They guide you properly, suggest the best options, and also help in getting a good deal. * Product Availability: The laptop I wanted was not on display but was available in the warehouse, which they arranged without much hassle. * Pricing & Discounts: Got a good discount, which made the purchase worthwhile. * Product Range: Good collection of mobiles, TVs, laptops, and other electronics. * Overall Experience: A nice and satisfying experience. Definitely worth considering over competitors if you are looking for good deals and support.

Nitish was very helpful, he helped us to understand the feature and explain everything in detail. A special mention to Sheetal from Dyson for the wonderful experience she provided. Usually, hair demos are done only on a small section, but she patiently demonstrated the product on my entire hair without rushing at all. She was incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive throughout the session. She carefully understood my hair concerns, explained how to use the product properly, and made sure I was comfortable at every step. Her knowledge, patience, and genuine effort truly stood out. She went far beyond what was expected and made the entire experience feel very personal and premium. Her dedication and customer service were genuinely impressive.

Extremely disappointing experience at Croma – Infinity Mall outlet. I purchased not 1 but many product from this store based on the sales team’s assurance about quality and prompt support. Unfortunately, 2 products delivered turned out to be faulty right from the start. What’s worse is the false commitments made at the time of purchase regarding replacement and service turnaround time. After multiple follow-ups, store staff kept giving vague responses and shifting responsibility instead of resolving the issue. There was a complete lack of accountability and customer care. When you pay full price at a reputed retail chain, you expect transparency and professionalism — not excuses and delays. Very unprofessional handling of a genuine complaint. I would strongly advise customers to double-check everything in writing before purchasing and not rely on verbal promises. Truly a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Sunday late evening I purchased a lenovo tab after returning when I checked it carefully I found a minor red dot it seems it was dead pixels i immediately took a pic and next day I updated this to concern team they told me it may be software issue vl get back to you in next few hours n constantly I was following up with concern team today is the second day m nof getting any update Not even a hour I got this issue they must replace this immediately....this is really not fair

Had a fantastic experience purchasing cooler at croma and that was solely because of the fabulous service provided by Nikhil suvarna. He explained the product and showed us the one as per our requirement. He is very humble and polite and went out of the way to support us for on spot delivery. While the rest staff was was exact opposite and lethargic, nikhil was apt on his toes and is an excellent service oriented salesperson. This 5 star review is only for Nikhil, hope the rest staff learns from you.

I had a great experience shopping for my sound bar here, the staff was very helpful and had good knowledge of the products. Suraj was the sales guy who really made sure that I get the right product. The check out process was quite fast. Overall a very good experience shopping here.

The store is quite huge and the inventory on display is good too. Sales staff catch you at the door and guide you through the whole range of desired appliance. The training and the knowledge of the sales person is questionable specially the knowledge.

The salesperson at the Samsung a female ( wearing lavender colour Samsung logo tshirt), was extremely rude, pathetic and overfilled with ego. She lacked politeness and assertiveness. She was assisting as with Samsung features to which I had question on the chips function, which do not like as she felt. There is someone who is more knowledgeable than her and questioning her so called knowledge. When we had finalised the Samsung S26 phone she didn’t assist. The other salesperson ( a fair guy with transparent glasses) did inform her that the customer ervhas finalised the phone and waiting. She abruptly replied to him saying “ let them wait”. My family were quite offended and decided to leave. We did purchase the phone from Reliance digital and experienced amazing service. So, if you looking to buy a Samsung phone ensure u get assisted by someone else rather that egoistic female.

The way Vijay ji explained about all TV was good. Please ask any questions regarding TV he will resolve it. Vast knowledge about all the TVs located at the croma infinity.
