تجربه بدی از رفتار پرسنل در این کافه در سمنان داشتم. حدود سی نفر مهمان داشتم وقتی به این کافه مراجعه کردم با رفتار بد پرسنل مواجه شدم. فکر می کنم حداقل لازم بود اخلاق مشتری مداری داشته باشند و با صبر و حوصله راهنمایی کنند. نه تنها اصلا راهنمایی و همراهی نکردند بلکه مدام می گفتند ما ۳۰ تا صندلی نداریم در حالی که در همان لحظه فقط ده نفر در کافه بودند اما مدام می گفتند ما صندلی نداریم در حالی که کل حیاط و داخل ساختمان پر میز و صندلی بود. از این رفتار عجیب و خلاف آداب اجتماعی سه پرسنل این کافه شوکه شدم و متاسفم برای مردمی که مجبورند این نوع آدمها را تحمل کنند.
I had a very unpleasant experience with the staff's behavior at this café in Semnan. I had about thirty guests with me, and when we visited the café, we were met with rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff. I believe it is the bare minimum for staff to exhibit customer-friendly behavior and guide guests with patience and courtesy.
Not only did they fail to provide any assistance or guidance, but they repeatedly claimed they didn’t have enough seating for 30 people, even though there were only about ten customers in the café at that moment. The courtyard and the interior were full of tables and chairs, yet they kept insisting there were no available seats.
I was shocked by the strange and socially inappropriate behavior of these three staff members. I feel sorry for people who have to endure such treatment from individuals like this.
