I am extremely disappointed with the service at Croma - R City Mall (Ghatkopar branch). We purchased a CROMA BRAND refrigerator from this store, and from the very beginning it has been defective. Ice keeps forming inside the fridge, which has caused all the food and dishes stored inside to spoil. This is completely unacceptable for a brand-new appliance. The product was sold to elderly people in our family who trusted the store staff. Instead of supporting them, the store has shown zero responsibility. They are the ones who sold us a defective product, yet they are not taking accountability for repairs or replacement. The customer care technician came to our home twice, but each time he simply said, “It will happen, it will happen,” without actually fixing the issue. Now, after two visits, they are saying they cannot do anything further and that we should sort it out on our own. This is shocking and unprofessional. To make matters worse, they have stopped responding properly and are not even picking up calls anymore. Selling a faulty product and then refusing to provide proper after-sales support is unacceptable. Very poor service, very poor accountability, and a complete lack of respect for customers especially senior citizens. I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from this branch.

To, The Consumer Court Authority Subject: Complaint regarding poor service and rude behavior from Croma service staff Respected Sir/Madam, I would like to file a complaint regarding the poor service and unprofessional behavior related to my air conditioner purchased from Croma. We bought a Panasonic AC with a 1-year company warranty and an additional 4-year extended warranty from Croma. Within just one year, the AC stopped working properly. We contacted the service center and reported the problem. After that, a technician came to check the AC and wrongly said that the AC was very old. We then showed him the purchase bill which clearly proves that the AC is only one year old. Later another technician came and checked the AC. Just before Holi, they took the AC part for repair and returned it after about one week. However, when we tried to contact the technician for updates, he spoke very rudely. Recently, when we called again, the technician spoke very disrespectfully with the ladies in our house. He used rude words and said things like “You keep the phone, I will see later, have patience,” in a very improper manner. This behavior is completely unacceptable. It is surprising that a reputed company like Croma hires staff who do not know how to speak respectfully with customers. We expect proper service and respectful communication, especially after purchasing extended warranty. Therefore, I request the Consumer Court to please take strict action regarding this issue and ensure that proper service is provided to us. This kind of behavior and service is very disappointing. Thank you.

I bought an LED TV from Croma 7 years ago and the after sales service was very good. Now I need to buy a new LED TV. Sameerji helped me a lot. He gave me a lot of information on buying an LED. I liked it. He was a very good sales person and spoke honestly.

Very disappointing experience at Rcity Croma. I came yesterday for iPhone 17 and just asking for discount so one staff referred me manager named Mr. Sanjay bharti. But he was so rude to talk. Maybe he was drunk. He will have to learn how to talk with senior citizens. They seemed uninterested in assisting customer. I had to wait a long time just to get basic information. Definitely not expected from a reputed brand like croma. Won't be visiting this store again. Needs serious improvement on behaviour.

Yesterday i purchased oneplus mobile after payment staff and manager aslo literally ignored me and two times i am asking for carry bag/paper bag. They just taking payment and that's it. There is no value of customer.. Worst experience very disappointed.

Very disappointed with the service from Croma and Panasonic. We purchased an AC from Croma along with a 1-year warranty + 4-year extended warranty. It has only been 1 year, so the product is still under warranty. However, now the AC has a PCB issue, and despite being covered, we are being asked to pay ₹8000. For the past 1 month and 2 days, this issue has not been resolved. At home, we have a BP patient, and children have exams going on. Due to the heat, they are unable to sleep properly. This kind of service is extremely frustrating and stressful. If the product is under warranty, why should customers pay extra? Requesting Croma and Panasonic to take responsibility and resolve this issue immediately. Also, a sincere suggestion to everyone: please be careful before purchasing electronics and extended warranties, as our experience has been very disappointing.

I bought a MacBook Pro M5 from the R-City store the staff was very helpful and welcoming. They treat you as a friend who is buying something but not as a sales victim. When I said I want to buy MacBook Pro M5 they said it’s not available at the moment but Aashish from the store said a customer had booked one but the delivery is delayed so we can give that piece to you and he arranged that in 40 mins he sent someone to Worli to get that piece and delivered to me. Even when I was waiting for 40-50 mins in the store they offered me snacks and beverages to spend some time. Aashish was really great when it comes to customer satisfaction highly recommended.

@croma R city mall ghatkoper We had gone to buy a TV Initially the sales person was so friendly & showed so much interest. We spent 2 days & finalised the deal & at the time of billing they scammed us. They were forcefully trapping us into the EMI SCHEME which we had already denied for.! Big fraud they are. Not expected this by such a big brand & name. Request people not to go here or buy anything from here. Not only 1 but 2 salesperson & 1 manager all of them were a part of this. Had to leave with disappointment.! Never going back.!

Worst experience went to buy a Laptop where the staff was speaking in Hindi which was not understandable. Make sure there will be Marathi speaking staff for Local Customers. On asking about nearby laptop service center he told it's in 'Shine' so after long thinking I ask are you want to say 'Shiv' 'Sion' then he said yes we outsider called it 'Shine' so what kind of behaviour I didn't get ! Make sure to make available Marathi speaking staff for Local Customers.

I have purchased almost all my home electronics from Croma at R City, including 32-inch and 55-inch TVs, a microwave, home theatre system, laptop, refrigerator, and a JBL speaker. The store offers a very good range of products across brands, making it easy to compare and choose. The overall buying experience has been smooth, and it’s a reliable place for all major electronic appliances. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality electronics under one roof.

Very bad Service & mostly sells person product Information and Product service wrong information. And not Supportive. Bosch Company dishwasher PurchaseOne month Completely. No start machine till date . Support team not help. Croma Staff only Delay day by day. More than 31 days completed . Not Immediate action. Not Proper support. Very bad services. Call not recive no another proper guidance Product recording, product services.

While i wrote the below review before the product was delivered to me - i want to update it that the product was defective and Chroma create absolute problems and didnt help me out at all. Both Mr Salman and Mr Khurshid made sire i had to run after them - they provided zero help and kept blaming everything on the brand. Where as Chroma was responsible for delivering a defective product to me My experience of buying the fridge at chroma was good - all thanks to Salman. He has good knowledge of the products and helped me take an informed decision
