The Postcard Cuelim

We returned back to Postcard Cuelim within a year of our initial stay for our wedding celebration and booked the villa for our family as the events took place in the grounds of Postcard Cuelim. It is because of Pandurang and his team that we had decided to host our event there and wanted to share the great experience that we had with our family and friends. The villa is located in a quiet setting and the Portuguese architecture surrounded with lush greenery made it a perfect setting for our event. Team of Postcard led by Mr. Pandurang are so very welcoming, go out of their way to accommodate the requirements of guests and deliver exceptional service always with a smile - especially Vishal! We would definitely come back to Postcard Cuelim in future.

Fantastic hotel. Anytime breakfast was delicious. Vishal was outstanding with kids especially during painting. Hari and the Chef made sure we had amazing lunches and dinners. TB Cunha suite was too good. Manager Ritvik was kind and went out of the way to make the stay comfortable. Sunset at Velsao beach was memorable. Highly recommend.

The Postcard Cuelim is an exceptional hotel with exceptional hospitality. This was one of my favorite hotel experiences I’ve ever had and I’m a seasoned traveler. Panduranga Falker and his team go above and beyond with each and every guest. My family booked 5 out of the 6 rooms for our stay and we all loved the property and overall experience. Pictures online do not do justice! The restaurant and food is delicious and all made in house. Every night we received the most adorable gifts ranging from local chocolates to magnets. The guest experience is truly thought out from beginning to end. If and when my husband travel to India or Sri Lanka, we will be sure to book another Postcard property.

Phenomenal hotel, super quiet and exclusive experience. Gorgeous old 350+ year old house, stylish old fittings and finishes. All day breakfast is awesome. Terrific service by Vishal and Ritvik and special mention to Charith as well. Definitely going back to this one and has put Postcard firmly first on my list of hotels to check when I’m traveling next.

The Postcard Cuelim is an exquisite, intimate retreat with only a handful of rooms, creating the rare feeling of staying in a private home rather than a hotel. This refined and highly individual concept is truly exceptional and unlike anything we have experienced before on our travels. Tucked away in a very quiet location, the hotel offers complete tranquility, while taxis are readily available and affordable. A nice small village is in walking distance. The food was excellent, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful recommendation for a beachfront restaurant with breathtaking sunset views. The rooms, like the entire house, are beautifully designed, and the service was outstanding. Our sincere thanks go to the entire team for their exceptional hospitality, warmth, and attentiveness, which made our stay truly memorable. We wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone seeking peace, privacy, and understated luxury.

Lovely team members. Definitely not worth 40k a night. Granted we arrived late. But rooms are below average. Food is average. Overhyped brand. Can't understand the USP. If it was 10k a night, could be value for money. At 40k a night...not even close.

Stayed at Postcard Cuelim for a week in Dec 2025 for our daughter’s wedding. Fabulous place. Incredibly attentive team led by Pandu Falker. Excellent accommodations, very enjoyable meals. Small enough for a family to rent out the site and really have privacy.

My family and I stayed at Postcard for several nights for my sister's wedding in Goa. I'm an infrequent reviewer on Google or other platforms, but I feel compelled to comment here and note the exceptional service provided by Pandu and his team. They exhibited a level of care, attention, and hospitality that I have scarcely seen before.

This is a gem of a hotel comprising just 6 rooms each with their own individual character set within a lovely period property and each with period furnishings The estate is not over large but is set in beautifully natural surroundings rich with wildlife and very peaceful. Service is immaculate with fully flexible check in and out times. Breakfast and other meals are freshly cooked to order at any time served to your private room or in the main dining room as you prefer. Special mentions to Vishal and Hari but especially to Mr Pandu responsible for the overall faultless running of this charming hotel. We hope to stay again on our next visit to Goa.

We were incredibly thrilled that a room became available at the last minute at The Postcard Cuelim. What a gorgeous 350 year old heritage building in Goa with incredibly spacious rooms and absolutely beautifully designed and thought through. But what makes the place so exceptional is the service, the manager Pandurang and his team went out of their way to make the stay a true highlight. Can’t wait to visit all the other new postcard hotels opening up!

Always have the best time when I stay at Postcard! Can’t recommend it enough. Lovely property, amazing staff! Will always be my go-to when I need a break.

My wife and I had an absolutely splendid time at The Postcard, Cuelim. The staff headed by Mr. Pandurang are exceptional and truly took care of our every need. Special shout out to Hari for his care and cheery smile! You can see the care that the staff put into even the tiniest of details. The property was well taken care of and carefully curated. The surrounding areas are quite picturesque and are best explored on a bicycle (which the staff will kindly provided). We had reserved the suite room and it was thoughtfully decorated and furnished. The food was new, refreshing and delicious. All in all, we would absolutely love to visit again if fate permits!

Absolutely loved our stay at The Postcard Cuelim. We had high expectations, but the experience exceeded them. The check-in was smooth thanks to pre-shared digital IDs. Resort manager Divyansh personally looked after everything, and the attention to detail was exceptional. Our suite was beautifully done—premium coffee with a KitchenAid kettle, sturdy rubber chappals by the bed, and even our clothes neatly folded. Breakfast on the patio was a treat. More than luxury, we truly felt hosted. Can’t wait to return. Big hotel chains could learn a thing or two from The Postcard. Highly recommended!

The stay at Postcard Cuelim was an incredible experience. Because we were treated like kings and queens since whatever we asked them to do was done. Everything was on point from the food to the service. And we will definitely visit them again.

We stayed at many hotels all over the world but the Postcard truly stands out in every aspect. The staff did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible, all with a big smile. The food was delicious. We had a room with a terrace which looked out on the garden where you could see squirrels and beautiful birds. The location was nice and quiet and the hotel has bikes which you can borrow for a short bike ride to the beach. Next time India our choice will definitely be the Postcard again!

We could not have had a more lovely stay. The setting was peaceful and serene, the hotel itself felt like living in another age. Everything was modern and well-appointed and the staff went above and beyond in making sure every one of our needs were met and helping to arrange excursions; definitely recommend the sundowner and the bike ride around town. Food at the restaurant was spectacular and they did a great job of meeting our dietary restrictions. Postcard’s amazing policy about no check-in or check-out times meant that we had such a comfortable last day before a long trip home. 10/10 recommend!

Had an amazing time at postcard cuelim. It's tucked away in a quiet village less busy south goa but not too far from the airport. The staff are so friendly and go the extra mile to make sure you have great holiday. Two beautiful chapels inside the 300 year old property. Looking forward to visiting postcard again.

Off beaten path escape in the forest with beautiful grounds to enjoy a game of badminton, swim in the pool or a sunset bike ride. And only like 10/15min from the airport! The staff made our stay feel like absolute perfection, second to none from our time in the Maldives and through Southern India. If all Postcards felt like a luxurious home away from home in the meaning of comfort, warmth, and joy, we’d happily stay always.
