Very poor and unprofessional service experience from Croma.
I purchased a Samsung Fit 3 smartwatch from Croma Kolhapur – Royal Miraj Arcade around 6 months ago. Recently, the watch screen stopped working. There was no misuse, drop, or liquid damage from my side.
When I visited the Samsung service center, I was informed that the display replacement cost is ₹4,500, while the original price of the watch itself is ₹4,700, which is completely unreasonable. Additionally, ₹180 was taken in cash for a job sheet without providing a proper receipt.
I approached Croma for support, but instead of taking responsibility, I was repeatedly redirected between Croma and Samsung. Croma closed my complaint multiple times by stating “physical damage” without providing any written inspection report or photographic proof, and without my consent.
Even after emails, phone calls, and follow-ups, I only received generic responses. My complaints were marked as “resolved” through automated emails without any actual solution being provided.
This kind of customer handling, lack of transparency, and refusal to take ownership is extremely disappointing. I do not recommend Croma due to poor after-sales support and unfair treatment of customers.
