I purchased an AC from Croma around a week ago, and unfortunately, the installation experience has been extremely disappointing. A technician visited my location 2 days ago but refused to install the outdoor unit on the outside wall and left without completing the installation. Since then, despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no proper response from customer support. Calls are either unanswered or switched off. As a customer, this level of after-sales service is very frustrating, especially during the current summer season. I expected better coordination and support from a reputed brand like Croma. Requesting the concerned team to kindly look into this issue urgently and arrange the installation at the earliest possible time. Hoping for a quick resolution.

1.📍 Prime location – Vijay Nagar main area mein easily reachable. 2. 👨‍💼 Staff is polite and explains products in detail. 3. 🛒 Latest electronics available – mobiles, TVs, laptops, etc. 4. 🕒 Weekend pe zyada bheed rehti hai – wait time badh jata hai. 5. 🚗 Parking space thoda limited hai, especially during peak hours. 6. 💸 Online ke comparison mein kuch products thode mehange lagte hain.

I went to buy an item, and everything seemed fine until the billing stage. Just before finalizing, they suddenly said the prices had increased and the old pricing was no longer valid. Then why are the old prices still displayed? This feels misleading and like customers are being fooled. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend anyone to shop here. Instead, I suggest going to other electronic stores for a more transparent and trustworthy experience.

In last 6 months I visited 3-4 times, but everytime no one attended us & all staff members was talking to each other's, but no one give any response to us and due to that we didn't get any information related to required appliances and finally we decided to don't go to croma in future. I had a very bad and ridiculous experience at the Tata Croma Vijaynagar branch. The staff were extremely arrogant and unprofessional. They had poor product knowledge and were unable to explain basic details properly. When I questioned and about benifits to buy online, the staff casually told me to “go and buy online if you’re getting a better deal.” This is completely unacceptable behavior from a retail store representative. There was no interest in helping the customer, no courtesy, and no effort to provide a good shopping experience. Overall, it was a very pathetic experience, and I would not recommend this branch to anyone.

Review for Croma Store – Apollo Premier, Indore I recently purchased a washing machine from Croma, Apollo Premier, Indore. At the time of purchase, I was informed about an offer that included free servicing for five electronic products, not limited to Croma or Tata brands. This included items like ACs, coolers, washing machines, geysers, refrigerators, and other electrical appliances. Unfortunately, my experience with this service has been extremely disappointing. When my geyser stopped working, I contacted Croma for service under this offer. It became very clear that the staff is not properly trained and lacks clarity about the service process. I was delayed for almost 15 days, and the technician who eventually visited did not have proper information because the company had not briefed or trained them adequately. I was given multiple time commitments that were not honored. I was told the technician would come around 2–3 PM, but there were delays and no proper follow-up. The geyser remained non-functional for 15 days, and no action was taken unless I personally kept calling and following up. Later, a service request was finally registered, and I was given a reference number with an assurance that the issue would be resolved within 24–48 hours. However, the very next day, I received another call asking to register the service request again, which clearly indicates internal mismanagement and lack of coordination. Even after re-registering the request, there has been no resolution till now. This reflects serious internal system issues, poor professionalism, lack of accountability, and inadequate staff training. I did not expect such disorganized service from a brand like Croma. The offer sounded promising, but in reality, the execution is extremely poor. Very disappointed with the service experience and the way customer issues are handled.

I am writing this to formally express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the experience I had at the Tata Croma Vijaynagar Indore branch recently. I have been a loyal customer of the Tata brand for years, always trusting Tata for professionalism, customer-first values, and ethical service. Unfortunately, my recent visit to the Vijaynagar Croma store was completely opposite to what one would expect from a Tata-owned retail outlet. The staff at the store were extremely arrogant and unprofessional. They displayed very poor product knowledge and were unable to explain even basic details clearly. When I asked about the benefits of purchasing products from the store versus online options, the response I received was shocking. One of the staff members casually told me to “go and buy online if you’re getting a better deal.” This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of training, courtesy, and customer orientation. There was absolutely no interest shown in assisting me, no effort to understand my requirements, and no attempt to provide a positive shopping experience. The overall attitude of the staff was dismissive and careless, making the entire visit a pathetic and frustrating experience. As a long-time Tata customer, this incident has significantly impacted my trust in the brand. After this experience, I will not recommend anyone to visit the Croma Vijaynagar store, and it is disappointing to see such service standards associated with the Tata name. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously, investigates the matter, and ensures proper training and accountability so that other customers do not have to go through a similar experience. Looking forward to your response and corrective action.

Recently visited Croma Vijay Nagar and was thoroughly impressed with the store's customer service and product selection. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the different product options, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. Extremely Disappointed with Croma – Worst Purchase Experience Ever! I had the worst experience buying a refrigerator from Croma. I received a damaged and dented product not once, but THREE times! Despite raising complaints immediately, there was zero proactive response from their side for over 2 months. After constant follow-ups and frustration, Croma finally offered a refund — but even that has turned into another hassle. First, they said they would only process the refund after picking up the refrigerator, and then it'll take a week for the amount to be credited. Only after that, I can start the process again to purchase a new fridge. This is ridiculous!

Kal me and my family goes here to purchase iphone 17 pro max inka kehna tha if mene EMI par liya to 20K extra lagega including all taxes and intrest same product mene exact price se reliance se purchase kiya with 0 cost intrest on EMI bus lootnr ka kaam hai croma ka kuch time pehlr ek product aur liya tha uske free gifts aaj tak nhi diye and call kro to kehte hai stock me nhi hai bhai my suggestion is pehle croma jana then 10 duste stores alag hi samjh me aayega croma wale kitna bewakoof banate hai.
