Croma products. Their quality has deteriorated. No customer support. Don't waste your money and time buying their products and then regretting it.
