Building its good, specialy structure wise , officec n caffe swimming pool all facility 24/7 security but 1 major problem is lift system people are waiting so long time

There all securities are not polite very bad behavior they are talking nonsense I don’t know how the hotel offer the security job like this people one day definitely they will fight with people without reason and the hotel reputation will finish Very bad behavior they don’t know how to talk with other people they don’t have manners please check this things they are doing outside thats it👍🏻

Terrible place elevator always busy. I don’t know how many offices over there not recommended.

راجعتهم اول يوم لتصحيح خطأ بفاتورة. زرتهم اربع مرات بدون فايدة انتظار تصحيح خطأ ل هو اصلا مو خطأي انا بل من طرفهم ! ستريس قلة تعامل من الفالي باركن ل غير مأدب سوت معه مشكلة فقط من أجل ركن سيارتي بباركن الزبائن يصارخ!! للمصعد ل يخنق تم تنتظره لاكتر من عشر دقايق يجي مزحدم لا تباعد ولاشي مصعد ممتلأ للحد الاقصى بالموظفين. التسليم المتأخر. تضييع وقت والجهد من أجل معاملات لا تحتاج 24ساعة لو تدفع كل ل عليك وزياده مع ذالك تتأخر تتعطل ترسل مليون إيمل ليردو.(للامانه فقط الأخ محمد قاسم ل ساعدني لكن بعد شهر من الانتظار!! ) بسببهم كنسلت رحلتي للسفر بسببهم جاني انهيار عصبي من وراهم.

The best place from there i can take a view of every single thing when ever i am confused about the places. And the another best thing about this damac is always hygienic.

I would like to extend my appreciation to Mr. Jenglend Quilala for his excellent service at Damac Express Al Barsha. He was very approachable and assisted me promptly with collection of documents, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. His professionalism is highly commendable.

A nicely designed office building, however the lifts remained too crowded during working hours. While if you're visiting you must request to your host to book a visitors parking for you.

Offices are well maintained and neat. Unfortunately, elevators will take you forever to reach your preferred floor. 😅 It’s a little bit far from the metro, about 15 minutes walk. During summer, it would be advisable to bring umbrella or shawl for sun protection.

Building is lovely with a fantastic pantry/ common area on the 5th floor. However, there are limited number of elevators and you have to wait in line for at least 10 mins every morning , afternoon and evening. To make matters worse the security guys often enter the lift and press some buttons as I have personally witnessed, which results in those lifts shipping floors and going straight up/ down, even though there is plenty of Room in those lifts. The building management should look into this and stop this practise immediately.

I tried the cleaning service from White Spot and it was one of the worst experiences! Very poor service, unprofessional behavior, and misleading information with no transparency. Their prices are high compared to the terrible quality they provide. I absolutely do not recommend them.🥴

Attention: If you're considering making a delivery to Damac Executive Heights, I highly recommend you rethink it. I arrived at 12:45 PM for a delivery, which was just few monitors. The process was incredibly frustrating from the start. Initially, security (Mr. Ali- in Reception) allowed us to unload, but when we moved to the service lift, Mr. Ali abruptly stopped us and said the delivery was not allowed. Despite us already being in the middle of unloading, he insisted we send the van away. After hours of waiting and trying to explain the situation, the office owner finally stepped in around 4:00 PM and resolved the issue. However, this wasted almost half a day and cost us a high delivery van fee. I’ve informed our client that in the future, we will not be delivering here. They can come to our store for pickups instead. The entire experience was inefficient and extremely frustrating due to the security's ego , attitude and lack of professionalism.

How many times do I have to cry for help before someone at DAMAC truly listens? My name is Rustambek Kholikov, and I have now written, called, and messaged more times than I can count. My brother, Jurabek Kholikov, purchased an apartment from DAMAC 3–4 years ago, paying more than half the cost upfront with full trust in your name. This was not just a business transaction — this was our entire life savings, built on the belief that DAMAC was a name we could trust. But since then, everything has gone wrong. We tried to complete the payment through a mortgage. But due to repeated changes in agents, lost communication, and confusion within your own system, we were forced to start the mortgage process again and again. All the while, penalties continued to grow silently. Now the dream my brother gave up everything for is hanging by a thread. And every time I’ve asked for help, all I get is the same cold message: “Please contact us via Facebook or Twitter DM.” How many times? I already have. And nothing ever changes. Your responses are not real solutions. They are automated apologies that show no understanding of the human side of this tragedy. You do not know what we’re going through. You do not know how many nights we’ve spent in stress, how deeply this has affected my brother — emotionally and financially. We are not asking for favors. We are asking for fairness. We are asking for a chance to be heard. I beg you — please stop replying with social media links. Please stop sending me in circles. I have done all of that already. What we need now is a real meeting with someone who can make a difference. Ms. Amira Sajwani, or Mr. Ali Sajwani — only they can understand the depth of this situation. He trusted DAMAC with his future. He gave up everything to own one apartment. One place to call his own. And now, because of delays and disorganization that were not his fault, he is being pushed to the edge of losing it all. I do not have anywhere else to turn. I am not asking for special treatment. We are not trying to avoid our responsibility. We are ready and willing to pay the balance of the apartment. But what has happened to us is not fair, and it is not right. I am now begging for the only thing that might still help us — a meeting with you, Ms. Amira Sajwani. You are the only person who can understand this from a human perspective. I attended my friend's baby shower, and I noticed that the map indicated the building entrance was on the main road, but that wasn’t the case. The actual entrance and parking are at the back of the building. Additionally, the hall was hard to find. There should have been a clear hall number displayed to avoid confusion and ensure no one gets lost.

Piece place and it is very organized and very interesting to visit.
