Ik was logeren bij familie. Een geweldige plaats waar alles te vinden is. Zoals winkel, restaurants ,gym, zwembaden zelfs een grote lazy river en golfslagbad.

Fully furnished villas & townhouses sold by developer Damac Properties. 2 play areas one smaller play area is back street with swings and soft floor for kids, second playground is soft grass area for kids along side of pools area.

Visited a friend here. Liked it enough that my family and I are considering moving there when our current rent expires! Could do with more amenities. DH II overall definitely needs more stores closer to each individual townhouse cluster, but perhaps that's a work in progress.

It’s nice villa community! You can get many different types of villa starting from 3 beds.

Very bad Traffic issue Exists problem Roads very small Streets very small In morning school time office time it’s a big issue

منتجع جميل وراقي فيه مستوى عالي من الأمن والنظافه ،، يتميز بالهدوء والسكان ودودين ومتعاونين فيما بينهم ، يوجد مرافق استجمام مثل حوض السباحه ومنطقه لعب للاطفال . وأصبح ايظا توفر الخدمات والمحلات الاساسيه مثل الصيدليه والسوبر ماركت . مكان جميل للأشخاص الذين يبحثون عن الراحه والاستجمام بعيدا عن صخب المدينه . اهم المميزات انه لا يوجد ازدحام السيارات ((: السلبيه الوحيده ، انها بعيده المسافه عن وسط المدينه . كل الشكرا للأدارة على جعل تجربتنا جميله 🌹

It’s not good for everything..servers food cleaning every thing is soooo bad

Best area for living in Dubai Damac Hills Is best

An excellent community and unique amenities like no other place have in Dubai. Free grounds for residents for all the games. The best water park and around 25+ swimming pools are there in Damac Hills 2. Professional gym and so much more fun.

Construction of the houses is very poor .we can hear our neighbors conversations. The only way they can make it up to people is the amenities and that it has . Well done . You knew you messed up on the houses but made up for it on the parks .gym swimming pools . The cricket pitch paddle courts squash court . Drive in cinema dog track . The birdcage should be closed . Those birds are suffering . The football pitches. The volleyball courts . Basketball courts. Kids play area . It really is a oasis in the dessert . Amenities are spot on well done . Too bad you was too greedy and saved money on Construction materials and good architects to design something better and when you do want to make changed to your house .you can . Just be ready to part with money . They knew full well what they was doing . Cunning . Houses are very poorly constructed. Very poorly . But amenities are absolutely amazing . What a shame .

Visited someone here. Firstly I assume it’s good value for money either renting or buying because I don’t know. The community and houses look good and well maintained. Security seemed a bit lax but that could be the location. It is in the middle of nowhere but this is Dubai and you could blink and it will be in the centre

Definitely too far....it feels like middle of no where. The townhouses are very small.... some of them I would say you may struggle to fit in your bed. Hall and kitchen are too small for a 3 bed. Garden area is non-existent. Having said all this price also reflects all these issues. I would not have minded the distance from city if the plot sizes were bigger to have some private garden space.

Damac hills 2 security is too good and very Tait and there have care four mall inside the care four mall have a restaurants and food is also good

First of all, this villa doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I was originally supposed to stay for 15 days but I ended up staying 7. The living conditions are unbearable.. As soon as I arrived I was welcomed with nothing but ants, bugs, and dust. It is very dirty. The AC does not work upstairs and we all had to sleep in the living room on the small couches. Mind you it is 100 degrees in Dubai. The service is also very slow and they do not provide you with towels and the backyard is all dirt where you can not even sit. The pictures online are nothing but lies. I payed for 15 days and when I left he would not give me my money back. There is no way you can stay here. Do not come here and please do not waste your money.

Do not come here!!! I came to Dubai to enjoy but instead I wasted money and time on this place. It stinks and is so dirty. Cockroaches were everywhere.. especially in the kitchen and makes you want to puke. I payed for a week stay but i left on the second day. I did not get my money back and the owner blocked me. and could not stay any longer especially with it being so hot.. the AC DOES NOT WORK.
