Cygnett Inn Paras

It was our first visit to Uttarakhand which started on a high note at Cygnett Inn Paras, Dehradun. Staff were friendly, helpful, welcoming. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Made sure, our stay was comfortable. The BEST feature I enjoyed the MOST was, unlimited hot water at any time to bathe! I loved it. And I'm a bit fussy about my food preferences. When I requested for " No Garlic" foods, they happily served the same. Food was good, especially the hot, soft yummmilicious gulab jamoons stole my heart!

I had the chance to choose and stay at cygnett hotel/cygnett paras inn,we had around 70 guests along with us for a couple of days.the hospitality ,the ambience was really good, we hosted 2 seperate events as well at the venue and everything was plannned so well. The place offers a foodcourt or restraunt whose food weather buffet or ala carte was so so good that all guests liked it,iam grateful to everyone at cygnett for being so cooperative and genuine . Special thanks to Mr .Rajeev kumar,the operations manager ,the person who supervised it and managed everything for us.a wonderful helping and kind person ,all the help he did, his personal attention to detail, was and always be remembered .thank you for your efforts,and thank you to reception team , specially pooja And Abdul.

The experience at hotel was absolutely flawless. The staff greeted warmly and went above and beyond to make feel welcome throughout our stay. The check-in process was quick and efficient. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The restaurant served some of the best meals we’ve had in a long time. Breakfast offered an impressive variety of fresh, delicious options.

- Stayed for 2 days and overall the experience was comfortable. - The staff is friendly and polite, always greeting with a smile. - In-room dining food was surprisingly good in taste and quality. Cons / Areas to Improve: - Towels were not provided by default; we had to request them explicitly. - Even after asking in the afternoon, the towels were delivered only in the evening after a second reminder. - Toiletries were stocked for just one person, even though the room booking was for two. Overall, Cygnet Inn offers good staff behaviour and decent food, but the housekeeping service needs better consistency for a smoother stay experience

I had one of the worst experiences in this hotel despite being staying in there other franchises this one was the biggest mistake thank gor i only had to spend one night for which i paid 3800₹ , there Ac went only had heat blower there was no ventilation in the room couldn’t even open balcony since there was no privacy. And no fans to in the room and when i asked the reception to switch off the heater and on the ac or make ot coustom they refused it . Me and my partner was sweating the whole day and the amount of suffocation i cant even tell i had 101 fever after staying in tht room. Would never book it . It was like putting fire Into my money. There balcony had no Privacy it was connected to one another.

Fantastic start to our mussoorie trip. Well designed rooms and courteous staff. Prompt service, great location.

I am extremely disappointed and angry with the way your team has handled my booking. First, you confirmed the price including everything, then sent me a QR code on WhatsApp for half payment, and after that, you stopped answering my calls completely. This is absolutely unprofessional, misleading, and feels like a deliberate attempt to cheat a customer. Such careless and irresponsible behavior is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of integrity in your service.

Located near ISBT Dehradun. Around 20-30mins drive from Rajpur Road. Spacious rooms. Neat and tidy place. Food taste is good. Breakfast buffet have good options. Buffet was not there in dinner. Front desk was helpful with luggage and checkin/checkout etc. Restaurant service was fast but experience not great. Way of serving food not good. Housekeeping service not appreciated, requested for iron and iron board, staff advised me to use towel on table and iron clothes. Started to bathe and then found that body wash can fixed on wall is empty. Poor housekeeping staff.

I was not expecting this in very third class service, you will call the service and they will not come, after that you will forget yourself, during checkout they trying to sticking the bill of some other room.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend We had a very bad experience at Cygnett Hotel and feel compelled to share it so others don’t face the same. We had booked two suite rooms with bathtubs, but upon check-in, only one room had a bathtub. When we asked for a change, we were bluntly told that no such rooms were available. To make things worse, the receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive, telling us outright that if we were unhappy, we could leave and find another hotel. After raising the issue with MakeMyTrip, we were told by the hotel that they would compensate us with a complimentary dinner. However, even that turned out to be a hassle. We specifically confirmed at the reception that the dinner would be provided in-room, but when we called the kitchen, they rudely informed us that the dinner was only in buffet and they would not provide room service. Left with no choice, we had to order food from outside. From start to finish, this stay was filled with miscommunication, poor service, and unacceptable behavior from the hotel staff. We expected better from a brand like Cygnett but were thoroughly disappointed. Would not recommend this property at all.

My worrest experience with this hotel actually I forgot my jacket 12-11-2025 but he was return on that jacket that jacket prize is 1800 he was not respond and return that one also

Good Location for calm stay. Away from city. Near to Haridwar Bypass. Accessibility to any party of Dehradun. ISBT 800 MTRS Clock tower 7 KMs SHIMLA Bypass 1.3 KMs. Rainy season hygiene condition of road is not fair. It's too much water logging on the way. Hotel is safely built on higher elevation.

Spacious Rooms. Large Balcony. Good Service and Location.

Liked it. Good rooms with Good Food. Must try the dinner.

Positive Points 1. Ample parking space in front which is open and at basement 2. The checkin process was smooth and fast 3. The rooms are spacious and they come with a working desk 4. They have balcony which is accessible 5. Room service is quick bonus points 6. Breakfast is at 1st floor which is well planned and taste wise good 7. All amenities are available in the room
