Daisy Hotel Addis

I really dispoint the last day my check out time. i recommended for people specially if you pay cash make sure take Receipt if you transferred also make sure take screenshots your transaction .they take picture after that they said they don't have it they charge you two times and they give you hard time .

I had to leave the next day due to ongoing construction work. The electricity kept going off constantly, so I had to use the stairs to reach my room on the 4th floor. Unfortunately, they did not inform me about this issue when I called before booking. Overall, this was very disappointing, as I was not made aware of these problems in advance.

My family and I stayed at Daisy hotel while touring Ethiopia. The communication from the beginning was great. Abel gave me all the information I needed and made sure we were picked up from the airport via the hotel shuttle bus. The location is ideal, the staff very warm and professional. We felt safe and found our left luggages and valuables were looked after well while we went camping in Afar. We are very pleased with our stay. We will come back again. Thank you for your wonderful service.

One of the best hotels in Ethiopia without a doubt. Professional staff , 5 star restaurant , 5 star rooms and great location.

Dear team Good morning I would like to inform you that at 3:05am I was a bit hungry so I went to the kitchen to ask her for some if I can get some bread suddenly she asked me for money in a rude way which really made me angry I have spent more than 10 days here without any problems and if the lady doesn't know what is the meaning of service and hospitality you should teach her If you don't fix the situation, you will lose many guests with this poor service.

The room was clean and great, the breakfast too. Even though its not under their control, the sound besides the hotel was disturbing , the room was also a bit smelly. I'd also prefer if it had a shower sandal.

reception staff instead of being friendly were very combative and aggressive. Specially the girl was very rude. Bad experience for my brother was stained for 3 days.

Disappointing experience at the hotel due to insufficient power backup. Excuses about fuel shortages and absent technicians are unacceptable. Guests expect reliable amenities, especially during emergencies. Management should prioritize resolving these issues promptly for a better stay experience.

Stayed for 2 weeks at Xmas, great value for money and location. Rooms are clean and functional, decent breakfast and exceptionally friendly and flexible management, who let us adjust multiply our bookings.

Highly recommended accommodation in Addis, as the hotel is in the heart of the city and accessible for everything. The entire team is very warm and welcoming. Very homely and peaceful. The rooms are very big in comparison to other hotels, complete WiFi, smart TV, delicious buffet breakfast and overall very comfortable stay. Shuttle service is very prompt. Bell boy is very helpful, chef is a magician with food - accurate taste of Ethiopian cuisines. Happy to be a part of your lovely abode

Most ridiculous experience ever. Club next to the hotel. It's the fourth consecutive night we can't sleep. Stay away! Especially when they tell you that there won’t be any noise and that the club opens four days per month and other similar fairytales…Unacceptable excuses and service.

Good location, room was clean, breakfast was good, pick up and drop off at the airport worked just fine. There is some noise coming from the street at night, but nothing that interfered in my sleep. Excellent value for money.

Daisy Hotel is a centrally located hotel with friendly staff and a meticulously clean and comfortable restaurant. The only place I have stayed in the last 4 years. My recommendation is to choose the hotel in its beautiful family environment...😇

They are so disrespectful I am here to visit my sisters they said my sisters can't come sleep over with me sometimes they said two gender can't be in same room we have to change twin room because of same gender this is only to charge more money beacuse is the same we change same room if we want to do staff but I am here to spend time with my family even think like that is so disgusting the staff is so disrespectful I don't recommend it to anyone to stay here at all same time we will post all in Social media I will make sure you will not get any customers they need to know how you guys operate

The customer service is just pathetic and they not deal with the customer correctly but in a disrespectful way manner. Instead of let us pay the correct amount they charged me more than necessary from them and booking side. I don’t recommend in top of that the breakfast was not good and the wifi they even did not mention us. Avoid

A friend stayed in here, and I had a chance to meet several of the hotel staff members, they're absolutely humble, kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend everyone to visit this hotel, and location wise, it is perfect.

Staying at Daisy Hotel Addis was very incredible, the customer service was very great and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable they have Youtube and Netflix which is something I saw different from other hotels. And the location is very key place for everything.
