Croma - Jayanagar

Visited croma for purchase of chimney and it was a very smooth n seamless experience. I need to validate two people for their excellent support n customer service namely Farida and Srikanth from the Jaya Nagar branch. It is because of consistent follow up from Farida and her information regarding the product that I was able to finalize Farida was in another branch near to my house Kanakapura but had to shift to jaya nagar but still she followed up and even though there were ample other choices from reliance digital n so on due to this kind of approach of customer care n follow up I came all the way to jayanagar n bought three Elica 60cm filter less n auto cleaning chimneys. Here came Srikanth who helped me with the brand briefing and all the following up as I needed the delivery and installation immediately and I must say he ensured that he delivered what he promised and I must mention the executive from Elica namely Tulsi also was very prompt and quick responsive to get all installation done with kind help of Elica technician Praveen n Som Sekhar so in nutshell I want to say it has been a very positive, professional and prompt service as far as my buying, installation and after sales service experience, now what I await is the performance of the product and resolution of services than needed but I have very positive thoughts that they will support in this also. Want to say that management must validate their good employees so they can give more positive experience to customer and that will surely make customer like us brand loyalty. I visited a croma store on Christmas day to buy a laptop.the experience was very good The moment when I entered the store, the staff approached me and guided me to the product I wanted to buy. The staff were very friendly and explained everything clearly about the product with a lot of patience.and The billing process was also quick and was completed within five minutes. Thank you to the croma and staff for excellent service ♥️😊

I went to buy a computer. I got a good price and everything was ok. But they told me it will arrive in 10 minutes and i had to wait 1 hour and a half to get my product! Amaizing! If they would have told me i would have to wait as much i would have gone to do something usefull with my time! I lost a whole afternoon seating there!!!

The cheapest store I have ever seen. I went there to buy a TV. One of representatives attended me and explained about TV. And I selected one and purchased. TV was delivered on committed time. But Technician install for TV very poor. Technician came after 3 days. Technician manager didn’t answer the calls. Product and Delivery was good but installation was not good.

Worst experience!!! Beware & be cautious while buying products from this store. They sell you the product that has been previously sold to someone else. Sales person Shalini sold a OTG which was previously sold to someone & it has internal damages. If they don’t have product available, they should be telling it to us, instead they sell a damaged product. Very worst!!!

Phone is switched off or not reachable. Great way to run a business. Edit: these guys are such scammers that if you don't check their own website, you will end up paying higher. All they can do is match their website price (only if you let them know otherwise you will be taken for ride). They will not match any other store/Ecom price. And store attached cashify is next level scam. They quote rock bottom prices for old phones vs online options (including cashify).

Had a wonderful experience purchasing from here. Staff are very friendly and help you choose the best. Mr. Kumar was just awesome. Helped me figure out which model laptop would be better.

Worst service. Croma mixer grinder r got repaired and spoken to store staff. They will send a technician in 48 hours, He came after 72 hours. Technician said it is chargable for spare parts. There is a warrenty period and why your charging for. Within 2 months of purchase all the 3 jars are in issues. Therefore jayanagar store is selling 2nd hand products and spoiling the Tata brand name. One person spoke with me yesterday. He said they will solve the issue, which is in warrenty. Till now no response.

The store staff was disciplined and friendly. Their communication was quite good. Would recommend to others

I recently visited the outlet for a purchase of a 32-inch TV for my gaming console. After visiting other retail branches of other electronics stores I visited Jayanagar Croma store and received an exceptional service from Mr.Tejus. High or low value purchase the consideration given for a customer by him for a customer was really appreciative

Had been a regular buyer here and always used to call to check prices as their site is quite unusable. However, this time around I asked for Ipad prices and were they offering any festive discounts, but the sales guy rudely disconnected the call. If this is the attitude of sales people for high ticket sales, then it is better that this store be avoided and nearby alternatives are checked. Tata brand has clearly deteriorated.

I had a very disappointing experience here. As an individual student, I felt judged and dismissed. The staff seemed more occupied with their phones than with customers, and there was no basic courtesy or acknowledgment unless you were buying something. Students deserve to be treated with respect, regardless of how much they spend. If someone walks into such a place, it’s obvious they came for a reason not to be ignored.
