I really regret visiting this place, The staff and sellers are only eager about selling the product. I placed order for home delivery which was initially delayed due, even after providing accurate address and also the location,I had to take follow up with them. and for installation too they are not even aware that there should be preintimation about installation procedure. The staff keeps saying do not worry, how??.

Very bad experience purchased fridge and it was having door closing issues but store was not replacing the fridge and there customer care support is worst. Even technical person visited after 4 days and saying it's not an issue for replacement. Totally harrassed and not buying hence forth anything on croma and not recommending anyone

Apple sales agent who provided gross misinformation regarding Apple Watch capabilities. The agent claimed the device could measure the BPM of plastic and non-living objects, even 'guaranteeing' this as a feature of medical-grade equipment. Promoting sensor errors as a 'feature' is deceptive and unprofessional. Such behavior raises serious concerns about the authenticity and quality of the devices being sold at this location.

I had a wonderful experience at Croma Kolhapur. The store is well-organized, has a wide variety of products, and provides a smooth shopping experience. A special mention to Shubham sir , one of the best employees I’ve come across – he was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful in guiding me to the right product. His customer service skills truly made my shopping hassle-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend visiting this store and do look out for Shubham Sir if you need excellent assistance! 👏

Recently, I purchased 1 AC and 1 TV from Croma Store, Branch - Opposite Shahu Maharaj Railway Station, Kolhapur. The experience was very bad and is as follows. 1. When I first went to see electrical goods, I arrived at 8:50 pm on January 29, 2026, and half the staff was not present in the store, no one was looking around, no one was ready to show the customers who came. 2. A person came to show us 1 AC and 1 TV. We finalized what he showed us, but he said the finance people leave at 8.30, you come tomorrow. 3. When we went back on January 30th at 7 pm, all the staff were sitting around chatting very relaxedly, not paying attention to any customers. Everyone gathered in a group at the security counter and sat chatting. 4. The salesman started demanding an additional Rs. 1000 by saying that the AC we finalized was not available and said that we did not know which stock was available. (A real salesman should have known everything before talking to the customer.) 5. They spent at least 45 minutes on billing and then we were told that a man would come to install the AC and you should tell him your other address. 6. Overall I felt like everyone was ignorant. And the service was not that good I went there just because of the brand Croma but the staff were all rude and not professional at all. No one even asked for plain water or tea

Today I bought two ipads for gifting my students from Croma Kolhapur. Before this I bought Imac and two airpods pro 3. Very poor and unprofessional service experience from Croma. I purchased a Samsung Fit 3 smartwatch from Croma Kolhapur – Royal Miraj Arcade around 6 months ago. Recently, the watch screen stopped working. There was no misuse, drop, or liquid damage from my side. When I visited the Samsung service center, I was informed that the display replacement cost is ₹4,500, while the original price of the watch itself is ₹4,700, which is completely unreasonable. Additionally, ₹180 was taken in cash for a job sheet without providing a proper receipt. I approached Croma for support, but instead of taking responsibility, I was repeatedly redirected between Croma and Samsung. Croma closed my complaint multiple times by stating “physical damage” without providing any written inspection report or photographic proof, and without my consent. Even after emails, phone calls, and follow-ups, I only received generic responses. My complaints were marked as “resolved” through automated emails without any actual solution being provided. This kind of customer handling, lack of transparency, and refusal to take ownership is extremely disappointing. I do not recommend Croma due to poor after-sales support and unfair treatment of customers.

Pathetic service given by Manager name Sandip. After taking washing Machine for 10 days till date due to there pathetic service demo installation has not been done yet . After taking continuous follow up ADM Sandip has given very poor response, they are not doing there duty well just try to fool the people. Very bad and pathetic experience. Worst experience! I'm a regular customer of Croma, Zudio and Star. I recently visited Croma to purchase an Iphone 15 and its accessories, Adaptor and pods, the Prices here are too high compared to other stores! Croma is charging Rs. 400-500 extra for the Realme T110 pods which are worth 1100 online! I wanted 1 Tempered glass for my Iphone 15, which is Rs. 3000 here, but they said that no one will fit it here, you have to get it done from outside. Croma makes false claims for the lowest pricing list and price match policy. THE STAFF IS NOT AT ALL HELPFUL! Very Rude behaviour, the Store Manager here, Mr. Nilesh Koshte too is not very attentive towards customers. He doesn't even bother to listen to your problems! The staff and also the Manager need Soft skills classes for better customer service! Lost my faith in Croma, I'll never step in this store again, and I'm not recommending Croma to any of my friends and family or any other Random people! Worst!

The customer service and variety in this store is horrible. The staff is extremely hostile and disinterested. No one was willing to assist us. They treated us like we weren't serious and couldn't afford the ACs. This is the worst customer service I have experienced.

It was a very dirty experience. We went to look at mobile phones. We were the only ones looking for a long time. But not a single employee there asked what kind of mobile phone you wanted or gave any information. Never go there.
