I had high hopes for this app because the idea is good, but the service is very poor and unprofessional. They promise fast money transfers, but most of the time, money is delayed for more than 4 days — sometimes even longer. This is not acceptable for a money exchange service, where speed and trust are most important. Customer service is a complete failure. They never reply to calls, messages, or emails. If something goes wrong, you are completely alone with no help. This app wastes your time and puts your money at risk. I had a very bad experience, and I strongly warn others not to use this service unless they seriously fix their delays and customer support.

Based on my recent experience, CWallet appears to be bankrupt. They are reportedly rolling over customer funds and taking two days for remittance transactions. Therefore, please avoid using CWallet. Instead, consider using the Aldar Exchange direct platform for immediate transactions

Very worst service. Dont trust them to transfer ur money. i transferred money ysteday almost 27 hours. Still processing.

Really amazing service, good rates for Sri Lanka, faster, more reasonable service charges compared to other exchange platforms. now 13 QAR for first transaction.

It’s taking decades for a reply from customer care and no proper answer, For verification it’s still under process been waiting now for 2 days.
