Croma - Seven Hills

I recently visited Croma to purchase a mobile phone for a family member, and I had a very pleasant experience. Shoaib assisted me throughout the process and was extremely helpful. He patiently explained the features of different top brands and helped me understand the options clearly, which made it much easier to choose the right phone. His approach was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He also ensured that the billing and payment process was quick and completely hassle-free. It’s always great to see such attentive customer service. If you’re planning to buy any electronic gadgets, I would definitely recommend visiting Croma and seeking assistance from their helpful staff.

Very worst service 7 hills croma store staff only talk good when to sell. I bought 1ton Ac in my shop then staff only tell take samsung ac it's colling very good and when I fitting Ac then my shop is not cooling and when I go to croma evening they said we don't take responsibility of that because of fitting and warranty they called samsung services who come for fitting they also not tell which Ac is need to this Area our agent is not responsible for that we asked staff of croma and manager for don't return it but exchange the ac and give me 1.5 ton AC but they said we don't do that don't responsibe for that mg staff they don't suggest according to area which brand ac is best they only good talk for sell and very bad in service. They only said we service very well and good for any queries but they only bluff.

Not at all a good experience, ordered washing machine and Geyser on two different occasions and both the time was assured that the delivery will be there next day and was also issued a date on the invoice , but unfortunately both the time they came up with same reason that their vehicle failed. Very disappointed and would never again shop with them. 4 days wasted with the anticipation of delivery and installation. Customer service very poor and no value for your time. I had to ring them several times to make sure they are delivering, but no use. I had to travel to my home town place for election voting but due to lack of service and false assurance it has prevented me from performing my voting rights.

Worst experience Don't go.. They don't tell you about hidden charges...पहले मूह पे मीठा बात करते है.. बाद मे installation extra पैसे देणे के लिये बोलते है... Customer service is really poor.. Not aware of any product properly... I have been told about standard installation but later told to pay extra.. Choose wisely.. Don't visit. Choose other stores

Very disappointing experience with Croma. Yesterday I purchased a Samsung 2-ton AC from Croma, and at the time of purchase they clearly told me the installation charges would be ₹2300. But when the installation team arrived at my home, they suddenly said it would cost ₹3000. This kind of hidden charge and last-minute price change is completely unprofessional. Customers should be informed about the exact installation cost beforehand instead of changing the amount later. Very poor coordination and disappointing installation service experience.

Hey, I'm extremely disappointed with the service from Chroma Store, Seven Hill, Aurangabad. I purchased a Hitachi 1.5 ton AC from them 2 days ago, and it was delivered on time. However, the installation is pending since yesterday. The contact person, Rameshwar (from B One D), isn't responding to my calls, and Chroma Store isn't picking up either. I'm stuck at home, unable to get my AC installed, and it's affecting my daily routine. The product is fine, but the after-sales service is a big letdown. 😊 _Update_: I've been waiting for a response, but no one is helping. Not recommended if you value your time.

DO NOT VISIT, Poor service, employees enjoying there stuff by exploring mobiles, calling with friends and trying to avoid customers, basically no one want to communicate with customer; manager and staff please focus on service.

I had a very disappointing experience with Croma. The delivery of my product was extremely delayed, and even after delivery, no one came for installation. I had to follow up multiple times, but there was no proper response or support from the service team. This kind of service is not acceptable, especially after purchasing from a reputed brand like Croma. I would not recommend Croma to others based on my experience. Please improve your delivery and after-sales service.

Worst service. I purchased a new washing machine, and the service was extremely poor. When I tried to contact the store, they said they didn’t know when the delivery would happen. I finally received the delivery after 1.5 days. After that, I called them regarding the installation. They told me that the technician would come randomly. What kind of response is this? There was no proper reply at all. Full of commitments and zero fulfillment. I am still waiting for them ,sitting at home and unable to go anywhere.

Very disappointed with the delivery service from Croma. My order was delayed without any proper update, and customer support kept giving the same response without any clear timeline. This caused a lot of inconvenience and wasted my time. Expected much better service from a brand like Croma. Please improve your delivery process and customer communication.

Absolutely pathetic service – Croma Seven Hills (beside Atithi Hotel) I purchased a television to watch it, not to store it in my house while your so-called services move at a snail’s pace. Once I have paid the full amount, it is your responsibility to provide delivery and installation within a reasonable time. This is basic customer service. Instead, Croma has completely ruined the experience. The excitement of buying a new television has turned into pure frustration and anger because of your delays, false assurances, and lack of coordination. No proper information was given at the time of purchase. First delivery is delayed, then installation is delayed, and all we get is “wait for our call”. The sales staff misleads customers, and the manager takes zero responsibility, claiming they don’t even track their own services. Is this how Croma treats customers after taking their money? This is unprofessional, irresponsible, and unacceptable. I deeply regret purchasing from this showroom and strongly warn others not to buy from here

Very very very bad service very frustrated service, delayed delivery without inform to customer i purchase a fridge from chroma seven hill that excitement of new fridg is convert into frustration. Every day they says today your order is reched to you but it takes 20 days. I request all never purchase any thing from chroma seven hill.

हम कल रात को शॉप गये थे, शॉप के डोर पे हि watchmen ने हमारी बहोत insultकी, हम अंदर गये भी नही to बंद होगया जाओ जाओ ऐसे करके हाकल दिया, हम वाहपे तीन चीजे लेने गये थे per उस वजेसे कभीभी नही जायेंगे, तारिका सिखाओ उन watchmenको हम लाखो रुपये का सामान लेने आये थे अगर अच्छे say बात करता वो तो हम दुसरे दिन आते थे, प्लीज उनको सिखाओ customersay किसे. बात करे

Very unprofessional Purchased the product on 26 /12/25 and it was delivered at 27/12/25. 5 days since and the installation is not done yet. Called multiple times to consumer care number as I think the people in the shop does not know how to receive calls. Gives only false accurance. Worst experience ever while buying any electronic product. I think that the only option left is to knock the door of the court....

Worst sells service don't care about ease of payments and don't give proper information. Very unsatisfactory responses after complaint also.

WORST PLACE EVER TO BUY ELECTRONICS Please think twice before purchasing anything from this croma cause they promise one thing and deliver extremely poor product They are good with u untill u buy a product from them and after that they dont even pick up ur call and even in store they act rudely Purchased a refrigerator from them and it was defective they said it will replaced within one day and its been 15 days since and now they are saying that its not defective there is nt i can do im stuck with this and now they are just playing the blame game This was promised to me that i wont receive this kind of thing in my product at the time of delivery

Never buy from here. Pathetic after sales experience. Also never buy their ZIPCARE packages. U will regret later
