Hotel to jakaś masakra. Pokoje wyjątkowo brudne, pościel niezmieniana chyba od tygodnia, prysznic nie dzialal, światło w przedpokoju można było zgasić tylko przez wyjęcie karty, telewizor tez nie do wyłączenia itd...Cała grupa miała problemy nie tylko w jednym pokoju. Dodatkowo na w hotelu wesele więc zabawa do 0.30

Hotel położony w dzielnicy mieszkalnej oddalonej sporo od centrum. Położony przy bardzo ruchliwej ulicy. W pobliżu liczne sklepiki. Jeśli chodzi o pokoje to są przestronne ale czy czyste to nie wiem jak ocenić na tutejsze standardy ok jeśli chodzi o Europe to raczej słabo zeby nie powiedzieć ze w łazience sporo kamienia z wody i szyba od brodzika chyba nie myta po za tym bym sie nie czepiał. Wszystko zalezne od ceny. W naszym pokoju mieliśmy zapewnione kosmetyki oraz ręczniki. W pokoju także sejf czajnik ale brak lodówki choć w innych pokojach była. Obsługa bardzo uczynna i grzeczna. Stołówka jedzenie bez fajerwerków.

The hotel service is excellent, and the staff is very courteous. The hotel manager, in particular, was extremely kind and helpful. We were late to reach the hotel, and the breakfast buffet usually closes at 10:30 a.m. Due to some delays, we arrived past that time. However, the manager assured us, “We don’t allow any guest to leave on an empty stomach.” True to his word, he arranged a fresh and hot breakfast for us, even after the buffet had officially closed. This thoughtful gesture and the prompt service truly impressed us. It reflects the hotel’s genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Highly recommended!

Pokój brudny, brudne poduszki, okno się nie zamykało, to panowie włożyli trytytke i pociągnęli, jestem niezadowolona

Hotel w centrum Delhi, blisko stoisk z różnościami. Niestety w odległych pokojach brak internetu.

Worst experience of stay in a hotel throughout my life. Stinking rooms , dirty taps , no hot water provision for bathing. Did not provide food for Navratri fast even on repeated request.The hotel was recommended by Mr Nikhil Sood SM front desk from Country Inn by Radisson

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going the extra mile ensure a comfortable stay. The room was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, making me feel right at home. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, providing a great start to each day. Overall, hotel provided excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a delightful experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Overall the room was good but the room service was not upto the mark, have to call reception 3-4 for a single request. We have an issue with the Room AC and I’ve communicated the same to the Reception multiple times, they got checked this in the night and changed our room. While shifting the room we forgot some eatables in the fridge and we reminded this in the morning and found that all these was already thrown to the dustbin despite being unopened.This is a pure negligence from the hotel staff and can’t be expected.

The hotel is specious & luxurious too. Rooms are comfy & the washroom is neat & clean too. The room service is excellent & the staff are very comparative. I particularly didn't enjoy the food, didn't find any authenticity in food & the taste is also average. Overall my personal experience is great & enjoyable.

I really enjoyed the New year event at B City Mark Hotel organized by the owner. The staff and the management were very welcoming and created a very homely atmosphere. The food was extremely delicious and served in a very hygienic manner. The event was organized very well with a lot of food and drinks. Overall I enjoyed the food, music and hospitality.

I don’t know why these many people have rated this hotel so good. Before checking into this hotel I had some level of expectation after seeing the reviews but I don’t know ..seriously..where should I start with?? Phone not working ..No toiletries expect a soap and towel.. Ac regulator is default fixed into cool modes only, Delhi is so cold heat mode is not even working in that. No slippers provided to the fact that floors are even colder. On top of that NO ..I repeat NO hot water to take bath. I don’t know if it’s default piping system or the way they treat the guests. Altogether it was an adjustment experience for me and my colleagues. And yeah..No ironing box . I don’t want to elongate more…

We were brought here due to a cancelled flight. The staff took eternities to answer our question, they didn’t seem very motivated to be hosting us. One morning they just opened our room door and came in to make us check out, although we were staying for another night. Breakfast was chaotic and didn’t look clean or appealing. Water was leaking in the bathroom. The taxi to the airport should be payed by the hotel (via the airline, so it was agreed on it), they didn’t pay and when I called to resolve the case, they simply hung up the phone and in the end we had to pay the taxi.

Was placed in this hotel by Air India for a cancelled flight. 25mins from airport. Didn't see much of location other than from the taxi. Room is comfortable enough. Water, Aircon,clean.

Hotel B in City Mark was an exceptional choice for my recent stay. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore the area. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, ensuring a comfortable stay. The on-site dining options were excellent, and the breakfast was a highlight. Overall, my experience at Hotel B City Mark was outstanding, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting City Mark.

Beautiful hotel with professional staffing .great saffron Restaurant that is very nice. Food was healthy and hygienic. Room service was awesome . Overall enjoyed like 5* deluxe category. Big thanks to Mr Dhiraj and Manish for making such a wonderful stay .keep rocking guys will see u again . Well recommend for family stay.

Worst hotel ever . The management staff is rude and pathetic while conversation and don't know how to talk with person who stays there. The working staff is kind and helpful but the person sits on the reception isss egoist and very aggressive person.
