The worse Airbnb ever. We rented for a month - the were not cleaning during all this time. Washing machine’s dryer doesn’t work so needed to be very creative to wash the bed sheets. Gas stream is so weak that is almost not possible to cook. And the main inconvenience was the WiFi that didn’t work. We asked every day several times to take care about this inconvenience coz we needed to work. The answer was - we are busy with other clients. We already called to provider by ourselves and got the answer that it’s not paid. Asked again again to activate it and they did only after our complain. I total it took a week to pay for internet, unbelievable….. And the cherry on the pie was on the day of checkout. Checkout is till 11am and already since 10 am the workers were hardly knocking on the door coz they need to cleeeeeeeeean Highly not recommended

This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced. I booked DAMAC Prive Mansion for 8 days and completely regret it. The room was extremely small, nothing like what is shown in the photos. The pictures are misleading and deceptive. On arrival, the bed sheets were dirty, which is unacceptable and unhygienic. There was ZERO cleaning service throughout the entire stay — not even once. For an 8-day booking, this level of neglect is shocking. The listing claims Wi-Fi everywhere, which is simply false advertising. Wi-Fi only worked inside the room and nowhere else in the building. To make things worse, during checkout, I had to go downstairs myself to request the concierge to help bring my bags down. I was told they were “too busy”, so I had to carry my luggage down myself. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable service. There was no maintenance, no support, and no accountability. The property feels neglected, poorly managed, and absolutely not worth the money. This stay was extremely disappointing and felt like a complete waste. I would strongly warn others to avoid this place.

WARNING!!!! What is happening here night after night is unacceptable. From midnight onward, half-naked escort women linger in and around the elevators of a residential building. Some are dressed so provocatively that one is exposed to things no one should be forced to see. I am married, live here with my husband, and this building is also home to families and children. This environment is disrespectful, shameful, and simply intolerable. What is particularly disturbing is that this is supposedly an Islamic country that emphasizes values such as decency, privacy, and the protection of families. None of that is reflected here. There is a glaring gap between claim and reality. Management is failing on every level. Anyone who tolerates this loses all credibility. A residential building is not a brothel. Period. In my view, management is obligated to take regulatory action and ensure a safe and respectful living environment. If this situation does not change, I reserve the right to take further steps.

I like very much Damac MAISON Prive, it’s like a 5 star hotel so and you feel amazing when you enter in the building and see the lobby - very opulent and the white piano and all details… the location it is great - walking distance to downtown- 20 min walking . A nice pool, Gym , so evenrything that you need to feel great in Dubai. Also is pet friendly !!!!

These guys made us feel at home, I lost my purse and we called the hotel immediately, they found it and kept it safe, nothing was taken from it I was amazed. Special mention to Sid and Younis thank you team!!! Highly recommend

- Not the best place for families with kids! - The room alarm goes off for no reason 2 times at one night, room on the 4th floor and the owner does nothing! - The valet brought us the wrong car one time without checking the right details. - The check-in was delayed for a whole hour! - During check out, they sent a cleaner who stood at the door for us to clear things out, felt a bit rude. - The bed had a pet scratches, the building allows dogs to be in, not the right choice for travellers. - There was a lamp turning on every 15 mind inside the room for 10 seconds then off again.. With the same amount, I would have had the chance to book a hotel including breakfast, not doing this mistake again.

Les services proposés dans le bâtiment son très bien piscine, service voiturier, bar et restaurants de la piscine sont trés bien, pièce pour prié. Cependant nous avons loué un appartement privé et franchement c'est honteux le ménage inexistant, une odeur dégoût permanent dans l'appartement et présence de cafard. Les meubles sont usée. La literie est bien. Trop cher pour le rapport qualité prix.Je mes les 2 étoiles pour les services proposés dans le bâtiment.

This is the worst property by far among more than 10 properties I have visited in Dubai. Smells badly, all of l fridge/bed/toilet is broken and gas is stopped. Only Italian cafe is very good.

The worst experience ever! Booked an apartment managed by Costa homes in Tower B but however there was only cold showers available for the entire stay. The apartments weren’t worth the price and had very bad lighting. The surrounding was not the best and did not smell good. Customer service was horrible and very rude.Don’t book with them. It’s a waste of money.

Il y a trop de bruit chaque nuit, souvent à des heures tardives : les chambres sont mal isolées, on entend des meubles qu’on déplace ou qui tombent, on dirait qu'il y a un déménagement chaque soir après minuit, ainsi que de la musique très forte jusqu’à 4 h du matin.

Döda flugor överallt. Kommer nya var dag Vi har rapporterat problemet och städarna skulle skicka en tekniker. Smutsiga kuddar, vilket åtgärdades vid incheckning efter att vi bett städarna kolla på rummet. Även sänggaveln var full med nått kletigt som de torkade bort. Soffkuddarna tog de med sig och skulle skicka på tvätt, men de kom aldrig tillbaka med dem. Köksfläkten funkar inte och den är så kletig av ingrott fett att du inte vill pilla på den. Mycket färgsläpp och skador på bostaden. Som drar ner skicket i allmänhet. Alla som jobbar här är extremt trevliga och när du kliver in i receptionen så får du en härlig känsla. Även poolen och de tillhörande omklädningsrummen med bastu är mycket fräscha. Det känns lite typiskt att hotell som dessa har en fin fasad. allt ser perfekt ut på utsidan, men om du tittar noga så ser du snabbt att det är under förfall. Balkongen är liten och du har ingen sol . Vill du ha en större balkong så får du köpa rum mot marinan, där är det även sol. Kostar dock en rejäl slant extra.

This is the worst experience I ever had. The quality of the finishing in this building is low and it's dirty. I had mold in my aparmtnet and the lights of the apartment went on and off the whole night. I went several times to the reception and was always told that someone will come to fix it but that never happened. The owner of the apartment didnt care at all. Additionally, I was forced to pay a security deposit via link and afterwards had fraudulent activity on the account.

Nice place to stay. Back side river is awesome. Just about 1.7 km from dubai mall and burz khalifa.

Residence olarak faaliyet gösteren işletmede değişik oda tipleri var . Ben bir artı sıfır bir oda da kiralık kaldım . Açık havuz, Spor Salonu ve benzeri aktiviteleri mevcut olan işletmede kısıtlı süre kaldığından dolayı bu hizmetlerden faydalanamadım. Işletmenin lokasyonu Dubai iş Merkez içerisinde ilave olarak kanal kenarında bulunması ve kanal manzarasının bulunması oldukça artı. Restoran kısmının lezzetlerini test etme fırsatım olmadı. Tekrar Dubai seyahatinde ziyaret edebileceğim bir yer.

DO NOT STAY HERE! im here right now and they’re not letting me into my room the key is not working and they’re saying the airbnb owner msut activitate a new key! All my valuable belongings are in the room! Its room 2202, stay away trust men they ruined our vacation and im calling the police right now

I rented an apartment in this building for a year, and the service is really terrible. The apartment has problems, and I’ve had to repair the pipes and the sink several times at my own expense, even though I haven’t lived here for a full year yet. If you ever have an issue and need a repairman, there is absolutely no support from the building, and they completely waste your time with total disrespect

It’s located in one of the best neighborhoods and the rooms are very nice with the canal’s view. I just didn’t like the receptionists behaviors. They were very indifferent and disrespectful.

سكنت في شقه من غرفتين كان الاستقبال ممتاز والخدمه لحامل الشنط سريعه والشقه نظيفه ولكن تحتاج تغيير دورات المياة وتنظيف سجاد الصاله وفيها بلكونه وتتسم بالهدوء

Réservation par Airbnb logement vieillot. Bien placé pour aller au burj Khalifa. Bon accueil.
