DAMAC Paramount Tower D

للأسف كانت تجربة سيئة جدًا وغير مقبولة إطلاقًا. قمت بحجز شقة في هذا المكان، تاور D – شقة رقم 5406، وعند الدخول صُدمت من مستوى النظافة المتدني جدًا. الشقة كانت وسخة للغاية، والرائحة كريهة جدًا لدرجة لم أستطع النوم نهائيًا بسببها. كنت برفقة والدتي وهي كبيرة في السن، وقد أصيبت بـ حساسية شديدة بسبب الغبار المنتشر في كل مكان. المفارش والوسائد كانت تفوح منها رائحة كريهة جدًا، والأسوأ من ذلك أنني وجدت وسادة ملطخة بالدم وموجودة داخل الكبت بدون أي ترتيب أو تنظيف، وهذا أمر غير إنساني وغير مقبول نهائيًا. المكان كله مليء بالغبار والروائح، والواي فاي لا يعمل نهائيًا، رغم وجود شبكة إلا أنها سيئة جدًا وغير صالحة للاستخدام. تواصلت عدة مرات مع إدارة الفندق/مالكي الشقة، لكن لم أحصل على أي رد في الوقت المناسب، وكان ردهم متأخرًا جدًا ودون أي حل. طلبت منهم: • إرسال فريق تنظيف ❌ • تغيير الشقة ❌ • خصم قيمة يوم واحد واسترجاع باقي المبلغ ❌ لم تتم الاستجابة لأي طلب، ولم تتم معالجة المشكلة إطلاقًا. أخبرتهم بأنني اضطررت لمغادرة المكان بسبب الإهمال وعدم الرد، وحتى بعد خروجي لم يهتم أحد أو يتواصل معي. تجربة سيئة جدًا ولا أنصح بهذا المكان أبدًا، خصوصًا للعائلات أو كبار السن.

If I could give it –10 stars, I honestly would. This is by far the worst “hotel” experience of my life — and it turns out, it’s not even a real hotel. You end up dealing directly with the owner, not a hotel staff, and there is zero room service or any proper hospitality. They only give you ONE access card, even if you’re a group of five people. On top of that, you have to pick up the card from a box with a passcode outside the apartment door. No check-in desk, no assistance, nothing. Parking is another disaster. You are forced to use valet — there is no self-parking option at all, and I absolutely hate anyone driving my car. None of this was mentioned anywhere in the booking description, and nobody — neither the owner nor the “hotel” — informed us before or after booking. Once we checked in, the owner completely ignored all our messages and calls. And let me be clear: this place is absolutely NOT suitable for families. If Google allowed ratings below 1 star, I’d give this place –10, and even that feels generous.

Very beautiful towers. Luxurious finishing inside the apartments. Very well maintained. Excellent amenities at a 5 star hotel level including free valet parking for residents. Excellent location near Dubai Mall and downtown.

Хорошее место для временного проживания. Не далеко центр города, дизайн-район, до Дубай Молл на такси 5-8 минут. Очень красивый холл, ресепшен зона, место отдыха и ожидания. Апартаменты симпатичные, оборудованы всем необходимым. Единственный минус был у нас - вода не достаточно горячая. Если налить ванну, остальные будут мыться в холодной воде. Не самый классный вариант для зимы. Полы - камень - холодные. Надо брать тапочки, носочки. Погулять в районе не вариант, только машина. Автобусы и метро далеко.

I have read all these negative reviews, and can say the following: the residence has 24/7 shop with all necessary goods and food, on lobby floor of building you can find the bar, and pool on 8 floor. It is not so bad if u want to stay here for one week like me. Also u can go on foot from here to Dubai Mall, about 20 mins. It is strange but they don’t get taxis go to lobby doors and u need go to 1 floor and go to the street to get in taxi.

I loved spending 6 months on the 50th floor. One of the nicest places to live in Dubai

I have been living in Tower A apt 6106 for a month now and one of the best things here is the valet service. All the team is wonderful especially Mohamed Ali. He always welcomes you with a smile, he is quick to help and brings your car fast and takes the extra mile to help if he sees you carrying stuff or have children.

Worst every building to live in despite the shiny exterior. Operations team makes it their job to make the residents’ lives as difficult as possible. Introduce a new security measure to enter our own apartment every other week. Triple security measures just to enter parking and these security measures never work, leaving us stuck outside of the parking building. Same with elevators - insisting we use our emirates ID card to use the elevator to go to the floor we live in by 90% of the time the card machine doesn’t work leaving the residents stuck in lobby for hours to go back home. Terrible terrible terrible service and they treat us like a squatter instead of a guest. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Worst building to live in by far ! Non residential and not suited for families at all. The maintenance team is really bad, the services in the building are terrible, management isn’t great, leasing team hardly replies - by far the worst experience ever. We’ve been living here for 8 months now, 3 leakages have taken place from the roof and maintenance take days to get it fixed. The building looks lavish and luxurious but don’t get fooled, its very hard to live in if any inconvenience happens. And for the slightest problem like a leakage you would have to contact DAMAC highest team member to get it fixed, never seen worse ! As an advice find somewhere better and less dramatic to stay in - to end this it’s not suited for families in no way shape or form.

Probably the worst place to live here as a tenant. Forget about having your own parking slot someone will take it. Forget about being able to use the elevator to go to your own apartment your acess card won't work. Forget about having trained staff to help you they aren't trained. In my opinion this is probably the worst building in Dubai to live in right now. Please consider somewhere else other than this building.

Business bay Damac parmount Towers Worst security services. These security services has no training at all. I came here for delivery at dated 28 Dec 2022 Time 00:30. There security guard was talking to each other when i told them please make it fast i need to go home my child is sick they start shouting on me. they hold me id card after 15 minutes there security officer they misbehaving with me and stop to return my id card i was alone there there were two supervisor and one security guard keep misbehaving with all we delivery guys waiting in the que then i call police they return my id card. they are the worst professional security behavior i ever see in Dubai no training to talk, no training to solve problem, no professionalism, no manners to deal peoples, they treat us like animal. i was very upset hopefully concern department take action against them. i recommend all people put review against them. so the rectify their issue of some one in management take action to give them training start behave like human being. I used global stay service to stay at damac pramount tower. It is my first night. However it took me almost 2 hours to check into my room. And reception desk staffs and global stay local rep do jot communicate well. And now i can't even get into my room due to battery issues. I haven't had dinner yet and i am very hungry but global stay service is just making me wait without solution. I will be staying here for 4 nights and it id not going well at all. Rooms look nice. Great space and very near to nur kalifa and other parts of dubai. But service is really poor. I wiml be posting daiky of my experience here.

The worst living experience in Damac Ghalia tower. Don't go by the looks of the building, the quality and service are one of the worst you will ever find. The security and other working staff are rude and extremely unsupportive. On top of it, the quality of the apartment is so bad. Leakages, pipe bursting, AC issues are so common even for new apartment. But I feel the worst is how rude their staff is. They misbahave so badly. Whstapp is totally unresponsive. They have an app which keeps crashing, they come on your door to take feedback and reviews but nothing happens. Nevr staying in another damac building again.

I visited these tower there security gaurd behavior very bad and totally unprofessional specifically the lady security guard Ms. Aanyn Veroline she was using mobile phone when i asked her some thing for help she became so rude very disrespectful she has no manner how to behave peoples she was in very important position but after that she became abusive. Then i complain about her to higher authority. Even thought there is no change in her behavior. Instead of following rules and regulations and procedures to become nice and polite to people whoever coming to visit property they show very rude and disgusting and humiliating behavior toword people i request to management take action against there attitude. What is worse than worse? Definitely Damac in my opinion, they been giving me a horrible service with even worse management. Nightmare
