Review for Croma Store – Apollo Premier, Indore
I recently purchased a washing machine from Croma, Apollo Premier, Indore. At the time of purchase, I was informed about an offer that included free servicing for five electronic products, not limited to Croma or Tata brands. This included items like ACs, coolers, washing machines, geysers, refrigerators, and other electrical appliances.
Unfortunately, my experience with this service has been extremely disappointing.
When my geyser stopped working, I contacted Croma for service under this offer. It became very clear that the staff is not properly trained and lacks clarity about the service process. I was delayed for almost 15 days, and the technician who eventually visited did not have proper information because the company had not briefed or trained them adequately.
I was given multiple time commitments that were not honored. I was told the technician would come around 2–3 PM, but there were delays and no proper follow-up. The geyser remained non-functional for 15 days, and no action was taken unless I personally kept calling and following up.
Later, a service request was finally registered, and I was given a reference number with an assurance that the issue would be resolved within 24–48 hours. However, the very next day, I received another call asking to register the service request again, which clearly indicates internal mismanagement and lack of coordination.
Even after re-registering the request, there has been no resolution till now. This reflects serious internal system issues, poor professionalism, lack of accountability, and inadequate staff training.
I did not expect such disorganized service from a brand like Croma. The offer sounded promising, but in reality, the execution is extremely poor. Very disappointed with the service experience and the way customer issues are handled.
