Good evening Sir/Ma’am, Hope you are doing well. I am writing to inform you about an issue I am facing regarding my mobile phone insurance claim. I purchased a Vivo Y400 mobile worth Rs. 25,000 from Croma Store, Dwarka Sector-14, Vegas Mall, a few weeks ago. At the time of purchase, the salesperson clearly informed me that if the phone got damaged, it would be repaired or replaced under insurance. Unfortunately, due to an accident, my phone got damaged. I contacted the service center and also visited them personally. They asked me to fill out a link and complete the payment to start the process, which I did. After that, my phone was picked up from my home on 28/11/2025. Initially, I was told that the phone would be repaired. However, after several days, I received a call from the service center stating that the phone cannot be repaired and that I will receive only 75% of the phone’s value instead. This is very disappointing and confusing for me. If the phone was not repairable, then what is the purpose of taking insurance? Before purchase, full support was promised, but after purchase and claim filing, the service provided is completely different. I have also paid the insurance file charges, but I am still facing a loss of around Rs. 11,000. The service center staff informed me that I will receive approximately Rs. 18,000 in the form of a voucher, and that too only for the same brand. There is also very limited support or guidance from the staff. As a customer, especially from a middle-class background, this is a big loss and very frustrating. I request you to please look into this matter and provide a proper resolution. I am requesting either repair or replacement, as was originally promised. Looking forward to your support and an early resolution.

I bought a OnePlus Nord 5 from this store on 7th Nov. After reaching home, I noticed a dent on the phone. I went back within an hour, but the senior executive (Varun) was rude, didn’t even offer a seat, and kept saying “nothing can be done.” Even after sending a mail to Croma customer care (as advised), I received no response. This was very disheartening. However, thanks to OnePlus support, my issue was finally resolved at their service centre — not because of Croma. Croma should really train their senior staff on basic customer handling and proper escalation support. I hope they improve, because customers trust the Croma name expecting professionalism — not disappointment.

They are fraud. Just to sell insurance and make profit from it, they will deny your EMI stating the manager has denied and it cannot happen. And when you ask for reason, they will simply say there is no reason. If you ask for documentation also for denying then also they will say we don’t have any documents for it. Then on what basis are denying? This is first time I have experienced that just because we are not taking insurance they will not approve your EMI. Fraudsters

Special mention of mr. Mahesh for being so polite , hardworking and patient enough to give all the information of all the products we checked out during this visit. This Croma store has wide variety of gadgets and consists almost all the brands. All the sections are segregated in a planned way. The only issue is they have less variety in a particular product. Also the complaint centre is little weak. Takes a lot of time for a minimal return or exchange. All electronic items under one roof. All staff are very cooperative and always try to give their best for customer satisfaction.

Awful experienced I purchased tata washing machine and in warranty period it was not working as it should be properly and I complainted 3 pr 4 months but no solution and staff denied to take this machine back and give me new one no solution just customer facing all problems and they said to me sale out this one and buy new I used to buy lots of items from this store now I stopped i would suggest please don't buy any washing machine from tata croma

I recently visited the store with my father to purchase a laptop for my upcoming college. Unfortunately, the experience was far from smooth. First of all, the laptops were not labelled properly, which made it extremely difficult to compare products. Many models had no information displayed, and the staff simply advised me to check the website if I wanted detailed specifications or reviews. As a customer standing right there in the store, this felt very inconvenient. When I tried to take photos of the laptops to compare later, I was told that photography was not allowed. While I understand policies, this left me with no practical way to make an informed decision. On top of that, one of the staff members (wearing a black t-shirt) behaved with unnecessary attitude. Just because I was looking for a laptop around ₹40,000 doesn’t mean I should be treated with less respect. Another issue was the lack of personal space. The sales staff were hovering over us constantly, which felt uncomfortable. Instead of guiding us patiently, I felt like they were pushing us toward a purchase I might regret later. Overall, the experience was confusing, unhelpful, and disappointing. I hope the management improves product labelling, trains staff in better customer handling, and ensures that buyers—regardless of budget—feel respected and supported in making the right choice for themselves.

I had a very bad experience at Croma. The phone I purchased was not only more expensive compared to other stores and online platforms, but it also turned out to be faulty. When I went to the customer service desk, the staff behaved rudely and showed no interest in resolving my issue. Very disappointing — poor product quality, overpriced, and terrible customer service.

A loaded store for electronics. Good range of products aparrt from Cromas own product. Got a good attention to requirements and post sale support from Manjeet. Though brand support of Sony bravia, a costly stuff was apalling for which I wouldnt blame croma.

Dear croma, Mai Aapka bahot hi Purane time se customer rha hu. Maine 22/08/2025 ko HP ka 35k+ ka laptop purchase Kiya but aapke salesman ne mujhe Lenovo ka bekar bag jabarjasti de diya Maine croma me manager se bat Kiya to unhone mujhse 100 rupees ka extra charge karke HP ka free wala bag sale kiya and bola ki ham sabke sath Aisa hi karte Hai. Mujhe samjh me nhi aa rha hai ki HP ka laptop me Lenovo ka bag kaise de rha hai croma aur HP ke free bag ko Sale kaise kar rha hai. Please is matter ko solve kariye aur Mera 100 rupees wapas karwaye aur croma ke manager ko mere apap ko sorry Bolna chahiye unke wajah se mere papa bahot paresan hue. Ye bilkul achha nhi hua. Maine is matter ke liye HP ko mail Kar diya hai. Mai HP aur croma se request kar rha hu ki bag ka paisa return karwaye and croma ke manager ko sorry Bolna chahiye. Please look at this matter and get back my money.

Never Buy a insurance with product when buying from croma. I Bought AC and taken 3 yr extended service from croma, in season time they won't come in 15 days , I have get my AC Repaired from some other local person and filed a consumer court complaint then they give my ac service charge back... and now I am again facing issue after 4 month and registered complaint they haven't sent yet its about 4 days now ... so, ye sochte hai ki Customer se jo paise aane thhey wo pehle hi le chuke hai tou ab aaram se service denge cust free k chakkar me kaha jayega .

Very very disappointed with the service. While buying the refrigerator on 19/08/25 everything was fine and nice. We were told that the delivery of the refrigerator would be made on 20/08/2025 along with the person who would install it. To my utter shock when the fridge did get delivery on the stipulated time but the person to install was nowhere and when we tried reaching out to the outlet they are now claiming that the person will come only within 48 hours. This information was not passed to us yesterday. Very very disappointing on the outlet and Dipanshu behalf , who sold the item to us for not making us aware about this crucial information. Seems like they have no regards for customer and their valuable time. Poorest of service. Shame on the management and the staff for not keeping every thing transparent and making a fool of the customer.

The Whirlpool washing machine is exhibiting heavy vibration accompanied by loud noises and operational imbalance, as evidenced in recorded videos. It started happening after the very next day of installation. I have complained many times to Chroma, they simply do not care about selling us a faulty product. We've even made multiple complaints to Whirlpool and had technicians visit us 7-8 times, they even said that the drum of this machine is faulty, which probably happened during the manufacturing process. It has been very frustrating and scary seeing the machine operating like this which can be dangerous for anyone around it or in the premises. Regrettably, neither Chroma nor Whirlpool has offered a decisive resolution. Furthermore, Chroma's disposition to redirect responsibility to the manufacturer, despite being the vendor of the product, is indicative of inadequate post-sales support.

The refund is still pending despite registering the complaint 10 times and following up for the past 12 days. The store accepted an order for an out-of-stock product and failed to inform me, I only found out after calling when the delivery didn’t arrive. Extremely poor customer service. Store location: Vegas Mall, Dwarka.
