I recently had the pleasure of staying at Crowne Plaza Greater Noida and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. What really made my stay special, was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Pradeep Sharma from the laundry section. His prompt service and courteous nature ensured that everything was handled perfectly and delivered right on time. A big thank you as well to the housekeeping team, particularly Mr. Himanshu and Mr. Sumit. They did an outstanding job in keeping the room spotless and well organised throughout my stay.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience we had at Crowne Plaza Hotel, where my wedding was hosted. A wedding is supposed to be one of the most important days of your life, but unfortunately the hotel’s poor management and lack of service caused immense stress and frustration for our families. I strongly urge anyone planning their wedding to think twice before choosing this venue. First, the lack of staff throughout the event was shocking. There was no one available at the lobby to help guests with luggage, which created chaos as family members had to manage everything themselves. During the wedding events, there was no staff available to serve food, and even worse, no one came to clear used plates or clean the tables. It was embarrassing for us as hosts. Not a single person from their team even bothered to check if the bride and groom had eaten, which shows a complete lack of basic hospitality. Another serious issue was with the rooms themselves. Several rooms had water leakage problems, which made the floors slippery. Some of our family members actually slipped and injured themselves because of this. For a hotel of this category, this level of maintenance negligence is unacceptable. The hotel management also seems to be purely money-minded and not customer-oriented at all. The irons provided in the rooms were old and poorly maintained, and one of them literally exploded on its own in the room. Instead of taking responsibility for faulty equipment, the hotel had the audacity to ask us to reimburse them for the iron. During the wedding functions, whenever we needed tables or chairs rearranged, there was no staff available to help. Our own family members had to move furniture themselves, which is completely unacceptable when you are paying a premium hotel to host your wedding. Even the hotel’s restaurant Spice Art was disappointing. When we ordered food, it took 45–60 minutes just to arrive, which is far from acceptable service standards. Overall, this was one of the worst hospitality experiences we have ever faced. Weddings require coordination, service, and attention to guests, but Crowne Plaza failed on every front. I would strongly advise couples and families to avoid hosting their wedding here, as the hotel clearly prioritizes money over customer experience.

Excellent Stay for a Wedding I visited Crowne Plaza Greater Noida for a wedding and was thoroughly impressed. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a very comfortable stay. What stood out most was the professional management and courteous staff who handled the event beautifully. The catering was also a highlight—the food was top-notch. Great venue for any major function!

Update: service recovery was great as expected from IHG chain hotels. They took the feedback and suggestion well. My in room breakfast order was spot on. The chef made the most perfect omelet with bacon, cheese and mushroom. The sides were great too. Concierge services can get better. Yash at the reception was super helpful. As recommended they did the part and review changed to 5 stars. The suggestion was as follows: "If the staff add a bit of personal touch to guest services, could be worth a 5 star review. The in room dining service experience needs to be a bit more enthusiastic. This hotel overall is about missing just 15-20% of what they need to be a truly 5 star review."

We had an absolutely fantastic Republic Day brunch at Crown Plaza Greater Noida & Mosaic. The variety of cuisines was staggering—from fresh Chaat to a live pasta station, everything was exquisite. A special thanks for their attentive service, ensuring our mocktail glasses were never empty. The live classical music added a wonderful ambiance to the beautiful, airy dining room. It’s pocket friendly and completely worth it for the quality and ambiance. Highly recommended for a special occasion!"

We have stayed at this hotel twice. Although we usually prefer the Taj group of hotels when visiting India, there is no Taj nearby, and this hotel is a very good alternative. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff is polite, welcoming, and consistently helpful. Our favorite part of the stay is the breakfast buffet—it offers a very large spread, and they are happy to accommodate custom orders on request. Every interaction we had with the kitchen staff was pleasant. While I don’t remember all the names, we would especially like to mention Abhay, Anjali, Chef Anil, Chef Arjun, Kamal, and Gaurav for their excellent service. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Greater Noida.

When I first stepped into my room, I was disappointed as the room, although serviced, was still not up to my standards of clean. The windows had hand prints, the remote control was filthy, the sheets had stains. Upon complaint, the CP team resolved all issues with my room. However, the reason for my 5 star review is due to the service staff at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond when I accidentally left my passport in the room safe. They arranged a porter to bring it to the airport after going to the room and securing my passport. I really appreciate the way they took care of me.

My stay at Crowne Plaza was overall good. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The rooms were clean and well-maintained; however, the room cleaning service could be improved, as it was not fully up to the mark. One inconvenience was with food or parcel deliveries as guests are required to go all the way to the main gate on the road to collect their orders, which is like all the way down on slope and almost quiet a walk to and fro as u jeed to come back from the slope up which is created for drive way. whereas it would be more convenient if parcels were allowed up to the lobby area. Apart from these points, the overall experience was pleasant. The service was good and the breakfast spread met the standards expected from a premium hotel.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the arrangements and services provided at Crown Plaza, Surajpur, Dadri, during a wedding function I attended on 4th February. Unfortunately, the overall experience was far below the standards one would reasonably expect from a reputed banquet venue. I would like to bring the following issues to your attention: - The quality of food was poor, and several items did not meet basic expectations. - Service was extremely inefficient, with delays and lack of coordination among staff. - Breads and soups were served cold, reflecting inadequate food handling and supervision. - The crockery used was of very poor quality, appearing worn and unsuitable for a premium event. Such shortcomings significantly impacted the experience of the guests and reflected poorly on the venue’s professionalism. Events like weddings are important family occasions, and lapses of this nature can cause lasting disappointment. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and review internal processes to ensure such issues are not repeated in future events. Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to recommend this venue for any function. I trust you will look into the matter and take appropriate corrective measures. Update: Management has responded with an apology; however, no concrete corrective action or follow-up has been initiated so far.

A pleasant hotel offering all essential facilities, with a particularly excellent spa service. They provide herbal tea and maintain a well-designed infrastructure, complemented by warm and welcoming staff at the reception.

I stayed at Crowne Plaza Greater Noida recently, and it was a comfortable and smooth experience from start to finish. The facilities were well maintained and had everything I needed for a relaxed stay. The staff were friendly, easy to talk to and always ready to help without hovering too much. The food was another highlight. Everything I tried was fresh and well prepared, and the variety made it easy to enjoy each meal without repeating the same things. Overall, it’s a solid place to stay if you want good service, good food and a hassle-free environment. I’d happily return.

I am currently staying at the hotel and have been here for the past two days, and I’m extremely happy with my experience. Mr. Abhesh has truly made my stay exceptional with his calm, helpful, and kind nature. He is incredibly professional and always ready to assist with a smile. His courteous behavior and prompt service reflect his dedication to guest satisfaction. Whether it was guidance, support, or service, he consistently went above and beyond. It’s rare to come across someone so sincere and committed to their work. Thanks to him, my stay has been comfortable and pleasant in every way. I truly appreciate his efforts and highly commend the excellent service he provided. The hotel is fortunate to have such a wonderful team member like Mr. Abhesh.

One of the worst experiences. So much smoke smell in non smoking rooms. And the worst part is their anti smoke spray make sit even more acidic. I specifically went for a marriage, the staff is inexperienced and not helpful at all. For the first time i have seen a hotel ask for specific physical id proof instead of a photo. The bell boy even after repeated telling the room number put our luggage in one floor above. Food was of standard quality. Most snacks were mostly deep frozen ones cold till the center. The design of the place is not well planned. You have to walk so much. Specifically very difficult for old people.

It was an excellent stay at the property. Ashi at front desk was very kind and prompt in addressing my issues for the stay and Akash from house keeping provided toiletries and upkeep of the room if hug standards…… thanks to Crowne Plaza for making my stay memorable

Crown Plazza Greater Noida is an excellent place to hold wedding ceremonies. It has many indoor and outdoor options to organize events. Food and banquet services are great. They must improve room checkin service for the group bookings where large number of guests arrive in a short span of time.

An Absolute Masterclass in How NOT to Host a Wedding If you ever want to see how a so-called “premium hotel” can turn a wedding into a complete circus, Crown Plaza Greater Noida is the place to go. I attended a wedding here recently, and honestly, I’m still trying to figure out whether they were hosting an event or performing a social experiment on patience and disappointment. Let’s start with the food service—or should I say, the legend of the invisible catering staff. There were hardly any servers around, and at one point it genuinely looked like the catering team had either vanished into thin air or decided to take a collective day off. Guests were left standing around starving, because apparently, “service” is just a fancy word they put on brochures. And the decorations… wow. If you’ve ever wondered how it would look if someone fixed an entire wedding setup using Fevicol and wishful thinking, this was it. The stage was so shaky I wasn’t sure if it was meant for a wedding or an earthquake drill. The steps to the stage were literally dancing—and not in a fun way. After multiple reminders, no one bothered to tighten a single screw. Maybe they were hoping the setup would fix itself out of embarrassment. Overall, the whole experience was a perfect blend of mismanagement, indifference, and pure chaos. If you’re planning a wedding and want it to actually be enjoyable, maybe look for a venue that understands the basics—like staff, stability, and common sense.

Kindly park your vehicle at your own risk..... I stayed on last Christmas with my family... As I didn't stop at any place between my home in Ghaziabad to this place and I got to know that one PUC challan has been issued on my car and the photo shows that it's parked on road side somewhere near the hotel. As my PUC was not expired but the question is how my vehicle was present at that place. As I was present in the hotel at that time and I handed over my car to the valet. It's the matter of safety as anything could happen with my car. This is really not acceptable as the hotel staff denying,I know that they will not accept their mistake but seriously not professional.

😡😡😞😞😭😭🥺🥺 My 😡😡😭😭 experience while staying at Crown plaza greater noida on 31st Dec 2025 which was a special day for me related to new year celebration with family. I booked a package from Agoda which cost me 16536 Rs (which included 2 adults and 1 child 12 years old) dinner and breakfast, when i reached at hotel, on the attendent on reception confirmed me that your payment makes you eligible for Gala new year package, but in the night when i was going to attend Gala dinner, KUBER f&b manager refused our entry. He was too rude and his Arogant behaviour was really surprising for us. Next day morning one of more restaurant manager from Mosiac told, you were eligible for gala dinner, but he was surprised why KUBER denied. Really this experience made me felt that crown plaza is serious to take money, but customer satisfaction does not matter for them. It’s a suggestion to management, to give proper training to your manager specially KUBER, who don’t know how to speak customers and you people have to work on customer satisfaction. Your one dissatisfied client can really change your hotel reputation. Take it as a serious note and work on KUBER specially. Rest up to you. Rest other staff in Mosiac were wonderful like Ashish, Saurabh and many others.

I attended a wedding on 4th February at Crown Plaza, Surajpur, Dadri, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. Food quality was very poor Service was extremely slow and unprofessional Breads and soups were served cold, which is unacceptable for a premium venue Staff seemed untrained and unresponsive despite repeated requests For a place that claims to be a high-end banquet venue, the standards were far below expectations. A wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and such poor arrangements can ruin the experience for guests. ❌ I would not recommend this venue to anyone for organizing any function.

⭐☆☆☆☆ We have visited Crowne Plaza’s Mosaic restaurant multiple times in the past. The only consistently positive part of our experience has been the hospitality of Chef Manna, Chef Ram, and Chef Anil, who are polite, professional, and welcoming. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. Our last few visits have been poor, and the behaviour of the restaurant manager, Jagdish, has completely ruined the experience. He has been rude, dismissive, and highly unprofessional. On one occasion, he actually said, “I will not attend you guys,” which is unacceptable from anyone, let alone a manager at a premium hotel. For context, this hotel earlier sold memberships through House of Loyalty, which has now been discontinued. We came intending to purchase the membership directly from the hotel, as they were offering memberships themselves, because we genuinely wanted to continue dining here. After this repeated disrespect, there is absolutely no chance we would invest further or return. We travel two hours from Delhi to visit this restaurant, but after several disappointing experiences, we have decided that we will never visit again. We will also not recommend this place to anyone going forward. One rude and arrogant manager has overshadowed the efforts of the chefs and staff. Crowne Plaza needs to seriously re-evaluate its management if it values loyal customers.
