The Crossword store at AMB Mall, Hyderabad is decent but feels a bit underwhelming. While it carries the usual collection of popular books, the selection could definitely be more diverse and expansive. The floor area also feels quite limited, which makes the overall browsing experience less comfortable than expected. It’s a good stop for quick picks, but there’s room for improvement in both space and variety.

Crosswords is book lovers paradise. So happy to.see this outlet open at Sarath City Mall. The space seems to be a bit cramped, but collection of books compensate for the same.

This one is inside sarath City Mall. Like any other crossword store, i love it but compared to the size of the mall, this should've been larger. Instead, this one is the bata minimum size.

This Sunday I visited crossword store there is a lots of book collection and more and special thanks to that guy he is name Devendra he is helping me to find the books

I love going on a book window shopping at this place to find best sellers and new books. However since they sell on maximum retail price i don't usually purchase them. I come back online and order books with discounted prices. They always have a good collection of books. If you can afford buying books I'll recommend you the place. If not, it's still a good place to hangout.

Pathetic experience. Guys please provide a carry bag, at least provide an option, after demanding one, people over here react like this was some unusual demand…. We like books, we are preferring it over audio books so we want it to be in good condition at least till we take it home…. making a carry bag option available is the most basic thing you can do. Please think about it, this is the second time I’ve faced this…. kindly consider this, not sure how you come you have come with this cost optimising strategy

I came across this bookstore in Sarath City Mall. Really appreciated how the young girl at the counter was so humble, helpful and patient. Bought quite a lot of pens and a book. A small stored yet enjoyed the atmosphere.

Hello Crosswords team, An old buyer here, and I am truly unamazed by the declining experience at Crosswords at the particular store. Kindly hire some better folks who know atleast fundamentals of customer management and basic billing, the current staff at the store isn’t even audible and behaves as if he’s sitting at a Fair Price Shop. Kindly look into it, not many people buy books these days.
